Be the Grace
you cannot help

Grace is not
something external
to you,
you may sense it
when All aligns
perfectly.
Yes, there are moments
that seem miraculous
and amazing,
my dear you are
All of This
and more –
may Grace be
a reminder of
your perfection,
you are amazing
and miraculous
to your core.
Grace is beyond
expectation or
outcome,
it may not be
an answer
to prayer,
Grace aligns perfectly
with Love
to remind you,
the Miracle of Love
and Grace
is You Are Here.

Rest in sweet
pockets of Peace,
that are always
available in a
noisy life,
you may need
a time-out
beyond time
and space,
that sometimes
appears to cause
you strife.
You need not
have what is
external
to be completely
devoid of noise,
yes, outside calm
may be a preference,
but the Peace
within is always
a choice.
Let Peace remind
you gently,
you are a well-spring
of waters that run
deep,
this Eternal Flow of
Love,
bathes you in Love
always,
endlessly.
With every breath
Peace is always
with you,
yes, sometimes
you need to
let go –
and rest gently
in the Arms of
Love,
safe and protected
and eternally
Loved so!

to remind you,
you are stronger
than you think,
Strength and Courage
always are with you,
in a sacred balance
with Humility.
You are of the
earth,
grounded so deeply,
you are beyond
the stars that shine
oh so high,
you are in each drop
of a summer rainfall,
you are every cloud
that graces a
blue sky.
You are connected
to all that lovingly
surrounds you,
indeed This Love
is Who You Are,
let Love open your
doubting eyes,
to see the Truth
of the Love You Are.
You are your
greatest teacher,
hand in hand
as student, too,
Be centered in
this knowing,
Grace,
Strength and
Love

not be
knowing all
the answers.
You may sense
knowing is on a
spectrum,
a place to go
from A to Z,
would not this
knowing
know all of
the answers,
making sense
of every part
of the journey?
Pure knowing
is beyond
your questions,
though knowledge
you seek
you delight
to find,
the knowing that
we speak of
is the Peace beyond
any space or time.
With patience
might you let
yourself
realize what
you already
know,
your mind may
continue to grapple
with what makes
sense
within your soul.
When you feel
confusion
or complication
makes it
hard to get through,
find Peace within
the Knowing,
that All Is Well
knowing
This Love
Is You!

It is not a dance
you learn,
how many steps
until you turn,
might you move
for movement’s
sake,
in this joyful
dance of
give and take?
Be free,
let your child
out to play.
Throw out the
rules of the
game,
walk a different
path
on any given
day,
let the unknown
become what
you know,
as you allow You
to play in this
flow.
Create,
as the Joy
That You Are.
Joy’s invitation
beckons you,
come play with
Me,
I play with You –
we dance together
as One,
might Love’s
discovery
be joyous
and fun?

as the Love
That You Are,
shining bright
with the Light
of a thousand

is
trusting You.
This You
that is always
with you
is a guiding
force, too.
You are never
not connected,
though human will
is quite strong, too –
as an aspect
of Love’s sweet glory,
You Are glorious,
as Love Is You.
Trust in Love,
yes,
trust in You.
Let your knowing
guide you gently,
be lifted with Gratitude
in your heart,
Be Love’s presence,
it flows through you,
Trust in Love,
Love trusts
in You!

so many questions,
to find out
what you need
to know,
but as True
Knowing
is not what
you are asking,
might you
in the quiet,
let the questions
go?
You have heard
the still, small
voice that whispers,
when you turn down
the noise outside,
this familiar voice
may speak more
loudly,
when you trust
what bubbles
up inside.
A gentle shift
of perception,
is all you need
to hear this
Truth,
this loving Voice
has been communicating,
for as long as
you are You.
Be patient,
Be still,
even for a moment,
listen to your soul,
this loving Voice
is forever with you,
Trust and Know
that You Are Loved,
so!

foraging in
the future,
looking to work
everything out,
is this not fear
that in future moments,
you may not know
what something is
about.
Reel in the you
that gathers all
past moments,
to shape a future
not yet here,
using the past
to predict
the future,
skips you in
this moment –
the only One
Here.
Yes, as human
stretched across
a timeline,
this may feel
contradictory
to your experience,
but is True Experience
not in this
present moment,
your soul is
Here,
even if your
mind isn’t.
Yes, life is a series
of unfoldings,
but do not skip
each precious step,
Be aware,
Be present
as Love’s
experience,
your heart remembers
even if you
forget.
Come join your
heart,
with each beat
its rhythm,
beats in real time –
present tense,
this breath you
take
is life’s gift
reminding –
Here You Are
as
All of This!

it flows throughout
you,
You Are Courage,
with each step
you take,
your open heart
needs not protection,
might you stand tall
with each decision
you make.
As human you
look for reassurance,
Love is with you
every step of
the way,
experiences flow
in and out like
water,
Love is your constant
and always
stays.
Embrace,
behold your
beautiful heart,
though at times
it may feel wounded
or exposed,
might feelings
open up the
doors
to the depths
of you
that beautifully
unfold.
You Are Love’s
flower of perfection,
with new growth
appearing every day,
may you rejoice
with each bud
blooming,
the perfect You
as Love,
