A Breath of Gratitude

Gratitude.

And does not Gratitude
flow on every breath
that you take,
for as you breathe,
are you not breathing in
Gratitude?

Is not the breath
where Gratitude begins
while in this experience
here on earth,
yes, there are times
when the earthly experience
leaves you less than
grateful,
but is there not
a sweetness,
an arriving,
a lifting,
when Gratitude
finds its way
back to your heart?

In Gratitude,
can you not
let go,
is there not relief
that begins to flow,
do you not experience
acceptance,
when you allow Gratitude in,
when defenses are down,
when you can smile,
look around
and feel the Gratitude
That Is You,
are you not lifted up,
does Love not expand
on the wings,
in the energy
of Gratitude?

With Love and Gratitude
can you not fly,
even the sky
is not the limit –
there is no limit
to You,
did not Love
breathe your first breath,
does Love not exist
beyond your last?

Are you not eternally
Love and Gratitude?

In Gratitude,
may you accept
and allow
All That Is –
and That Is You!

Be curious.

Are you willing to play?
Are you willing to
try something new
or look at something
with brand-new eyes –
are children not curious
with so much to
experience,
to learn –
there need not be an end
to experiencing new,
when you let
curiosity come out
to play.

Be in wonder.
Can you be in awe
of the magic
of each new day –
what does nature bring
to you to observe,
will you feel the warmth
of the sun today,
or smell the rain
that lovingly soaks
the earth,
what amazing tastes
will you get to experience –
what you think is mundane,
when you look with wonder,
do you not see much
that is wonderful?

Do not curiosity
and wonder
open doors
that you may have thought
were stuck,
or closed –
is it not your
willingness to see,
to step beyond
your usual routines,
is this not the space
where magic happens,
when you open up to
the Possibility of You?

Be curious.
Be in wonder.
Be in awe –
as you step into
All Possibilities of You.

You Are Strength.
You Are Courage.
You Are Gratitude.
The Wonder of Love
is the Wonder of You.

Come out and play –
“What if . . .”
“I wonder . . . ”

Find Love

Take a breath,
take a moment,
to still your
active mind –
there has been
some heavy lifting
in this life
and in this
world.

Can you feel
a shift is happening
as cracks break open
to reveal,
what asks for healing,
what needs mending,
will not Love
help All to heal?

With all of the
distractions,
can you keep
your eyes on Love –
yes, there are times
when eruptions seem
to happen everyday –
much has been hidden,
that now is ready
to be seen
and to be heard –
yes, it often brings up
more questions –
what to do
and where is Peace?

And is not always
the answer –
Find Love.

Beyond the fiery
reactions,
beyond the exasperated
sighs,
you may not find
agreement,
as the human drama
unfolds,
but are these not plays
that are acted out
in your own space
or on the world stage –
are they not
leading you
to Find Love?

Is Love not in
the quiet,
in the space
that fills your heart?
Is Love not in
a smile
you give freely
just because?
When you acknowledge
that another
is part of You
and of the Whole –
is that not
where you
Find Love?

As you feel Gratitude
for all experiences
you have had –
does not Gratitude
lift you up
from thinking things
are happening “to” you –
are you not here
for the opportunities
to find the hidden gem –
are you not looking
for Treasure
when you search
and Find Love?

Is Love not like
the pot of gold
at the rainbow’s end –
you do not know
if you can believe it,
but you keep searching
again and again –
once you realize
it is not far away,
or out of sight,
will you not see –
that Love
is right where
You Are,
when you shine
your own Light?

Take a breath,
take a moment
and breathe in
your Light of Love.

Here You Are.
See You.
Trust You.
Find Love.

Love and Gratitude

Do you not possess
different perspectives,
different vantage points
to look
at any situation
for understanding
or for Truth.

The human story
is complicated,
different truths
get debated as
you seek to find
who is right
or wrong,
or an outcome
you are counting on –
do not expectation,
disappointment,
anger and pain
often reign
in this state of Life?

It is hard to
give up this perspective,
even as you know Love
you resist,
but can you diffuse
any situation –
with Love
and Gratitude?

Can you paint
a different picture,
to see a different
way to look –
might you choose
a different color,
might you use
a different stroke,
if you have always
started at the top,
might you try
from bottom – up,
can you create
this new landscape,
using the colors
of Love
and Gratitude?

You may resist change,
but is not resistance
usually where
there is learning,
there is growth,
even as you wish
to turn away –
can you turn into
what you bump up
against,
as your palette now
contains the hues –
helping you create
a new scene to play
with Love
and Gratitude?

