to find the Truth

welcome Home,

have you not always
been Here
and not beyond?
Your guidance need
not come to you,
is it not always
coursing throughout

listen and Trust

One in You
that Loves you
so dear?
Make way,
make room
for the Eternal You,
embrace Love’s blessing
always surrounding you,

or seek Love’s
gentleness,
Love Is You as

Your mind,
your surroundings,
may become cluttered,
yes, you may ask to
clear this, please,
but no matter what
form may hinder,
does not your soul
move about with
ease?
You may get mired
in the details,
yes, there are plans to
work out in life,
but you need not plan
out every moment,
might new possibilities
bring new Light?
You are co-creating
in each moment,
so do not set in stone
what “needs” to be,
might you walk with ease
into new surroundings,
you and your soul
together,
walking confidently.
Your human story
may seek an order,
but sometimes timing
is not in linear form,
trust in the still, small
voice within you,
your soul whispers
this Truth –
you are already Home!

Find sweet respite
in your breath,
yes your mind may
race ahead,
when there is so
much to do,
take little breaks
soulfully led.
Overwhelm comes
when you think
that a whole day
arrives at once,
let it unfold and
live each moment,
inviting new ways
to get things done.
Dance with Love
no matter if the
tempo seems a
little fast,
when you slow
your breath
is Here not eternity
that forever lasts?
Be present during change,
this may be an experience
of greater growth,
savor life always
unfolding,
all journeys await
you and your soul!

tune into your
still, small Voice,
listen to the guidance

the static and all
noise.
When in transition,
when things change,
the ego wishes
for status quo,
calming Peace resides
within you,
helping you with
inner flow.
Trust you have All
that you need,
you know intuitively
what to do,
We Are Here
as You Are Us,

in between moments,
things get busy in
the ego’s mind,
This Peace can expand
so that you can
call on it any place
or time.
You need not talk
ego into Peace,
but This can Be
your foundation
strong,
from This Perspective
you gain clarity,
pieces of the puzzle
fall where they belong.
Ease off struggle
when it arises,
give ego the space
that it needs,
but know This Peace
is Here always present,
one breath,
one remembrance
is All that
you need!

a drawn-out project
or menial task,
spirit is with you
through it all.
Loved ones do not
miss a thing,
guides are Here
with loving support,
angels shower you
with blessings,

It matters not
what is on your
list,
you never do a
task alone,
bask in the company
of spirit –
where You Are eternally,
forever Home!

is helpful and supports
as you go about

little things
that can rattle you
in this life,
in a hustle bustle
hurried way,
your scattered thoughts
can make you feel
tight.
Your breath can
ground,
your feet can walk,
you may find a simple
chore to do,
check in with
your soul who
observes and knows
Love’s essence that
flows through you.
You need not figure
out your mind,
simply tune into
your heart,
your soul is where
the Peace you seek
is Here and never,
ever far.
