when despair dims
your Light,
remember beloved,
your Home and
breathe.

let Love nurture

full compassion,

Listen to your

precious child,
though sometimes
this is hard to see,
the world,
the body
is a lot,
sometimes it is difficult
to move with ease.
When you are weary,
Love is Here
to help you rest
and rearrange,
there are times
in ebb and flow
when you fly high
and then need
reprieve.
Release judgments
that you have,
you are doing the
best you can,
give Loving space to
check in with the body
that may need a hand.
Love is Here –
you are not
left behind,
in life,
you are part
of the Whole,
but in Truth
You Are never
separated,
All of Love
is Here within
your Soul!

distorts the view.
