you have traveled

Sense your innate Peace
as change is constant,
know your inner anchor
is safe and secure,

there is timing
that works in
rhythm,
that knows when not
to overfill your cup.

might more be waiting
for the perfect time,

energy directed,
know when to fall

You read this much,
you know This Truth,
but you may balk when
it comes to you,
as You Are All
That Is –
Trust in Love.
The world is chaotic,
upside down,
you wonder why
you are around,
no matter where
you think you are –
Trust in Love.
Your presence speaks
to other souls,
you need not understand
what your soul knows,
with perseverance,
with acceptance –
Trust in love.
Love validates at times
to show you,
but ride Faith’s wings
when you are not sure,
believe to know,
know to believe,
trusting in Love
is
trusting in You!

constriction,
Love helps you expand
when you feel tight,
begin by breathing in
Love’s breath,
exhale knowing All
will be alright.
Your egoic body
communicates,
but it is not the center
of the Whole of You,
the Essence of your Soul
exists beyond what
your story tells you.
Do your best in
every circumstance
and do not judge
with a critical eye,
ask Love to guide you
through this life,
your expanded Self
is ready to soar
and fly!

yes poke holes through
them,
they are not as in stone
as you think,
thoughts have woven
many stories,
but they do not create
Everything.
Let intuition be a
barometer,
be aware of expectations
made,
expectation is a fuel
for ego,
must have or should

say.
Be flexible and be willing
to change your thoughts
and patterns as you
question this,
the Universe,
your soul may chart
a more extraordinary path
exploring All of This.
Routine may be needed
in a chaotic world,
but also be open
to another way,
listen wholly to your
still, small voice,
its clarity and Strength
are guiding you always!

beautiful Light,
Love beckons you
to step on out,
are you not lighter
when you release
what has made you
question what
you are about.
In your soul and
in your heart,
you have a knowing
that believes This Truth,
this authentic You that
is filled with Joy,
wishes to express

in you.
You need not run
from your past,
let the future unfold –
you will know what
to do,
lean into All possibility,
say yes to your heart,
your passion,

Even in the depths
of winter,
Love’s Light is Everywhere
at once,
the stars above sparkle
so clearly,
the sun shimmers on
new-fallen snow.
You may withdraw
in hibernation,
is this not a perfect
time to rest,
but have no doubt
the Love from your
heart,
is felt by others
needing kindness.
Light returns ever
so slowly,
turn yours up
to add to This,
even in darkness
Light is glowing,
ever-present
in your
eternalness!

for what it perceives
as a threat,
fear and doubt are used
to hold you back from what
has not happened yet.
Faith and Trust
are super powers
that help you to
rise above,
in any moment
are you not able
to meet anything
with Love.
The dread of what
may come
has no purpose
for This You,
you may need to
move it along –
this habitual thinking
you need not do.
As you create new
pathways,
lifting up your thoughts
with Grace and ease,
you inspire your
body and soul
to integrate in this
newfound Peace.
You have All you need
within you,
believe This,
know what is True –
your soul rises up
to help, assist,
and to Love unconditionally –

Your human mind
questions and doubts.
You do get glimpses,
breaths of Peace –
Love’s safe haven

When out of balance,
when the world is
loud,
when your own thoughts
tend to run the show,
instead of seeking,
return Home –
Love’s safe haven
is within.
When you release,
bit by bit,
your core beliefs
that build up walls,
your return is simply
Be-ing,
Here You Are –
This Love within.
You do not travel
to This Place,
This Peace reveals
itself as You,
Here all along,
no longer a mystery,
Love’s safe haven
is You within!
You Are Love Now
