When you let judgment
fall away,
when you loosen
beliefs
and send them on
their way,
is there then no
“need” to look for
and find,
You,
who has been Here
all the time?

It may seem a
paradox
to let go,
as you are used
to working in order
to “know”,
but as you turn
it over
to your soul –
might you discover
what you already
know?

Let your soul
help you find
relief,
Peace is Here,
when you see
through
your beliefs,
like a fountain
that cascades
through eternity,
there is a well-spring
of Love,
always,
for thee.

Let go,
let Love,
so you may
see –
You Are Peace,
You Are Love,
as you
let it Be.

Does not your soul
work together,
with your body
and your mind,
are you not shifting,
integrating,
yes and changing
all the time,
you may feel
out of sync,
during times of
internal growth,
but when pieces
click together,
do you not rejoice
with renewed
hope?

There may always
be challenges,
things that push
and pull you
along,
if it is comfort
that you seek,
only know it may
not last for long,
so buckle up,
enjoy the ride,
there is a balance
that you will find,
when your soul
dances with you,
integrating with
your body
and your mind.

Be patient,
Be brave,
Be authentic
with Who You Are,
Be compassionate,
Be kind,
embrace You
for the Love
You Are.

Life is an interesting
journey,
that you travel
with parts of you,
and when you
integrate
and work together,
is it not the
Whole
that lifts and supports
You?

Your soul rejoices
when you see the
Truth of
Who You Are,
when all parts of You
work together,
you shine so brightly
as the
Love You Are!

Love transcends,
as Love is Everywhere,

you can trust Love,

Yes, Trust and
Faith go
hand in hand,
with surrender
you begin to
understand,

Love is not “there”,
it is All within
You,
Love is not something
that you need
to do,
you understand Love
because Love Is
You –
Here Is Love.

Love is Peace,
Love is comfort,
too,
let Love be a
blanket that
tucks around you,
let Love lift you
with Strength
you never knew –
You Are Here
and
Here Is Love.

only in your mind
you may think it is
closed,
yes, there are times you
set intentions,
this helps you focus
on what you know,
and when you embody
the Love You Are,
do not the doors
then disappear,
no matter how you
think something
should be,
can you not be sure
of what is always
Here?

Be Love in this
present moment,
let life unfold
in front of you,
as you walk each step
with Love,
will Peace not
fall in step
with you?

Use intention to keep
your focus,
but do not lose sight
of what is Here
right now,
you are supported,
guided,
cherished,
might Love help you
to accept
and allow?

Let Love Be your
focus,
set your intentions
to this Loving Force,
let Love cradle you
in its arms,
surrounding you
with comfort
and support.

When you let go
of how and why,
might you begin to
see the Truth,
what a relief
that Love is always
with You –
You Are Love
and
Love Is You.

Love is motion,
Love is flowing,
it is never standing
still,
you are part of
Love’s adventure,
an expression of
a greater will,
is there not a shift
in energy,
when you align
yourself to Love’s
flow,
are you not infused
with energy,
knowing you are part
of the Whole?

You may feel stuck
at times
or stagnant,
but you can easily
move again,
when you shift to
a higher perspective
and invite Love
to join in.

When life gets heavy,
overwhelming,
when your brain begins
to run amok,
picture floating on a
river,
yes, there are times
you might get stuck,
but keep moving
toward the current,
letting go of what
you may cling,
Love’s flowing movement
is always with you,
is Love not part
of Everything?

Love is motion,
Love is flowing,
you are in
this loving flow,
let Love move you,
let Love lift you,
You Are Love
and
You Are Loved so.

Be willing.

Does willingness
not open doors,
that you might not
have seen before,
is there not possibility
here –
Be willing.

Is this not an
intention set,
you may not know
all of the
hows and whys
yet,
but do you not
feel the nudge
or the stretch –
Be willing.

Step outside of
your comfort zone,
surrounded with Love,
you are never alone,
with Strength and
Courage
always at your side –
Be willing.

There is power in
the question,
“what if”,
sometimes not knowing
how
is the greatest gift,
might you surrender
to All of It –
There Is Love,
always
in willingness.

Be willing to breathe
in this open space,
invite Love in
to this loving
place,
you co-create
with Love,
are you not continually
amazed –
Be willing,
to Be You
as You Are Love
always.

Love’s Flow

Be open to change,
yes, while in the midst
of transition,
it may not feel so
good,
it is human to
hold on
to what you know
so well,
but how did you get
to where you are
standing now,
might you stretch
yourself further,
even when you do
not know how.

There is a flow,
like a river,
that is waiting
for you,
you may need to
let go of what
you are holding,
in order to see
where it takes you,
in between,
in these moments,
might you surrender
and let go –
there is a direction
you are going
as you synchronize with
Love’s Flow.

It is hard to release
any outcomes you
may have,
but Love holds for
you many surprises,
when you get past
what is
good or bad –
keep learning,
continue growing,
dip your toes
into Love’s stream,
let Love take you,
let Love hold you,
let it be Love
that you believe.

There is Faith
in surrender,
there is Trust
when Love leads,
with Grace
may you know
Peace,
and in Love’s Flow
may you always Be.

your five senses,
so instead of experiencing
as separate parts,

your complete self
as the Whole of
Who You Are –
no need for comparing
or contrasting,
You Are One
bright shining

Listen with your
gut,
that inner voice
that speaks to you,
pay attention when
a thought
drops in,
that you never
thought you knew,
you may think that
you create
all that forms within
your mind,
but you have constant
help,
with you now and
all the time.

It is a lot to juggle,
in a world of
this and that,
keep moving toward
Peace
that shows itself
when you relax,
quiet your mind,
tap into the
expanded Sense of
You,
might the Whole
of Who You Are,
embrace all
these parts
of you?

See with your soul,
feel with your heart,
let Love be the glue
that connects
All of your
beautiful parts.

Let Love be
your Light,
let Love light up
what is hard
to see,
does Love not
help you see
clearly,
what once was
so hard to see,
let Love help you
find your purpose,
it need not be hard
to believe,
is not your purpose
to shine your Light,
with a strong and
steady beam?

Might you be your
own lighthouse,
directing you
when it gets dark,
tall and sturdy
you are grounded
deep into beloved
mother earth,
your Beam of Light
is always shining,
you may at times
forget to see –
that you can shine
your Light
in any direction,
that you wish to
see more clearly.

Let Love be
your Light,
with Love do you
not sense your
own Strength,
when life tries to
bring in doubt,
turn up your Light
for your own sake,
be ready to receive
what you so freely
are giving out –
turn up your own
Light and Love
and embrace what
Love is all about.

Let Love Be
your Light,
you shine so
brightly
when you see –
Love is your
true nature,
You Are the Love
you wish to Be.

Love’s Delivery

Find the steady current
of Love
that flows throughout,
even when you are
not sure,
trust that Love
will work it out,
you may not see
all results
of any actions
that you take,
but might you
Trust
in Love’s delivery,
in the ripples
that Love makes?

When you do
anything with
Love,
do you not open
many doors,
are there not countless
possibilities,
when Love opens up
opportunities
for more,
it may look different
than what you thought,
you may not see
the end result,
focus on the Love
of Who You Are –
and Trust that
Love
will always help.

You may not know
the bigger picture,
it may be beyond
what you are to
view,
but with Love as
your co-pilot,
might you bring
Love to all
you do,
with Faith and Trust
can you let go
of every outcome
you wish to see –
there is much that
is happening,
as Love works
its magic,
brilliantly.