You can see
in black and white,
you can see
what colors blend –
but can you
simplify any picture,
when you see
with Love
and Gratitude?

Can you embrace
Gratitude,
especially when
it is hard to do –
does Gratitude
not nudge you,
lovingly,
to step outside
of you?

And when this perspective
changes,
opening you to
Be You –
is this not where you
can see it all –
when you play,
create and understand,
in the energy
of Love
and Gratitude?

Your human side
may not understand,
what your Higher Self
knows is True –
you can see
and experience
the Masterpiece of You
with Love
and Gratitude.

A Presence of Love

Do you not search
for a reason,
is there not a need
to justify,
do you not look
for where to place blame
on what causes you
hurt or pain?

Can you feel the energy
with this,
fingers pointing out
away from you –
“woe is me”,
“look what you’ve done” –
and yes, you sometimes
place blame on you,
have there not been times,
when you think
you are the reason
for your own pain?

And what if you find
“the reason” –
does that not come
with justification,
do you not search
for “why”
someone or you
would “deserve”
to receive what you
consider to be
a cause of
suffering or pain?

What if you threw out
all the roles,
that you place
on what you experience –
what if you looked
through a lens
that neither blames
or justifies –
what if there is
a broader perspective
on what you play out,
what you are here to learn –
what if you send
Gratitude
to all that comes
your way?

Is it not in
these earthly roles,
that your soul
can stretch and learn –
and is there
not learning for you
right now,
right here,
today?

Can you not change
the energy of
every experience
you are in,
when you accept
that you are part
of the experience?
Is there not Strength
when you can
move beyond the surface –
and know that the
experience is
what you chose
and that it is not just
happening “to” you?

As separate as you
may sometimes feel,
you are always
part of the Whole –
as you wish to feel
unconditional Love,
is this “training ground”
not a place for you
to be the presence of
this Love, too –
yes, do you not search
for a reason,
is there not a need
for justification,
do you not look
for how or who
(including you),
is deserving of this Love?

There are no strings
to Love.
Set yourself Free
from If – then – That.
As You Are Love,
be the Presence of Love
and receive All That
You Are.

In Gratitude –
there is Strength,
there is Peace,
and There Is Love.
Always, always,
Love.

I Am, I Am

State Who You Are –
I Am.
I Am.

There is a seed,
a stirring within you,
that remembers
Who You Are.

You may have one,
you may have many
purposes in this Life,
but is there not purpose
in remembering,
You Are Love?

You have forgotten
so you can experience
All There Is –
that will lead you,
that will remind you
of All That Is.

All That Is You,
All That Is Love –
and You Are That.
And so are you,
and you,
and you –
All One,
One Love.

Yes, there are choices made
in your forgetful state,
but does not an outcome
there,
make you look
over here,
is not duality designed
for you to experience
what is not –
so that you may
discover
and remember
What Is
and Who You Are?

Can you have Gratitude
for every fork
in the road,
in the knowing,
in the remembering
that there is
no “wrong” turn –
you cannot “fail”,
there is no other place
you “need” to be –
you are where
you actually started –
You Are Here
and
You Are Home.

State Who You Are –
I Am.
I Am.

You Are Here.
You Are Home.
You Are Love.
And so very Loved.

Growing

Grow where you are
planted,
thrive with what
comes your way,
soak up up what
speaks to you,
letting what does not
to pass through –
do you not know
what resonates
with the vessel
That Is You?

Be Where You Are.
Do not worry there
is somewhere else
to go,
or something else
you “need” to do,
let your roots
hold firm and steady,
breath in the air
that breathes You –
are you not growing
exactly Where
You Are
right now?

Is not where you are
planted,
a temporary place –
yes, you belong
to Mother Earth,
but are you not part
of the sun,
as you reach for
the sky,
do you not belong,
are you not One
with the Love
of All That Is?

Can you not grow
wherever you are
planted,
yes, placed here
with intention,
but You Are Everywhere
at once –
can you feel Gratitude
for the magnificent vessel
That You Are and
That Is You?

Take in what speaks
to you.
Resonate with what
moves you.
With Love surrounding you,
it is what breathes You.
Grow.
Be.
Flourish.
Thrive.
Love Is
Where You Are.

Being Joy

Enjoy.
Have fun.
Hope you have
a good time.

