Go with the flow 
with your unfolding,
you may ask what 
does this mean,
should you not try 
harder in your efforts,
should you not figure 
out everything.

There can be flow 
in analytical thoughts,
but inspiration comes 
from another place,
do not confine yourself 
to your brain thinking,
possibilities arise beyond
time and space.

The soul delights when
you embrace its wonder,
Be more curious than
in planning mode,
allow your breath to 
take you higher,
flow with This as you
and day unfolds!

A Journey Traveled

Follow the nudges
where they lead,
you may be amazed at
where you go,
a path not seen 
in its entirety 
is one you take 
before you know.

Keep following 
breadcrumbs,
even when you think 
that you have now
arrived,
a journey traveled 
continues on,
keep following 
your guiding Light.

The earthly life
with time unfolding,
provides experiences 
with linear flow,
set sail with winds
of change encouraging,
steer with the purpose 
of your soul!

Where Love Dwells

Believe to trust,
trust to believe,
it matters not 
the order here,
the human mind
wishes for both,
but your soul’s knowing
 is always Here.

When life is hard
it is hard to trust,
but put not the cart
before the horse,
meet Love beyond
all space and time,
Love dwells in You –
an eternal Force.

Life promotes so 
much doing,
breathe into soul’s 
timelessness,
Here You Are,
believe in This,
in This Knowing is
where Peace rests!

Nurturing Growth

Growing pains.

Is this not a human
construct,
that to grow means 
it must be hard,
yes at times there 
are old wounds 
that seem to fester 
keeping you on 
guard.

As you are part of
a collective,
are there not collective 
wounds to heal,
you need not solve all
of the world’s problems,
but All of You have 
many layers to peel.

Begin with you,
your growth then 
ripples out –
as All are part of 
this evolving Web,
may you have Grace
for your human self,
and celebrate the 
old skin that you 
shed.

This need not be a 
painful process,
as you nurture self 
with a loving ease,
as you gaze inward
from the external,
Here always present 
is You at Peace!

Be Here

Be Here this day,
this moment,
this now,
Be present with 
the Whole of You,
sometimes the soft Voice
of your soul
waits for perfect timing
to come through.

Meet your soul 
upon your breath,
carve out time 
for This to Be,
when you wish for 
a reset,
Love reminds you 
to return to thee.

All of This 
is in All 
of You,
yes human conditions 
apply to your life,
with awareness,
faith and your heart,
make the shift 
to your soul,
your Light.

Ask for help to see 
another way,
release your grip
on ego’s state 
of mind,
the human condition is 
fraught with angst,
but You as Soul 
are well and fine!

Walking With Peace

Let the day unfold,
what might inspire
you today,
what musings may 
you explore,
what may drop in
to show the way.

You need not solve
all of the world’s
problems,
but might you add 
Light to the dark,
what may bubble up 
from within
that only needs a 
loving spark.

Perceived control 
is a non-starter,
but you have tools 
for what you need,
Strength and Courage
wrapped with Love
join Gratitude 
walking you
with Peace!

Illuminated

The shadows of 
the past need not 
have a hold on 
you any more,
walk through them,
illuminated,
bring Light to 
any closed door.

You need not fear
any door you open,
the smaller spark 
of Light reveals –
shadow is only 
a myth,
the ego’s way to 
hide what is Real.

Knowing your Self 
as the Light
reveals the freedom
you have dreamed of,
spread your wings,
believe This Truth – 
you fly free as 
the Light of Love!

As you align to 
a new shift,
you may have dreams
you wish come true,
you need not wait
for Joy to come,
Its Presence is always
within You.

You may be tired 
of ego’s fight,
but honor All 
that has brought 
you here,
what cries out for
Love to assure,
You Are so very Loved
my dear.

Take Love’s hand,
call in the angels,
but also sense this 
Power of You,
Be open to All
possibility,
may Joy with passion 
and Strength
flow through!

Love is Here
within,
you see your self 
as separate,
but Here has no
beginning or end.

Love is not given out,
Love is never taken
away,
Love is You 
and All others,
forever, eternal,
always.

You need not believe 
this is True,
it is a Truth 
beyond your mind,
your soul knows
This already,
your human self 
may feel left behind.

as Love,
You Are Here
