A hint of green.
The promise of new growth emerging,
as a tiny leaf peeks out
from a dormant branch.

New growth
emerging,
unfolding.

Without question these leaves
know what to do.
Without doubt,
knowing.

You look around and see the greening,
as it works its way up the mountain,
with the perfect timing of spring.
New growth,
emerging,
unfolding.

Your journey can feel like
this budding leaf,
peering out,
testing the waters,
making sure that
all is right
and okay.

But the leaf does not question
to keep growing or not.
The leaf knows what to do,
without doubt,
without question,
knowing.

Your soul here and now –
is unfolding like the leaf,
peeking out
from this physical body.

Your soul is
growing,
emerging,
unfolding.

Shedding these dense layers
you have wrapped around
yourself,
without question,
without doubt,
knowing.

Let your love and beauty unfurl.
There is no question
to the perfection
of You.
Ever-growing,
emerging,
unfolding.

It is the perfect timing
of You.

Let Love take your
hand,
let your soul
soothe you
so you may understand,
your Light of Love
shines always through
You,
there is no-thing
that you must do,
and do not forget
to shine your Light
on you.

Let Love lift you
when the road
gets rough,
there may be times
when you have had
enough,
let Love show you
another way to
Be,
with Love are there not
endless possibilities?

Love is like a river,
does it not always
flow,
sometimes you are at
the center,
sometimes not sure
where to go –
let Love help you
navigate where best
to Be,
might you trust Love
to help you truly
see?

Let Love shine
its loving Light
on you,
and may you remember
that
Love Is Always
You.

Take a breath,
take care of you,
might you make
yourself
a priority –
and take some
time
to be with
you?

In human terms,
you may think it
is “selfish”,
but when you nurture
your beautiful self,
are you not able
to bring your
best self forward,
sharing your Light
with everyone
else?

When you rest
and restore,
can you not feel
your energy
rejuvenate,
you may think
nothing is going on
as you are so focused
on what you create.

But it is important
to take some time,
to let things simmer,
to integrate,
have Faith and Trust
that the quiet
is as powerful
as any sound
you make.

There is a balance
you will find,
when you listen
to body and
soul,
recognize both,
honor the journey,
be it fast or
be is slow.

Take a breath,
honor You,
for every moment
you create,
Be kind,
Be compassionate
with the Whole of You,
Together as One,
in this peaceful state.

exhale Love, too,
and in the space
between the breath,
is this not Love,
too?

Might you let the
Love you breathe
raise the frequency
so you may feel –
There Is Love
when you are
in rhythm,
There Is Love
when you are
still.

Breathe in Love,
exhale Love, too,
as you give
may you receive,
do you not sense
this rhythm
in You?

There is a balance
within,
as you express Love
without,
Be One with this
flow of Love,
is this not what Love
is all about?

Breathe in Love,
exhale Love, too,
feel it,
trust it,
know it, too –
Love Is Always
Here
in You.

Let Love be
your filter –
does Love not
heal,
transmute,
renew?
When you tune
into Love’s
vibration,
does not the
Miracle of Love
work through
you?

Does Love not have
the power
to transform,
any energy
that does not
feel good to
you,
you need not
find this Love
somewhere
else,
does not Divine Love
always flow
through You?

Let Love be
your filter,
have faith and
trust in
the Love
That Is You,
like a cleansing
rain
in the springtime,
might you let Love
wash over
and rejuvenate
you?

With no judgment
and with so much
compassion,
ask Love to
transmute what
no longer serves,
is Spring not
the perfect reminder,
that with Love
new growth
is ready to
unfurl.

Let Love be
your filter,
create and change
with the Love
That Is You,
You Are a powerful
creator,
let Love be
the Truth
that flows
so lovingly
through You.

It need not be hard,
sometimes is struggle
not what you know,
is it not familiar,
is there not comfort,
in working hard
to make things so.

Might you lean
into a different
way,
one that is lined
with Grace and Ease,
making choices based
on trust,
not what you demand,
asking “pretty please.”

Life has an ebb
and flow,
it will unfold
no matter what,
does not another door
open,
when it appears
that one has shut.

With allowance
and acceptance,
as you follow
your soul’s pull,
might you line
each path of your
journey,
with the Light of
Love to see
you through.

Take the path of
least resistance,
but do not doubt
your power within,
when Love combines
with Joy,
is that not when
miracles begin?

There is flow
when Love is
leading,
might you join in
with Ease and Grace,
set your intention
for Love,
unfolding You from
this loving space.

You may be
the last to
see it,
as you doubt
this can be true,
but your heart
knows the Truth
behind it –
trust spirit,
trust you.

You are spirit
while in your body,
you are spirit
when life is
through,
Love abounds
before and after –
trust spirit,
trust you.

Let spirit guide
you,
gently reminding
you to treat
you with loving
care,
let Love surround you
with loving comfort –
trust spirit,
trust love.

Be patient,
knowing there is
purpose,
is Love not the
purpose
in all you do,
in any moment,
Here Is Love –
trust Love
and
Love Is You.

You may wrap
yourself
in tangles,
searching for
the how
and why,
but what is constant,
what remains –
All That Is,

Love is the foundation
of your Be-ing,
Love is the sky
that you reach for,
You Are All of that
and in-between –
All That Is,
Is Love.

Let Love be the
Eternal answer,
to the questions
that you seek,
in every step
upon your journey –
All That Is
and
All That You Are,
is always,
always,
Love.

You Are Peace,
when there is
balance,
when you look
with the eyes
of your
soul,
you may be
aware
or you may have
Faith,
to sense,
to know –
All Is well.

If there is
closure
you are seeking,
or answers to the
questions
that you have,
no matter
what unfolds
with time –
in the Now,
know
All Is Well.

Sit with the comfort
of your soul,
Be with the Love
that connects
you to
all that you Love
with all your
heart,
All Love is
within You –
All Is Well.

Trust your soul
when you are
uncertain,
when life appears
to make no
sense,
the part of You,
in loving Wholeness,
knows
Love Is Here
and
All Is Well.

The earth is forgiving,
following winter,
does spring not grow?
You understand
nature’s cycles,
even as you wish
for no more snow,
your relationship
with earth,
can teach you much
about yourself,
and with a teacher
such as Nature,
might you marvel
at the earth’s wealth?

When fields are barren,
trees are bare,
do you not see
what is at their
core,
there is beauty when
you look
and really see the
forest floor,
and do you not
rejoice
and cheer on,
each growing sprout
of green that finds
the warmth of the sun,
that brings new hope,
and invites all
to rise and shine.

Do you not understand
rebirth,
new growth is something
that you do,
you have cycles,
there is change,
are you not morphing
always into something
new,
like nature,
might you be patient,
as each season of
you unfolds,
sometimes reflective,
diving deep,
at times playful
or very bold.

Might you,
be forgiving,
as the earth has
shown you how,
there is hope,
always new beginnings,
as spring is wishing
to show you now –
reach for the sun,
soak up the Light,
let it activate each
cell in you –
follow the Light,
this Light of Love
is shining brightly
always for You.
