Your Loving Potential

Rest when your mind
is weary,
step back from
figuring out,
there is much
that wishes to
pull you
and your thoughts
into many pieces
to think about,
can you look at
a bigger picture,
better yet,
might you sense
a greater ease,
while the mind loves
a puzzle to finish,
do you not wish
for the serenity
of Peace?

And when distractions
and noise subside,
do you not reach
the answers you
seek,
when your mind is
in tune with
your soul,
is this not a Team
that is a Force
to be reckoned with?

It is worth your time
to let go
and get quiet,
to see what bubbles up,
what you already know,
when in coherence
and not jostling
or fighting,
is it not then
that your mind
can pair with
your soul?

As One,
are you not exponentially
brighter,
greater than the
sum of your parts,
may we remind you
You Are Whole,
connected to resources
you may not know,
might you expand
your awareness
with Faith and
Trust?

Tap into your Loving
Potential,
possibilities exist
Everywhere,
when you relax
into You,
will Love not show
you
what to do?
Believe Love,
Know Love
and Trust You.

Love can mend
a broken heart,
even when you feel
it is torn apart.

Let Love be the balm,
that gives you
the Strength
to carry on.

in its arms,
always there,
always strong.

Let Love ease
your worried mind,
any place,
any time.

Let Love show you
how to Be,
lean into Love,
then let it Be.

Love has a beat
that you can hear.
It may be subtle,
you may not believe it,
but yes,
Love Is Here.

Be still.

Love has a presence
that you can feel.
You may be missing
who is not present,
but yes,
Love Is Here.

Look.

Love has a picture
for you to see.
It may be a memory,
or might you see Love,
in someones else’s eyes,
do not doubt
that you can see it,
for yes,
Love Is Here.

Believe.

Love has a place
in your heart,
within all of You,
Love is always ready
with what you need,
and yes,
always yes,
Love Is Here.

Know.

Love Is You.
Love Is All
that you see, too.
Might you bask
in Love
to Be it,
yes,
dear one,
Love Is Here.

Resistance.

Is resistance
not like a squeaky wheel
that needs some
oil to go,
can you let Love
pave the way
for you to move
past fear
to flow?

You may get
hung up on
old patterns,
some things get
rusty with
no use,
but as you flex
your loving muscles,
can you not gather
energy to knock
things loose?

Is not resistance
when you are fearful,
when you have forgotten
Who You Are,
can you not figure out
what is needed,
you have the Strength
to stretch so far,
with motivation,
with clear intention,
focusing on the Love
that you know
so well,
can you let Love
be the engine,
on the little train
that could?

Let resistance
be your teacher,
look at it with
open eyes,
what layer can you
let go of,
is fear not keeping you
from flying high?
Now look at You
with Love
and let Love be
your guiding Light,
what seems difficult
is easy,
when Love
is with you,
by your side.

Be aware of what
needs tending,
what can you do
to be in the Flow?
Begin with Love
as your motivation
and watch your
beautiful garden grow!

The Power of Yes.

Does not the
Power of Yes
propel you,
create a boost,
a push,
to get you
outside of your
comfort zone –
where growth
and change occur?

As a child,
was this not
referred to as
“growing pains?”
As yes, you may have
some discomfort
with moving in
directions not yet
completely known
or with experiences
that challenge
you to grow.

And as your
body reacts to this
move to Possibility,
this not yet chartered territory –
you may interpret this
as trepidation,
wariness,
or fear –
but is not your body,
sensing a new situation,
only being on alert –
and knowing that
a new experience
is coming –
might it be getting ready
for whatever lies ahead?

Is it not your mind,
your thoughts,
that enjoy the
status quo –
lulling you into thinking
that change or growth
is too uncomfortable,
for you to push
yourself into
something new?

The Power of Yes.

And when opportunity
knocks at your door,
you may not know
all that is
on the other side –
but does not being in
the Power of Yes,
the Energy of Yes –
give you the Strength,
the Courage,
to see what is
on the other side –
moving you forward
to explore?

And is not
All That Is
a part of every
experience –
with every door
you open wide,
are you not always
met with Love –
in or out of
your comfort zone –
for is not all growth
a chance for you
to experience Love
in a limitless
number of ways?

