There is no-thing missing.

Ego plays tricks and 
has you believe
that there are gaps 
you must fill to live,
You Are complete,
divinely whole – 
there is no-thing missing.

Yes there is grief 
with loved ones gone,
as human you will sense
this loss and mourn,
but your soul knows 
you are together Here – 
there is no-one missing.

Home is in every breath 
you take,
no one, no experience 
can take this away,
sense This Peace 
with Grace and know,
there is no-thing missing –
whole is your soul.

 

Your Limitless View

No-thing can hide 
your Vision,
are you not above 
the world you see,
you create boundaries
upon this earth,
but You Are expansive,
infinite, free.

Yes, you need your 
sight to navigate,
but are you not traveling 
through limitless realms,
on the earth,
your senses inform you,
but know your soul 
is at the helm.

Your living space indeed
reflects you,
but it is You that 
fills it with care,
your Vision needs not
a window to see 
the limitless view 
of Love Everywhere!

In Harmony

Love your purpose,
purpose your Love,
is this not expressing 
the Essence of You,
may your Be-ing 
affect your doing,
as you embrace 
the Whole of You.

Yes, use your senses, 
but build awareness 
of the senses of 
your soul,
these at first seem 
soft or quiet,
but with discernment,
do they not let you know.

You need not know 
every minute detail,
let guidance nudge you
on your first steps,
move in directions 
that feel open,
knowing you will know 
what to do next. 

You are part of a 
greater orchestra,
the notes you play 
are part of the whole,
delight in your song
composed with Love,
rejoice in the harmony
of your soul!

This Trust

You may waver on 
trusting your self,
but you can always 
trust Love.

This Love,
This trust 
is your foundation,
this below is
All You Are
above.

It is hard to trust 
perception,
but beyond that 
is soul awareness 
Here.

Here is the comfort 
that you seek,
Here is the Peace 
that flows through you,
my dear.

Love melts the layers
one by one 
that obscure your vision 
from seeing This Truth.

Your Eternal Self,
whole and complete,
says Trust in Us – 
Source, angels 
and You!

 

This Loving Circle

You will know what 
to do,
as time catches up 
to you,
for it is You
that is timeless,
come what may.

Give and receive,
receive and give,
create This Circle
as you live,
this flow connects 
the dots for you 
to find your way.

This present moment
is not small,
it may feel daunting 
to know You Are All,
let Love take your hand 
to guide you through 
this day.

As this day with Love 
unfolds,
you may be quiet,
you may be bold,
know you are cherished 
as Love’s Expression 
in every way!

Joy-Full

You may be uncomfortable 
with quiet,
needing to hear or 
make some noise,
you may perceive quiet
as boring,
needing some action
to see joy.

Look beyond all 
action taken,
yes, express yourself 
in full,
but may it Be 
derived from what 
loves to bubble up
in you – joyful.

Let Love Be your 
leading cause,
the world offers you 
many effects,
when you step away 
from usual reactions,
might you tap into 
what may happen next?

Tapping into the 
stillness of your soul
does not mean you 
do not live,
you live fully to 
your potential,
when you connect 
with All of This.

Embody the fullness 
of your expression,
it may be quiet 
or it may be loud,
may it Be what is 
created within You,
True to your Self,
expressing inside out!

A Loving Purpose

Be free,
Be bold, 
put your Self 
out there,
yes, you have so
much to share,
ego may want you 
to play it safe,
but your soul 
reaches Everywhere.

Spirit brings you 
many insights,
is this not how 
inspiration flows,
the Light of Love 
shines in you brightly,
dispelling shadows
that are ready to go.

All of You 
aligns with 
All of This,
your natural balance
knows what to do,
have faith,
believe in your soul’s
guidance,
your loving purpose 
is Be-ing You!

Fly with me,
spirit says reaching
out Love’s hand to 
hold on to yours,
let us explore 
and learn together,
I am Here when you 
open doors.

Loved ones,
angels and 
your guides,
follow your lead
when intention calls,
you need not set 
an expectation,
simply be open
to experience it all.

This is a co-creative 
process,
and as you ask loved ones
to be near,
dear one,
they need not travel
far,
each beat of your heart
signals they are Here.

Life is not a solitary 
journey,
yes, you meet kindred
spirits along the way,
and how precious 
is This Knowing,
all who you Love 
forever Light 
the way!

A Loving Pause

There is a pause 
between the seasons,
as the earth catches 
her breath,
in this space of 
possibility,
you may wonder 
what will happen 
next.

In this pause 
do not the trees
appear to know 
this is enough,
majestically they 
provided shelter
to help cool
everything off.

The birds begin 
their travels,
different sounds are 
in the air,
insects that sang 
summer’s hum,
now make way for 
crickets everywhere.

Might you pause 
between your spaces,
when you move from 
this to that,
notice with Gratitude 
what you are leaving 
and embrace what 
happens next.

Take a cue from 
Mother Nature,
transitional phases
are a natural way,
to embrace change 
and with wonder,
what might you 
experience today?

May you pause with 
no expectation,
follow your breath
to sense This Truth,
in This Moment of 
your perfection,
behold all possibility 
of You!

You Are Love and 
Love lasts forever,
you need not worry – 
your loved ones are 
Here,
loving bonds created 
with Love,
are eternal and 
exist Everywhere.

A part of you may seem
to be missing,
in the human life
you lead,
but You Are so much
more than human,
your souls are united 
infinitely.

Cherish your memories 
as you honor their lives,
but know their journey 
does not end,
they walk with you,
two worlds combining,
to support and cheer
your transformation.

Your heart may ache
with human longing,
but sense your heart
opening so wide,
is not your awareness 
over-flowing,
as you discover This Love 
inside?

Take Love’s hand,
it beckons to you,
see your self as 
Love sees you,
you share this journey
with all you Love,
who see with Grace,
this beautiful You!