Are these not phrases
that go along
with plans you make
to have fun –
yes, planned events
are wonderful experiences,
giving you permission
to attend to
and focus on
doing something different,
seeing something new
and getting ready
to have fun.
Enjoy.

Are there preparations needed
to enjoy,
to have fun,
to have a good time –
yes, as experiences
can be planned events,
can you not experience
Be-ing Joy
at any place,
at any time?

Is there not a difference
between be-ing
and having –
if you have fun,
does it also not become,
you “had” fun
when it is over?

Yes, there is Joy
in the planning of,
the anticipation of,
then having wonderful
experiences
that are new
or different,
planned vacations
that give you permission
to enjoy
and have fun.

Can you give yourself
permission to
Be Joy
at any place,
at any time?

You need not
be “doing”
any specific thing,
to find the Joy
That You Are –
does not Joy
wait patiently
for the recess bell
to ring?
And when called upon,
does Joy not leap
at the chance
to come alive –
do you not feel
most alive,
when dancing
with the freedom,
the “fun”
that Joy
most often brings?

Does not Gratitude
open the heart –
do Gratitude and Joy
not go hand-in-hand,
it matters not
which one goes first –
do they not both
lead you to Love?

And there,
do you not enjoy Joy –
the lightness,
the lifting,
that Be-ing Joy brings –
you need not prepare,
no travel need take place –
can you not go to
your Space of Joy,
anytime,
anywhere?

Give yourself permission
to be Joy –
it is not to be earned,
it is not a reward.
Joy Is an Essence of You,
it celebrates the
Love That You Are.

Celebrate You.
Be Joy.

Wings of Gratitude

If Love is the
house you live in,
is it not Gratitude
that opens the
doors?
Do you not feel
the energy moving,
lifting you higher,
open your windows
and feel the Love.

Do not acceptance
and allowance
float behind
where Gratitude soars –
do you not feel Peace,
is there not understanding,
with Gratitude
do you not know
All Is Well?

Can you weave
Gratitude
throughout your
Be-ing –
do your very cells
not open in Joy –
touch the Light
of your very Essence,
with Gratitude
might you see
that Light?

It may be hard
to feel grateful
when your surroundings
make it hard to do –
but You Are Love,
yes, You Are Courage,
You Are Beautiful
by Be-ing You.

If Gratitude is the
key that opens
up the Essence
That You Are –
put the key in,
turn it gently,
and with Gratitude –
feel the Love.

Is there not Gratitude
when There Is Love,
is there not Love
with Gratitude?
As You Are Love
manifesting –
how can you not
manifest
Gratitude?

Be the Love
in perfect Wholeness
That You Are
right here,
right Now –
does not Gratitude
fill the room
of your Magnificence
as you feel the Love?

With Gratitude
may you open
doors,
raising the windows
to the Essence of You?
Might you share Love,
might you Be Love –
is All not possible
with Gratitude?

Love flows
on the wings
of Gratitude.

So Grateful.
So Loved.
You Are.

I Am

The mind is
a powerful
communicator –
giving you
direction,
commands
and thoughts –
it plans
your day,
it keeps
you safe,
but does
it not also
worry and doubt
and sometimes
not see
that You Are Love?

There is no
turning off
the mind –
but is it
not ready
to receive
new direction,
new programming –
do you not
speak a language
that the mind
can receive –
when you tell it
“I Am Love?”

Is there not
a flicker
of understanding,
a familiarity
that seeps in –
the mind may
think the “I”
means separation,
but does not
“I Am”
encompass All?

Does not “I Am Joy”
remind you of
letting go
to reach your
joyful self –
your mind
can visualize
times when you
have had fun,
but does not Joy
touch you
deep inside –
when you say,
“I Am Joy?”

Does not “I Am Strength”
make you stand up tall,
feeling your innate Courage
that comes with Strength –
it is not to overpower,
it is your essence within,
can you not
sense your magnificence
when you say,
“I Am Strength?”

Does not “I Am Gratitude”
bring you right
to your heart –
is that not where
this Journey begins –
when your mind
gets too loud,
when it brings
static to your
Be-ing,
can you begin
with Gratitude –
reminding your mind
that You Are
centered at
the heart –
as you speak
from your Soul –
“I Am Gratitude.”

Remind the mind
of Who You Are.
Use words
that the mind
can understand.
There is no
need to cajole,
no reasoning
to give,
there is only Truth –
and it is –
You Are Love
and
I Am That.

I Am All.
I Am One.
Perfect.
Whole.
Remember.
Remind.

I Am Love.
