Release what tethers 
you to beliefs
that pass judgment 
upon you, dear,
might you realize 
your beliefs are often 
made up of old fears.

See your self as 
Love sees you,
this is the clearest
vision held,
you need not count 
on the chaotic world,
to let you know that
All is Well.

When you remove 
external needs 
that are precarious,
and not secure,
might you find your 
True Foundation 
is below, around you,
safe and sure.

This is a paradigm shift,
but This is not something
“out there”,
the word “external” 
without one letter,
is You, Eternal,
and always Here.

Place your energy,
your trust,
in This Belief
that beckons you,
Here You Are,
Love says with knowing,
You Are This 
and Love Is You!

Love’s Purpose

Love invites you 
to walk your
purpose,
as you journey 
upon this earth,
purpose is varied 
and multi-layered,
it does not exist to 
define your worth.

Expand your perspective
upon Love’s Purpose,
are you not This 
one and the same,
your every breath
is purposeful,
where does Love 
lead you upon 
this day?

You cannot separate
your purpose
from All of Love 
that freely flows 
through,
in your openness, 
accepting,
Love’s purpose is 
This manifestation 
of You!

 

The Whole of You

What snags you,
what catches your
eye,
is not the Whole
of You
helping throughout
your life?

You may not be aware
of all your soul 
can do,
but there is no separation
of the Essence of You.

Do not view choices 
as right or wrong,
this journey,
your path,
takes a view 
that is long.

Be flexible,
Be open,
let go of perceived
control,
angels, guides,
loved ones help you –
All Are One 
with your soul.

rejuvenate,
you can do this 
with each breath,
release, let go
of what you hold 
and let Love 
do the rest.

Say hello to this 
moment of you,
with Gratitude
look around,
centered Here,
always with you,
is where Peace
can be found.

Love Is You now,
there is no-thing 
you must do,
refresh, replenish,
remember always,
Love is Here and 
so loved are you!

Perfect Vision

there is Love in All
you see,
when you look with 
Eyes of Love,
is there not wonder
and clarity?

As you take Love’s 
helping hand,
you know fully you 
are not alone,
you need no words 
to explain this – 
your grateful heart
knows You Are Home.

Upon This Journey,
with twists and turns,
return to Gratitude
so you may see –
Love is Everywhere 
You Are,
your loving eyes 
see perfectly.

building,
those times you sense 
yourself constrict,
ask for help to see
your Truth,
to loosen bonds that 
may restrict.

In this flow of 
Grace and ease,
riding comfortably 
with your breath,
no matter what may
come before you,
you will know how
to handle this.

Let go of fear or 
trepidation,
Here is Love that 
flows with ease,
receive this blessing 
of angelic comfort,
imbuing you with 
Love’s eternal Peace.

Lean into your power 
flowing,
your soul knows 
what to do,
with this trust
in you, believing – 
Be fearless today.

This is not tied in
to outcomes,
this is seeing you 
as Whole,
feel the lightness 
of this perspective – 
Be fearless today.

This is a natural 
State of Be-ing,
your soul knows
this very well,
set old beliefs off
to the side –
Be fearless today.

What do you carry 
that is not yours,
You Are One 
with All That Is,
identify with 
Who You Are –
as You Are fearless,
always.

You know This Truth
in This now moment,
Be This with every 
step you take,
light and free,
are you not dancing –
with your fearless Self
today!

There is no need to 
force your way,
let it unfold,
what does Love say,
allow the timing 
to be what it needs,
pieces come together
beyond what you 
may see.

A challenge in life is
to think beyond time,
let your soul lead,
feel into the signs,
discern what resists,
try another way,
sometimes the answer 
is to rest today.

Be well, Be Peace,
this is your soul,
Be gentle, Be kind,
to you and know,
your Light is eternally 
seen by Love,
Divine Love is wholly
what you are made of!

of those before you,
this courses through
your very veins,
sense their Essence 
in your heart,
Love’s rhythm together
beats one and the same.

Know they say not
a goodbye,
they walk beside you
every day,
have faith in this 
Eternal connection,
that guides you gently,
lighting up the way.

Time gone by is 
not of This Love,
Love knows no boundaries,
it is not far,
through your eyes
does Love not see,
when you search
for them in the 
stars?

Love does not miss
a single moment,
you know this truth 
within your bones,
rejoice with All you Love
this moment,
Eternally together
and always Home!

 

With Peace and Ease

It takes more energy 
to hang on,
it can be effortless 
to release,
though in the world 
of upside down,
do you not “work”
to gain more Peace?

Play with this throughout 
your day,
discern where your 
energy usually goes,
in life you may think
you need to struggle,
but Peace and ease
are You as Soul.

“Hard work” is a phrase
life looks on proudly,
and you do wish to 
get things right,
but letting go,
not holding so 
tightly,
will result in a flowing,
productive life.

You have purpose,
your soul will 
lead you,
be open as you 
loosen your hold,
You Are Love’s 
possibility,
Be Peace and ease
as this day unfolds.
