Breathe any moment
to return,
awareness takes you 
to your breath,
in search of center,
in an instant,
Here You Are,
just breathe. 

You may resist 
as life ensnares 
you,
distraction, details 
take the stage,
You who sits 
and watches 
with Love,
may remind you – 
just breathe.

It sounds so simple,
ego thinks – how hard 
can this really be,
and in the stillness,
This Blessed Moment,
you return Home
as you breathe. 

To re-align,
tuning in to Peace,
as Love’s instrument
here is the key,
follow the breath 
that connects you
wholly
to All That Is,
yes, breathe.

with open arms
to a place you have
never left,
Love beats in your
tender heart,
Love accompanies you
in each precious
breath.

You are beloved,
so very nurtured,
your soul knows 
this feeling well,
allow Love to 
reassure,
precious One,
know All is Well.

You need not go 
anywhere to find this,
never lost,
you are forever found,
loved ones and angels
whisper softly,
We Are Here
forever,
with you now!

alone,
your Team, loved ones 
and guides are with you,
as You, your soul, 
are always Home.

Your expanded mind
flows freely,
know this is not 
a fairy-tale,
the many chapters 
of your story

Connections beyond 
what your eyes see
are Here eternally 
in your heart,
open this door with 
belief and trust –
this is wholly 
Who You Are.

May imagination open 
you to what is 
forever True,
forgiveness, Love
and reassurance

This You that watches
what you do,
This is the center of
Where You Are,
release, relax
to this Eternal You.

Let your analyzing
mind now rest,
in This Quiet what 
might you hear,
you have access to 
Love’s sweet Truth,
not far away,
but oh so near.

Be This Awareness,
let your mind pause,
even as you wonder 
what next to do,
remember, return
to Here,
to Peace,
you have never left
This Home,
This You!

Asking to Remember

Asking does not mean
you do not know 
within what you wish
to know –
let your asking open you
to receiving,
saying yes to Love’s 
sweet flow.

Let go of the need
for detail,
your human mind can
work that out,
expand to the bigger 
picture,
ask how may you 
see Love here,
throughout.

Your answer is You 
remembering Peace,
sensing you are not
alone,
within your soul
there is no question,
only the remembrance 
of You,
always Home!

though in Truth

All of You is

there is no-thing 
you need to get.

Clear out the cobwebs,
clear the air,
Here You Are,
breathe in and Be,
it is your human self
that scatters,

Home and free.

Draw in breath,
welcome Home,
in your wholeness 
may you find –
Here is Peace,
All is Well,
forever Here 
is Love Divine!

your fears,
let worry 
take a break
today.

Let the senses
of your body
take in the beauty
of the earth.

Be warmed by sun,
feel breath of wind,
soak up the wonder 
of spring’s rich growth.

Use the splendor 
of Nature’s Oneness
to embrace This Moment
Here.

This is your return
to Home,
You exist in 
This Everywhere.

Here is your Home
where you belong,
This is Peace,
sense it flow through.

You Are This,
beloved child,
This moment 
is Love,
experienced
as You!

for you.

Tucked away from 
all the chatter,
you may wonder 
what is wrong,
is this Peace part 
of the journey?
Love is This Place 
always for you.

Rest awhile in this 
reassurance,
get familiar with 
this You,
you need not anticipate 
what may happen,
Love is Here 
always with you.

Know whatever may 
come your way
is not an edict 
issued to you,
your soul remains 
steadfast and true,
Love is this powerful 
state as You.

You choosing Love 
as your companion,
is you believing 
in the Whole of You,
release all else 
with Gratitude,
this Peace called Love 
is Home with You.

A Sweet Return

Sensing Love,
gently tears
may flow,
and is this not a 
return to You –
a drop of water 
may think it leaves
its source,
but it always returns
to the ocean blue.

In this release of guilt
are you not wholly
aware of Who You Are,
You Are the vast,
magnificent ocean,
sparkling from the Light
of a million stars!

A drop of water 
from the ocean,
may wish to experience 
the world on its own,
but it cannot help 
but Be as water,
no matter its journey 
or its form.

A drop of dew 
will always glisten
upon a leaf when 
sun says “hi,”
You Are forever 
connected to Love,
as in this world,
earth kisses the sky.

When you experience 
a teary sweet reunion,
with your ever-present soul,
You Are the drop
returning to the ocean,
One with All
and forever Home!

This Experience

Here I Am,
Love says softly,
in an instant,
I Am Here,
You are Me
and I Am You,
We exist as One
truly Everywhere.

In the world of 
time and space,
it appears that Love 
may be hard to find,
end your search using
your perception,
Love exists Wholly
in your Mind.

This One Mind 
is All of This,
as human that is 
hard to believe,
in a world of this 
or that,
there appears to be 
choices to help 
you see.

Be the Choice of Love
today,
begin with This 
intention now,
know that Love 
has never left,
with Faith,
may knowing 
replace how.

Release the need
to understand,
Love is beyond 
explanation here,
Be you Knowing,
awakening to,
the Experience of 
You as Love 
forever Here.
