what fulfills and 
nourishes you?
Begin with loving 
your beautiful self,
trusting what Love 
may bring to you.

Let go of time 
in all scenerios,
what does your soul 
wish you to know?
It is okay to release 
any struggle that appears
to impede your flow.

Let forgiveness lead 
the way,
begin with you 
and send This out 
in waves,
may you ride upon
the Crest of Love 
that lovingly shows 
you the way. 

Believe in You,
Love flows eternally 
through you,
with Gratitude for 
Strength and Courage,
know Love is always 
Here with You!

build your list
throughout the day,
bless this moment
You Are Here,
does Gratitude 
not smooth the way?

You can shift 
discordant energy,
does it not align
when you know,
the power of loving 
Gratitude,
may it comfort and 
help All to flow.

Gratitude is allowance,
helping you to open
to possibility,
Gratitude brings you 
to present,
what gifts of Now 
do you see?

Be Gratitude and 
sense doors
that were closed 
open up for you,
in the Peace of 
Love’s sweet blessing,
Be free,
Be Strength,
Be Gratitude!

Honoring

You may feel burdened,
overwhelmed,
feeling your back 
against a wall,
sometimes you believe
struggle is needed
to keep your head 
above it all.

Yes, this world has 
many experiences 
that ego loves to 
wrap with fear,
might you take a breath 
and remember,
you need not fight
to survive,
my dear!

Sometimes fear latches 
onto memories
that were developed 
at a young age,
might you shower 
younger you with Love,
giving Gratitude to 
who you are, today.

Embrace this opportunity 
to honor emotions
that run so deep,
shedding a tear,
holding you close,
may you release 
old thoughts that 
you keep.

Extend a loving hand
to any parts of you
that wishes to know –
All of You 
is 
All of Love,
All is Well,
You Are Loved, so!

Be Courage
as Strength,

today.

Allow the day’s
unfoldment,
accept each moment 
presently,
Be Gratitude
as Humility,
Be willing,
today.

Love is with you
every step,
be it heavy or 
so light,
your willingness 
opens All doors,
say yes to Love,
today.

Walk through this day 
with purpose,
with assuredness 
of This Truth,
Be Peace,
as Love,
Be willing,
always.

Surprise Yourself

Be open to surprises,
though you may 
not like these
you say,
yes, you may wish 
to control more of what
happens throughout 
your day.

Be open to new 
moments,
you like the newness
of a new year,
might you relish 
any shiny chance
to create with Love,
my dear?

Try something new,
appreciate the old,
with discernment 
what is ready to 
change,
opportunities come 
your way – 
what is inviting you 
to rearrange?

Yes there is comfort 
in the familiar,
but even that you
can see differently,
see your Wholeness,
Be your Oneness,
surprise yourself
and as Love,
Be!

When skies are gray
or fog is rising,
when you think you
cannot see,
is not your heart
your lighthouse
guiding – 
as Love,
Here is Light.

Familiar darkness
may remind you,
of your search 
in moments past,
may you know 
in any moment – 
as Love,
Here is Light.

Extend what you 
wish to receive,
and as you share 
with fellow Lights,
every One is looking 
for This – 
as All Are Love,
Here is Light.

With skies of gray 
or sunshine beaming,
may you walk 
with Love as You,
with a grateful heart
that knows This Truth – 
Here is Love,
thank you Light.

Smooth Travels

Unwind your knotted 
thoughts,
may Love help smooth
them out for you,
sit with Love,
with breath,
release the fears 
that may be constricting
you.

In the world 
there are choices 
you make,
listen to your heart’s 
loving Truth,
may Love help show
you a smooth way,
upon the roads 
you travel through.

And if obstacles you 
meet,
with Gratitude ask Love
to assist,
all roads you travel
do have purpose,
leading you to 
All of This.

Pray not for outcomes 
met,
may your prayer be
for Love to guide,
walk with Courage 
upon any road,
Love walks with you,
O Beautiful Light!

A Gracious Allowance

Be gentle with your self,
find Love’s sweet spot 
that dwells in you,
ego is loud and loves 
to drown out
your peaceful center 
that knows your Truth.

Ego wants you to 
stay small,
but your magnificence 
cannot be hid,
Love is your Reality –
Here and Now,
ego may not want you 
to see This.

Be gracious and grateful
for Who You Are,
with Grace,
acceptance is a 
healing balm,
relax, return to
Love’s open arms,
in this release,
is there not Peace 
and calm?

Be loving with your self
and feel Love’s ripples 
flow from you,
in This allowance
is where Peace resides,
Here is Home,
in This Truth 
of You!
