Choosing Love

There is a loving invitation
that beckons you
throughout all things,
there is Peace in this
decision,
when you consciously
choose Love.

You know this Love
when you sense comfort,
when what is constricted
begins to relax,
does not your body
let you know,
when you purposefully
choose Love.

You may fall back
to familiar patterns
that have you reacting
out of fear,
in an instant you
can shift,
when you most lovingly
choose Love.

There is no need for
comparison or judgment
on any choices you
have made,
in your now and
the next moment,
does it not feel
delicious when you
choose Love?

Let Love be the energy
that helps you know
All That You Are,
you realize All of You
is One,
when you Trust and
choose Love.

Surrender

Surrender.

Are not the very obstacles
in your path,
the ones that help
you find Grace
and ease,
when what you have tried
feels like going uphill,
why not change course
in surrendering?

Surrender need not mean
giving up,
does it not invite you
to give in,
lean into your authentic
self,
you have the Strength
within –
in surrendering.

Breathe in the Grace
that flows with ease,
create the space
for you to Be,
let spirit help
for you to see,
is there not Love
in surrendering?

You may still slip
finding your way,
know Love lifts you
up
in so many ways,
grab the hand that
is Here with you
everyday –
Be the Love
in You,
in surrendering.

you to find Peace,
discordant energy,
planet alignment,
may have you seeking
comfort and ease.

Have faith that you
always find your balance,
moving awareness
to Who You Are

a chance to add Light
to what is in the dark.

Welcome all aspects
of you,
surrounding Love around
it all,
when you stir things up,
let the dust settle,
and take a new look
at you now.

Create anew,

with Love shining

the journey that you
share
is full of surprises
with what life brings.

Your soul will help
you glean
many insights and
meaning from
this life,
and when you
step back a bit
to trust,
might soul help
you deal with
perceived strife?

Let your soul be
your comfort,
as You remind you
Who You Are,
you have a built-in
connection to Source,
as your soul is the
light
of a million stars.

as you take your

let your Light shine

Rhythm of Love

let Love show you

ease into a new
direction,
is it really new
or another way
to play?

give you opportunities
to find,
how Love is Here
with you –

Release what you

and let your heart

as you turn another

with intention
are you not able
to change your role
upon the stage.

Be patient as all
parts of you
adjust to something
new,
but as you travel
on Wings of Love,
is there not anything

Do not let your past
dictate what is
happening now,
the future patiently
waits for clues
to work out all
the “how”s,
it is in this present
moment,
where your Strength
and Knowing reside,
You Are the
Master of You,
on Wings of Love

surrender,
it may not be
what you think you
know,
is not surrender
when you allow
yourself
to be immersed
into Love’s Flow?

When you feel constriction,
when there is resistance,
is that not when you
are taking control,
might there be
an easier way,
that can begin
when you let go?

If there is struggle
might you believe
a smoother path
is always near,
when there is something
that is perplexing,
know that a solution
is yours to hear.

Old patterns
and old habits
may come up
for you to see,
with surrender
and flow
might you take
a different route
and find yourself
gliding with
Grace and Ease.

Do not be deterred
by bumps that may
present themselves
in your road,
do they not help you
see another way
that your journey
may unfold?

Try on surrender,
loosen your grip,
on outcomes
that you think
you know,
let Grace and Ease
be yours to dance with
as you move to
the rhythm of this
Loving Flow.

You Are a Divine
combination
of human and
soul,
your human side
is very trainable
to what your soul
already knows.

Might you flex
your human muscles
for the heavy lifting
you may need,
but be guided
by your soul,
there is much wisdom
there to heed.

There will be many
opportunities
that cycle back
so you may try,
a different approach
to a pattern
that may have you
asking “why”.

And why not do things
differently,
now that your awareness
has grown,
might you find presence
in each moment
and trust in how
it all unfolds?

You are a Team
in this incarnation,
and surrounded with
Love at all times,
give your human side
a hug,
with a heart that
knows
It Is Divine.

Breathe in the Force
that breathes You,
remember you are
part of this
Loving Flow,
your human and soul
love to dance
together,
You Are Free
when you
let go!
