Deeper Waters

You may ask where 
is your Peace
in a world turned 
upside down,
Peace is not attached 
to anything that can 
twist or turn around.

You may wish for 
calmer waters,
life is not meant 
to make sense,
but This Peace that 
passes understanding
can certainly help you
navigate this.

Life’s tumult cannot 
take away This Peace 
that flows innately 
through,
call upon This super-power
that will support 
and assist you.

Yes you wish for
smoother sailing,
this is not too much 
to ask,
but This You of deeper waters
knows how to steady 
any mast.

Deepen your breath today 
and marvel at what 
your soul knows 
is True,
always at your Center 
of Be-ing,
is always Peace 
forever with You!

With Determination

No-thing can take 
away your power,
This Power of Love 
that is your Strength,
Here is where Peace 
resides,
even when life throws
you the kitchen sink.

The story of life may 
upset the ego,
but soul can soothe 
the ego’s fears,
as a team you can 
work together to 
navigate finding 
the best gear.

You need not battle 
your determined ego,
use this as fuel to
do your best,
make the best choices 
that come before you,
what is beyond control –
soul will do the rest.

You need the Whole 
of You in life,
to help determine 
what to do or say,
fueled with compassion
and loving-kindness,
you are meant to Be 
here now, today!

Beyond

Beyond belief or 
earthly story,
does not your soul 
speak through your
heart,
as human you long 
for loving connection,
compassion is a beautiful 
way to start.

You may be persuaded 
to choose this or that,
but go beyond the 
choices here,
begin with Love,
your heart’s true 
rhythm synchronizes 
with Truth my dear.

This is not ignoring 
earthly needs,
This is to find clarity,
may the Strength and
Courage of your heart
beat with compassion 
and empathy!

You, Empowered

The weight of fear may 
hide your power,
when you believe something 
is done to you,
the world is not a 
neutral place,
there are many things 
you may say no to.

But as you shed 
the cloak of victim,
Here you stand with 
the Strength you need,
your power has
never left you,
it was only fear that 
made you not believe.

And what to believe 
if you cannot count 
on a world that does 
not make sense,
you can believe in 
You, empowered,
Be-ing proactive 
instead of on defense.

As you return to your 
innate power,
does not True Energy 
rise from within,
as you are now no
longer helpless,
your helpfulness 
is ready to begin.

Roll up your sleeves,
find your sure footing,
Love and support pour
in to help out,
loved ones, dear guides 
and angels see You 
as Love’s Strength 
and Courage now!

May Love and Peace 
be your foundation,
when solid footing 
is hard to find,
yes life on earth 
can feel unstable,
challenges exist in 
space and time.

But even in times 
of great turmoil,
are there not Lights
ready to turn up,
sometimes it takes 
a lightening rod for 
humanity to notice –
enough is enough.

Find your footing 
in your Faith
that greater angels 
are forever Here,
the human condition 
can leave you asking –
where is compassion 
in life’s fog of fear?

Look with the Eyes
of your Soul,
say Here I Am 
to see with clarity,
no matter the road
that rises before you –
walk always supported
with Love and Peace!

 

Knowing This

You may not know 
the why or how,
the ways that spirit 
shows up for you,
it may be a more 
than gentle nudge,
or seeing the past 
with a different 
view.

Ego analyzes with 
what it knows,
a bigger picture 
may be unseen,
might there be comfort
in being okay with 
knowing you don’t 
know everything.

But know this 
dear precious child,
you are never alone 
with spirit by your side,
your soul is always 
a part of this Team,
Here for every moment 
in your experience 
of life!

This Song of Love

Sense Love’s hum that 
connects you All,
trees and flowers
sing along,
sun and stars keep 
their Lights burning – 
lighting the earth from 
realms beyond.

In the face of 
life’s challenges,
be they big or 
sometimes small,
with Grace, compassion 
and soulful purpose,
Love connects the 
Strength of All.

Life often presents 
so upside-down,
but You see with the
Eyes of the Soul,
join with bird-song,
sway with trees,
This Song of Love  is
One that you know!

Beyond the Box

As human you focus 
on information
that comes to you 
in many ways,
using senses –
reading, listening,
is how you receive 
most things
most days.

My dear,
you also have
great access to 
All consciousness
so vast,
inspiration is available
at all times – 
so why not simply
ask?

Set intentions to 
open doors,
your soul is as curious
as you,
ask your Self what next
to read or hear – 
or maybe explore
something new.

Your soul can 
multi-task,
but you as human 
need to pace your
self,
sprinkle in nurturing 
self-care,
breathe in the comfort 
that All is Well.

Expand beyond the 
box that you think 
defines this human 
you,
use All of your soulful
senses to explore 
all possibilities 
flowing through!

Solid Footing

During times of change,
transition,
be so patient with 
your self,
you as human like
a roadmap,
you are used to action 
with no lull.

When your foundational 
structure changes,
you wish for footing 
solid and firm,
my dear your Whole Self
supports you always,
might you give This Self 
now a turn.

Your human mind is 
used to deadlines,
time pressure is how 
it gets things done,
might you release from 
productivity thinking
and allow yourself some
grace to have fun.

You may hold on to
egoic identity,
You Are always 
This Whole You,
your Essence is Here
no matter what experience
you may choose to do.

Be aware of doing
and Be-ing,
may you delight in 
having time to Be,
embrace life as Love 
supports you to create 
as You Are always free!

Your Lights of Love

When the world is 
beyond belief,
realign to what you
know as Truth,
making sense of the
world is senseless,
but beyond this world
is Love’s forever You.

Yes in your story 
you will work to
find normalcy and
peace where you can,
but there is respite 
in Your Awareness
that is always Here 
to gently hold your 
hand.

May Love’s Peace
soothe jangled nerves,
may you rest upon 
angel’s wings,
may you shine your 
Lights of Love to 
help each other 
through anything!
