Life changes and swirls
all around you,
but You Are changeless
at your core,
you may experience
wounds and pain
as human,
but your soul is well
forever more.
Every Light on earth
needs fellow Lights,
not one more or less
than anyone else,
Lights together blend
wholly as One,
helping each other
as One brilliant Self.
Love sees You as
whole and complete,
This You Are always –
have no doubt,
no matter the experiences
here on earth,
the Light You Are is
what Love is about!

distraction
fade away do you
not search
for the next thing
on your list,
what should you do
or need to learn?
It is good to
take a breath,
let dark of winter
slow you down,
turn to your quiet
deep center
that needs no noise
or distracting sound.
There is an ebb and
flow to life,
move with the currents,
Be at Peace dear,
as you turn from
outside-in,
loved ones and angels
join you Here!

you may hope things

find life’s sweet spot
in This Moment,
in the heart of You
where no-thing is
named.
Life asks you to
struggle and try,
with no seeming
end in sight,
yes work hard but
may your passion
buoy you with its
infinite Light.
Re-examine intentions
set,
nourish you with the
Light of Love,
marvel at what then
unfolds,
You as the answer
you have been dreaming
of!

but be flexible

abound
beyond any expectations

delight in connections

Humans like structure,
it has a purpose,
but does your soul
not like to play,
be you grounded
and divinely guided,
Love delights
showing you

You Are the breeze
rustling dear trees,
answer with yes
to the universe,
to your soul,

through you now,
You Are together and
are never apart,
you as human know
there may be change,
but You as Soul are

you Love so dear,
Love is the language

where you are.
Traditions past
may remind you,
that change is
always in the air,
you may worry
memories may fade,
but loved ones remain

Everywhere.
Together always
are you not exploring,

And when prayers

are sent as packages

are they not received
as the gifts they are,
delighting All

When mind is weary
from sleeplessness,
slip into your heart –
it is refreshed,
flow from spirit
never tires,
let it lead while
your mind rests.
And is this not
a good way to live,
flowing from the heart
as your first choice,
would not the world
breathe more deeply,
if heart helped to
dampen all the noise.
Breathe in Light,
Here is your power,
let your mind take
a backseat,
Love as driver
will guide you
always
with clarity and all
the energy you need!

Ego works hard
to convince
that you are separate
and alone,
this is the premise
of the ego –
I need to struggle
and tightly hold.
When in this grip
of constriction,
fears are stoked
that one might
lose out,
ego trusts not
anyone,
certainly not the
self that feels
left out.
Love reminds and
gently soothes –
my dear you never
can be alone,
yes the world shows
here and there,
but Here is always
and forever Home.
As Love, You Are
wholly connected,
yes in life and
spirit too,
reach out to your
brothers and sisters,
know dear loved ones
accompany you.
Lean into your heart
and feel,
Here with All
may This you know –
fully supported,
embraced with Love,
soak up This Truth
and welcome Home!
