And Here 
always
is Home.

You may feel there are 
too few moments
when you sense Peace,
a place of rest,
but This exists within,
throughout you – 
and Here 
always 
is Home.

It may be hard 
to sense This comfort,
the human mind is 
distracting, loud,
part the veil by
turning down 
the noise –
and Here 
always 
is Home.

You need not travel
a great distance
thinking you are 
not “good enough,”
you are precious,
perfect as your 
natural state,
Here always Home.

Believe in You,
in your soul’s
knowing,
question belief systems
you build,
receive, embrace
This simple Truth –
Here You Are
always
at Home!

This Is You

Flex your spiritual 
muscles daily,
intend to see with 
Vision today,
This is a perspective 
that is not foreign,
This is You,
eternal, always.

Ego has had free 
reign so long,
you may believe this
is the only way,
but your soul’s perspective
is the Real You,
experience and practice 
This today.

The world is quite a 
challenging place,
but Love can be found 
Everywhere,
Love resides in
All Souls 
even as ego masks
what you see here.

Be the Light you 
wish to see
and know you do not 
do This alone,
your purpose is not 
to change the world,
but to remember 
You All are always
Home.

Allowing Grace

Sometimes emotion
comes up swirling,
knocking you off 
of your feet,
you need not judge
or push back down
what your body is
trying to release.

You need not understand
the layers that build up
in this earthly realm,
but you as soul 
can observe, support,
releasing what may be 
part of the veil.

This transmutation 
clears and releases
core beliefs you may 
question now,
trust and know Love
knows what to do,
you need not know
the why or how.

Simply Be Grace
and allowance,
saying yes to change
that may occur,
your soul remains 
wholly constant,
eternally beyond 
this world. 

Your soul is wholly 
integrated within 
the body that is
trying hard,
may human experience 
be the fuel that 
returns you Home,
beyond the stars!

Here is Peace

Be Here Peace,
believe This always,
Love is forever 
by your side.

When you shift,
change your perspective,
Here is Peace,
not wrong or right.

This world may be 
a cacophony
of humanity that 
does not make sense.

See beyond the noise,
the pain,
the struggle,
in your allowance
release again.

Find Truth in your 
return to Here –
it has been with you
all along.

Be Peace, 
Be Strength,
Be fearless –
Here You Are,
forever Home!

To You

Come back to You.

Whenever your thoughts 
wander,
telling stories that 
are not True,
look around,
sense Love Here,
and beloved – 
come back to You.

Dust off what has 
built up slowly,
look with fresh 
new eyes to see,
Here You Are,
Love’s co-creator – 
come back to You.

Love fills up your
tender heart,
give of This freely
and be amazed,
are not all roads 
leading gently to
your precious Home –
to You!

A Sweet Return

Let your breath be like
spring cleaning,
much like the freshness 
of nature’s breeze,
do you not center 
and realign,
when you with purpose 
and intention – breathe.

You have a natural 
harmony,
that flows more freely
when you are clear,
what thoughts,
constrictions 
need airing out,
reset with breath,
gateway to Here.

This sweet return 
is simple, yes,
but needs your will 
to see it through,
you hold the key to 
Peace and ease,
join with your breath 
to return to You!

Home With Love

No matter what you do,
or what path that 
you may roam,
there is one constant
never-changing,
You Are forever,
always Home.

Loved ones join you
on this ride,
connected to your 
heart so true,
experience life as 
it unfolds,
supported by dear ones
who Love you.

You may pack to go
on a journey,
but what is a constant 
you need not think of,
wherever you are 
in this world,
you are surrounded by 
eternal Love!

This Perspective

Believe in the power 
of Gratitude,
does it not help you 
to receive,
your open heart 
opens your mind,
what might you now
be able to see.

And with this expanded 
State of Awareness,
are you not now in
Love’s sweet flow,
this is your natural 
State of Be-ing,
forever centered in
your True Home.

May this foundation 
that is with you always,
help you to feel supported,
secure,
your Team,
the angels
and loved ones dear
remind that you 
are always together.

When you see All 
from This Perspective,
you may wonder 
what took so long,
but know your soul
doesn’t mind to remind –
Home is Here and 
where you belong!

Your Natural Home

Be as One with 
All around you,
nature opens This 
for you,
there is no veil 
blocking the trees
or sentient beings 
that pass through.

Do not earth and sky,
water and rock,
vibrate together in 
a symbiotic way,
when you resonate 
with nature,
are you not then able 
to ride this wave.

Listen with your 
heart and soul
to what nature 
has to say,
these are echoes 
of your Home,
leading you back 
if you have lost
your way.

Your sacred Self is 
One with nature,
be it bird or tree 
or sky above,
in This Remembrance
hear your heart sing – 
You Are Home 
where You belong.
