knows what to do.

to spread can begin
with you in your
everyday life,
what judgments or
limiting beliefs
keep you from shining
your most brilliant
Light?

that is delighted
to be filled up,
as your own cup
fills with Love,
share Joy as This
is what you are
made of!

Love says with
comfort, Peace –
Be Here and catch
your breath,
take solace that your
soul knows when
you need to pause
and rest.

Align your energy,
rejuvenate,
bring in Love’s
natural flow,
Love knows what
may need releasing,
growth occurs when
you let go.

Home is Here
safe and familiar,
a loving foundation
where you can grow,
create, express as freely
as you wish,
to the delight
of your soul.

Lean into this
nurturing haven,
This is accessible
at any time,
Here You Are –
a bright Light
needed by the world
to freely shine!

Your Heart of Love

heart of Love.

Channel all of your
human emotions
through a prism of
benevolent Light,
feel This Love beyond
all measure,
and create with your
Heart of Love.

Love does not ask
you to bury
what you are feeling
at any time,
is this not fuel for
transformation,
and to create with your
Heart of Love.

As human and soul
you may feel conflicted,
but the Whole of You
is what Love sees,
Love All of You,
is This not the message –
create This with
your Heart of Love.

With Strength and Courage
see with eyes open,
face any fear with
Grace and Peace,
there is no doubt
you have chosen to
Be Here –
creating wholly with
your Heart of Love!

flow with Love,
helping you rise above
old fear,
egoic perceptions can
cloud the sky,
you wish to see with
eyes now so clear.

The world is challenging
in its duality,
as human you see life
as this or that,
you will continue to
make choices here,
knowing Love is Here
as you travel your path.

May you release what
comes up to be loved,
body stores experiences
to be on alert,
reassure and comfort
with tenderness,
Love invites you child
to heal and Love
past hurts.

Many things in life
you cannot control,
but the Peace of Love
is always Here with you,
as you clear clouds that
may be blocking sun,
may You now bask in
Love’s Light shining
through!

There are countless stories
in the world,
you have lived through
many chapters dear,
no one lives in isolation,
the effect of one has
many ripples here.

You may think the world
is a heartless place,
but it is your heart
that is needed now,
may the hearts of many
connect with each other
to build compassion in the
world somehow.

Humanity is a living
entity
that has its own
collective heart,
all that is asked of you
in any moment
is to share Love and
Be Who You Are.

Rise up to any forces
that seek to silence
All Hearts that beat
as One,
One Voice,
One Heart that knows
This Truth,
shares the rhythm
beating as
One Love!

When feelings of dread
arrive and want to stay,
when the world is
a lot to weigh,
scan and discern
old fears that relish
a new chance to
color your day.

Muscle memory holds
on the past,
you may wish to clear
this gunk out fast,
your awareness is a
needed step to release
what need not stay
or last.

Life does not need
to stay the same,
challenges will arise
again and again,
but as you align with
your Strength and Peace,
may you now see clearly
with your Whole Be-ing.

Take challenging times
to see anew,
what new perspectives
now come to you,
create with expressions
from your True Self,
as Authentic Love flows
through all you do!

Be the Love when
the world seems
loveless,
reach out, connect
with other Lights
to see,
there may be despair
in a world of form,
but your Heart of Love
is a safe place to Be.

Your heart sustains you
when roads are rocky –
with compassion, kindness
and empathy,
you may steel yourself
to weather times of
struggle,
but tenderness is what
the world so needs.

You Are This Love,
no-thing can take
this,
This is your power,
your Truth,
your Light,
rest Here surrounded
by Love,
so cherished –
then share This Love
as you walk through
your life!

Believe

You are a kaleidoscope
of color,
so many layers
make up you,
honor all paths that
you have travelled,
hug yourself –
believe in you.

Judgment follows
in life’s footsteps,
cut this tether of
critical thought,
dance and relish in
new-found freedom,
see you wondrous –
believe in you.

Life is full of
imperfection,
how else can you
try things on
for size,
keep what delights
and satisfies,
amazing human –
believe in you.

See your self in
one another,
All working hard
to stay afloat,
Love is the ocean,
buoyant, supportive,
always and forever,
Love believes
in you!

shine your Light,
believe that Love knows
where to go,
are you not mending
Humanity’s Web,
helping to reinforce
any rip or hole.

There may be sides
in the human story,
life in the world is
either this or that,
but heart-based Lights
are always connected,
beyond beliefs that
do not always last.

Ego scans for fear
and loves to fight,
yes you as human
will stand for belief,
but You as soul know
a bigger picture,
surrounding All with
Love eternally.

Set your intention on
compassion, kindness –
energies that make
Humanity’s Web strong,
may All feel this support
and Love,
so All may know
every One belongs!

Hearts Together

Reconnect with one
another,
sisters, brothers,
neighbors, friends,
ego whispers thoughts
of separation,
Love says let us take
each other’s hand.

Beliefs are not as
solid as they seem,
might you find bits
of common ground,
everyone has struggles and
wishes to feel safe,
may connection help to
soothe this now.

May hearts find ways
to come together,
letting go of trying to
change minds,
begin to build new
paradigms of Be-ing,
hearts together know
how to shine!
