it has never left,
though persistent ego
wants you to doubt,
call upon your Strength
and Courage,
This is what your soul
is all about.

Deep within is your
remembrance,
you need not struggle
to know This Truth,
your analytical mind
is full of questions,
your soul says allow the
answers to flow through.

This is a shift in your
perspective,
your ego is not what
takes you Here,
believe and trust
You Are always present,
at Home and loved
with tender care.

As you open doors
to This Perspective,
your willingness is
all that you need,
might you discover
Here You Are –
always at Home
and forever free!

Your Spirit Within

Gather Strength and
fearlessness,
these are innate and
within You,
Be supported by
loved ones near,
as Love informs what
next to do.

Your Be-ingness
is a purpose grand,
this can appear as
big or small,
trusting in your
spirit within,
is a purpose that
helps you and All.

If you feel stalled
check in with fear,
is this not a call
to heal old wounds,
with tender care listen
and then Be the Love
that nudges you
to move.

Your spirit within
knows all This Truth,
the human ego may
need some care,
sense the presence
of angels and loved
ones dear who
accompany you
Everywhere!

This Healing Space

Use your breath to
clear out daily,
you have within
the tools you need,
life is a lot and
can push buttons
that keep alive
old past beliefs.

Dive down deep and
ask to come up
any sensation that
may feel old,
as a child navigating
life,
you may have believed
what you were told.

Your present breath is
your secret weapon,
it holds All Truth and
Love with no strings,
create a safe space
for your little self
who may be still afraid
of some things.

In the Arms of Love
now dear one,
bathe All of You
with tender care,
your breath initiates
this healing space
that is Here and
Everywhere!

An Effortless Flow

Your Strength is Here,
Love says with promise,
it is within your
every breath,
you need not travel far
to find it,
Love knows as human
you may forget.

Ego’s harsh words and
its judgments
are working hard
to keep you small,
life can make you
feel invisible,
but your soul longs
to answer Love’s call.

May your burdens
begin to lift,
your Strength is not
to take it all on,
as you reclaim your
beautiful Voice,
do not the angels
sing along.

May Love’s Presence
fill up spaces that
you thought life
had carved out,
there is no-thing in
you that’s missing –
All Love is in
This Moment now.

Love flows effortlessly
through you dear one,
much like the fish
in an ocean deep,
you naturally move
with Love’s energy,
You Are All of This
and free!

Moment now,
call upon Gratitude
to make this shift,
as you do your
best in life,
when life feels heavy,
Love is Here
to lift.

Love has guided you
through difficult times,
this is not your first
rodeo,
Love’s Grace is woven
between threads of
steel,
you as human and spirit
make up This Whole.

Lift up Fellow Lights –
their Light is yours,
might you All shine
so All may see,
know Peace is always
Here right now,
go forth today and
as you do – Be!

A New Direction

When your path
changes direction,
take a moment
to settle in,
you have All you
need within you –
so that a new path
may begin.

Life unfolds
continuously,
you adjust in
time and space,
a shift in life need
not throw you
off course,
the bigger picture
is not a race.

Have there not been
many times when a
silver lining sparkled
in the clouds,
does not a new direction
present itself in the midst
of worry and doubt.

With Gratitude that
empowers you
step forward with Love’s
ease and Grace,
welcome what the Universe
brings to you –
allow Love and Joy
to lead the way!

Then You Rise

In life you have weathered
many storms,
ancestors before you
did too,
putting one foot in
front of the other
has brought this
moment Here
before You.

Your DNA flows
with them all,
your heart connections
never end,
you hunker down when
storms emerge,
but then you rise
to begin again.

Be resurrected in
each moment,
create with the brush
of journeys past,
stand on the solid footing
of your soul,
instead of sand that
is not meant to
last.

Draw Strength from
All Be-ings that
surround you now,
with Courage do what
you can,
Be This Love when
storms of life pour
down,
reach out –
Love always takes
your hand!

Your Courage rises
from within,
always accompanied
by your Strength,
you need not create
or earn these qualities,
as You Are Love –
these are innate.

You view your self with
the eyes of human,
judgment has roots
deep in the mind,
but with discernment
see You as Soul,
centered, complete,
wholly Divine.

Soak up This Truth,
it is so healing,
sense the closeness
of loved ones near,
your new-found wings
now fully opened,
are ready to soar –
free from all fear!

Creating Ripples

You throw a line out
when you’re fishing,
might you do the
same with you,
toss your self out
in a lake of possibility
and see what comes
through.

You are seated in
your Peace,
your soul is still as
water calm,
may the ripples that
you create surround
another as healing
balm.

Believe and know
This You that walks
a path unique though
not alone,
with the support of
unseen helpers,
cast ripples out
from the Peace
of Home!

You as Fearless

Fear is a triggering
response,
and one that ego
knows so well,
it has the power to
cause constriction
and make you want
to hide in your shell.

But take the hand
of spirit and sense
that you are not in
this alone,
you need not have
all of the answers,
tune into the wisdom
of your soul.

It may feel like a
paradox,
to release, allow
and let spirit lead,
your ego works hard
to protect you,
yes do what you
need to,
but also Be.

Tapping into your
innate power,
is more a falling back
to You,
trust and believe
This Force within,
You as fearless
know what to do.

Does this not allow your
Strength and Courage
to fill you up with
energy vast,
tap into your Power of Love
that supports and helps
with every task!
