In this Now,
trust Love.

You may resist,
old habits dig in,
your ego really
wants to win,
what might you lose,
what is there to gain,
release what ifs –
trust Love.

Awareness of thoughts
is quite a surprise,
you thought maybe a lot,
but oh my the size,
You Are the master of
your mind,
rewire, restore –
trust Love.

Old core beliefs
that set up shop,
are free to go,
bring them to the top,
with your heart
as Love’s filter,
bless them, release
and trust Love.

Do this with Love
and tender care,
release the judgments
that sneak in there,
fully, wholly
with Humility,
Be lifted now –
trust Love.

Sense this lightness,
energy now flows,
your intuition speaks
from your soul,
experience the gifts
you are made of,
always, forever,
trust Love!

The Heart of You

Believe in the
Heart of You.

You are compassionate,
you are kind,
release other stories
in your mind,
as human it may
be hard to do –
but believe in the
Heart of You.

Reactions rise,
defenses roar,
some things make sense,
others you ignore,
the external is hard
to count on, yes –
but believe in the
Heart of You.

The You that watches
life play out
is The Awareness
we are talking about,
from This Perspective
find your power Here,
rising up from the
Heart of You.

Surrounded by Love
you need not fight back,
your existence needs not
a counter-attack,
All That You Are,
All that you need –
is your True Knowing
of the Heart of You.

Hello Strength and Courage
always by your side,
you are a spiritual warrior
on life’s wild ride,
remember, reclaim
what is forever True –
Love’s Strength,
innate Peace,
beats in the
Heart of You!

keep it open,
this is your map
to ride Love’s flow,
you may not know
your destination,
but trust the intelligence
of your soul.

As you experience
what life brings,
you may sometimes
wish to close off,
make a choice to
keep your heart open,
allowing Love to smooth
what feels rough.

Breathe in This Moment,
Here is all you need,
let the fullness of Love
touch you tenderly,
Beloved One,
with your beautiful heart,
take Love’s hand
and forever fly free!

Changing

Embrace the change
that sometimes pushes you
out of your comfort zone,
growth requires
movement, flexing
muscles that need
this change to grow.

As human,
you believe
that comfort means
to stay the same,
but as soul Peace can
be found in any moment
including change.

Love’s center at
your core is always
Here as your
True Home,
may change invite you
to explore
from the comfort
of your soul!

Gratitude

Sing a song of
Gratitude,
follow its rhythm
in your heart,
something big or small
it matters not,
honor and thank
All That You Are.

You Are This now,
you need not ask,
trust in spirit that
flows through you,
from a summer breeze
to needed drops of rain,
bless it All
with Gratitude.

And if life feels
too heavy to hold,
believe through clouds
your Light shines through,
know you are cherished
by Love Divine,
showering you with
its Gratitude!

Fearless

Who would you be
without your fear,
when ego has no place
to go,
are you not used to looking
over your shoulder,
is this not the dread
you have come to know.

Yes life, this world will
bring to you situations
that may hurt,
but might you use what
gets roiled in your beliefs,
to clear out what questions
your worth.

Fear can be a sticky
substance,
drawing more fear to
its side,
with the Vision of
your soul,
might you now see
how fear divides.

Use life experiences
as fuel to help clear out
what may be stuck,
you need not hide from
what life brings you,
discern old patterns
and release with Love.

With the fearlessness
of soul,
with a heart so fierce
and True,
there is no-thing that
can block the Truth
of this wholly,
magnificent You!

Loosening

you freely,
with less resistance
what might you find,
this may help you
change perspective,
freeing you from
your demanding mind.

With a loosening
of expectation,
does not your path
begin to smooth,
you may not know the
next step to take,
but you believe you will
know what to do.

In This Moment
may you flow,
fresh new energy
is Here with you,
release the old beliefs
that no longer serve
this empowered and
fearless you!

A Loving Shift

There is allowance,
flowing acceptance,
in This energy when
you join,
open you to
All of You,
believe and trust –
say yes to Love.

Set your fears
to the side,
they no longer get
in the way,
when you hear ego’s
voice intruding,
go to your heart –
say yes to Love.

You may think
this is too simple,
but a loving shift
is all you need,
Love is Here,
infinitely ready,
saying yes to You –
is saying yes to Love.

Life will always come
with struggle,
Be the observer
from the You
that sees,
Here is Light,
within, around you,
infinitely shining –
as you say yes
to Love!

this infinite well-spring
is your power,
with Strength and Courage,