The Power of Yes
is the Power of Love –
propelling you
to experience
Who You Are.

And Who Are You?
In All Ways,
You Are Always
Love.

Belonging

Belonging.

As human
is there not an urge,
a longing,
to fit in,
to find your space,
a place where
you think you
could,
should
be –
does not the need to
“belong”,
send you down
some winding
streets,
that may turn
you around,
losing your way,
or second-guessing
what you believe?

Can you take away
the “longing”
and find contentment
with you as
“Be”,
Be-ing You
with the gifts you
bring
to any person,
place or
thing?

Might you not fret
about if a square peg,
fits in a circular
hole,
you are a perfect fit
for Where You Are
in the Greater Whole,
might you accept
Who You Are,
the perfect You
so you may see,
you are aligned
with Truth,
when you accept You
and simply Be.

Belong to You,
You belong
to Love.
Believe.
Be You.
Be Love.

Love Is You

As you peel away
the layers,
as you search
for common ground,
is not the common
denominator –
is not the answer
always Love?

Sometimes it takes
digging
to excavate it,
though it may be right
in front of you,
though you may
often complicate it,
is Love not simple
in its Truth?

From one soul
to another,
can you reflect
the Light you see,
when lights grow dim,
can you help hold
a flashlight for
another to see,
your stories may be
different,
but as you see
each other’s Lights,
can you remind
yourself
that Love shines
in the dark
or in the Light.

Take a look
beneath the layers,
see the Truth
of Who You Are,
Love is the core
of your Be-ing,
you need not travel
far,
Love is in each breath
you breathe,
Love exists beyond
the story of you,
the simple Truth
is Love is with You,
how can it not Be –
as Love Is You.

Once you quiet
the external,
what do You
say to you?
Have you really listened
lately,
to what your
heart is saying
to you,
you may think
you have been
quiet enough
to hear your
still, small
voice –
but might it
resonate more
loudly,
when you tune
into it
as the preferred choice?

Your mind may
come up with
distractions,
familiar patterns
or parts to play,
yes, it can be
disconcerting
to open up
to another way,
but can you give
yourself a pass
and move away
from labels of
right or wrong,
will not your heart
lead you in a
loving direction,
when you let it
sing its loving
song?

Move beyond
your usual expectations
to what your intuition
wishes to say –
with boldness,
Strength and Courage,
in Gratitude,
Be You,
today.

There is a tug,
a subtle pull,
that you may sense
throughout your life –
you may be aware
or have no knowledge,
but in your heart,
do you not feel it
there,
your soul has guidance
for you always,
sometimes a whisper,
sometimes a shout,
but does not this
Pull of Love,
help explain what
you are all about?

Do not get hung up
on the why,
or how the details
will work out,
your human mind
will help you there,
as you balance it
all out,
but keep your ear
to the still, small
voice,
that has led you to
this moment now,
in this familiar place
of Love,
what can you open
and allow?

Follow your nudges,
go with the flow,
try on what feels
right to you,
if you need to change
course,
you will know just
what to do,
let Love move you,
let Love guide you,
you are a constant
Be-ing of change –
and though things
may look different,
when All Is Love,
is it not the same?

The Pull of Love
will keep you moving,
let it open doors
for you,
enjoy the journey,
keep following Love,
as you experience
the Love
That Is You.

Stretching

you have grown

here?
Now can you let
unfoldment happen,
not focusing on
the here to
there –
might you look
with curious wonder
upon experiences
that come your way,
stretch yourself,
discover You,
today.

Be open.
Be surprised.
Be delighted
when growth occurs –
yes, sometimes it
triggers fears,
when expectation
then appears,
marvel at this
magical journey,
did you think you
would be here –
stretch and grow,
let Love take you
beyond your fear.

Stretch yourself,
choose Love,
it is Who You Are,
as you build your
loving muscles,
is it not Love
that takes you far,
you may be able
to see your journey
in the linear world
you live,
but as Eternal
Love and Light,
is it not Love that
you can give?

Stretch yourself
with Love,
no matter what direction
you take,
Love is omnipresent,
let it be in every
decision you make,
let each step be one
that walks with Love,
you cannot Be anything
else,
You Are creation,
You Are Love.
