A Shining Presence

Lessen your load
weary traveler,
you need not carry
what is not yours,
as human you collect
many concepts and shoulds
that no longer serve as
you have thought before.

Step back to You,
the One that notices thoughts,
you can question them
or let them go,
ego is seductive,
tempting you to join
in following thoughts
down every rabbit hole.

From your soul awareness
look with fresh new eyes,
you need not wrestle ego
to do this,
return to wonder
dipped in Gratitude,
as Humility,
your soul knows
All of This.

From this State of Be-ing,
the world is wholly new,
accept, allow what may
show up in life,
with your soul’s awareness
grounding you in Truth,
Be Peace,
Be Here,
Be Love’s Presence of Light!

Sing a song of
Gratitude,
follow its rhythm
in your heart,
something big or small
it matters not,
honor and thank
All That You Are.

You Are This now,
you need not ask,
trust in spirit that
flows through you,
from a summer breeze
to needed drops of rain,
bless it All
with Gratitude.

And if life feels
too heavy to hold,
believe through clouds
your Light shines through,
know you are cherished
by Love Divine,
showering you with
its Gratitude!

Empowered

You are empowered,
You Are Strength,
old wounds need not
hurt you anymore,
with Gratitude for
life’s journey,
set victimhood
outside the door.

Life goes up and
then back down,
this rollercoaster ride
can make you doubt,
but inherent within
your soul,
is a deep knowing of
what You Are about.

Thank your angels,
loved ones too,
you have always been
part of a Team,
you delight when
paths you cross
are so much more
than what they seem.

You may have thought
you were alone,
but is it not now
so clear to you –
you are needed
in Love’s web,
your heart,
your Strength,
your Team
and You!

This Peace, This Love

Love has a place
for you.

Tucked away from
all the chatter,
you may wonder
what is wrong,
is this Peace part
of the journey?
Love is This Place
always for you.

Rest awhile in this
reassurance,
get familiar with
this You,
you need not anticipate
what may happen,
Love is Here
always with you.

Know whatever may
come your way
is not an edict
issued to you,
your soul remains
steadfast and true,
Love is this powerful
state as You.

You choosing Love
as your companion,
is you believing
in the Whole of You,
release all else
with Gratitude,
this Peace called Love
is Home with You.

your Home,
is your perspective
as Love.

Make this shift,
then shift again,
awakening to what
you are made of.

You lose no-thing,
seeing Everything,
your limited part
becomes the Whole.

As One with This,
can you not sense
the expansive nature
of your soul.

You Are the trees,
the roots, the soil,
the sky above
that is so blue.

The stars, the moon
know you and send
their shining Lights
that blend with you.

Greet your sisters
and your brothers,
honoring the uniqueness
that you see here.

As Love’s perspective,
you are not different,
needing each other
to release fear.

Be your Self,
Be All of This,
shine your Light
in All you do.

One with Gratitude
and compassion,
your Home is
Everywhere
with You!

A Sacred Resonance

with energy
that you can invite
in today,
what resonates with
your soul’s purpose
as you walk along
your way.

Indeed Gratitude,
Humility,
will ground and set
the tone,
might Reverence help you
share the Light within
that is your soul.

Ask Compassion to
begin with you
so it may overflow,
these harmonics of Love
play a sacred Love Song
that you know.

All you need to do
is say yes to these
frequencies anytime,
Be the resonance
of your soul,
This is Home,
peaceful, Divine!

over,
or replay scenarios
in your mind,
keep your forward
momentum going,
where Love leads,
carry on.

Absorb what you
may learn from
experience,
but also experience
what you know,
Love is Light and
You Are shining,
where Light leads,
carry on.

Your pace may vary
as you walk along,
you may pause,
but you are not stuck,
sense Love’s invitation
calling,
your response is sacred,
carry on.

Sense the lightness
in your Be-ing,
you need not carry
any burden great,
Love lifts you up,
go with This Flow,
in Peace,
with Gratitude,
carry on.

Be Courage,
Be at Home
in your confidence,
spirit is Here
to assist and
help you,
is this not a
forever dance?

You assist and help
here as well,
souls always connected
seek each other out,
This Tapestry of Love
is forever growing,
these Threads of Love
are what it’s all about.

You are needed,
you have purpose,
your heart beats
to its own drum,
but All Love’s Rhythm
joins together,
to remind All are
creating as One.

Be Gratitude,
with Humility,
these Essences flow
with Grace and ease,
your breath has
All that you need,
breathing Love as Joy,
returns you to Peace!

Who You Are,
your intellect wonders
what happens,
what returns Peace
that feels so far.

Dear one, no-thing
has ever left,
though energy can
feel out of sync,
in life the swirling
of vibration
can leave you breathless,
wondering what to think.

Breath returns awareness
in an instant,
so that you as human
can tell,
Here is your natural
vibration,
deeply reminding that
All is Well.

May Peace bring calm
to your body,
may soul and body
together Be,
with Gratitude for this

sense This Presence of Love
that sets you free!
