When feelings of dread 
arrive and want to stay,
when the world is 
a lot to weigh,
scan and discern 
old fears that relish
a new chance to 
color your day.

Muscle memory holds
on the past,
you may wish to clear 
this gunk out fast,
your awareness is a 
needed step to release 
what need not stay 
or last.

Life does not need 
to stay the same,
challenges will arise 
again and again,
but as you align with 
your Strength and Peace,
may you now see clearly
with your Whole Be-ing.

Take challenging times 
to see anew,
what new perspectives 
now come to you,
create with expressions
from your True Self,
as Authentic Love flows
through all you do!

Safe Haven

Be the Love when 
the world seems 
loveless,
reach out, connect 
with other Lights 
to see,
there may be despair 
in a world of form,
but your Heart of Love 
is a safe place to Be.

Your heart sustains you
when roads are rocky –
with compassion, kindness
and empathy,
you may steel yourself 
to weather times of 
struggle,
but tenderness is what 
the world so needs.

You Are This Love,
no-thing can take
this,
This is your power,
your Truth,
your Light,
rest Here surrounded 
by Love,
so cherished –
then share This Love 
as you walk through 
your life!

Believe

Believe in you.

You are a kaleidoscope 
of color,
so many layers
make up you,
honor all paths that
you have travelled,
hug yourself – 
believe in you.

Judgment follows 
in life’s footsteps,
cut this tether of
critical thought,
dance and relish in
new-found freedom,
see you wondrous – 
believe in you.

Life is full of 
imperfection,
how else can you 
try things on 
for size,
keep what delights 
and satisfies,
amazing human – 
believe in you.

See your self in 
one another,
All working hard 
to stay afloat,
Love is the ocean,
buoyant, supportive,
always and forever, 
Love believes 
in you!

Every One

Set your intention to 
shine your Light,
believe that Love knows 
where to go,
are you not mending 
Humanity’s Web,
helping to reinforce
any rip or hole.

There may be sides 
in the human story,
life in the world is 
either this or that,
but heart-based Lights
are always connected,
beyond beliefs that 
do not always last.

Ego scans for fear 
and loves to fight,
yes you as human 
will stand for belief,
but You as soul know 
a bigger picture,
surrounding All with 
Love eternally.

Set your intention on 
compassion, kindness –
energies that make 
Humanity’s Web strong,
may All feel this support 
and Love,
so All may know 
every One belongs!

Hearts Together

Reconnect with one 
another,
sisters, brothers,
neighbors, friends,
ego whispers thoughts 
of separation,
Love says let us take 
each other’s hand. 

Beliefs are not as 
solid as they seem,
might you find bits
of common ground,
everyone has struggles and 
wishes to feel safe,
may connection help to 
soothe this now.

May hearts find ways 
to come together,
letting go of trying to 
change minds,
begin to build new 
paradigms of Be-ing,
hearts together know 
how to shine!

Resting Here

Rest in the 
Arms of Love.

Scan the body,
mind and soul,
what do you need,
what can you let go,
slow down your doing 
and with ease –
rest in the 
Arms of Love.

The body knows how
to recharge,
the mind remembers 
Who You Are,
soul always knows
its True Home – 
resting Here in the
Arms of Love.

Take a break so you
may rise again,
Be in your Joy – 
let laughter in,
This Field of Love 
nourishes you 
dear one,
so cherished and supported 
in the Arms of Love!

In Truth

Truth in the world may 
shift and scatter,
truth as belief may
evolve and change,
Truth that you seek 
may not be found in 
what you hear or read
on a page.

Does not compassion 
open the doors
to what Truth is 
all about,
looking out for one 
another – is a way 
to Be One within,
without.

The world may say empathy 
is a  weakness,
but is this not a  
limiting view,
do you not sense the 
Strength of Love
when heart to heart,
kindness shines through.

You need not agree 
with everyone’s beliefs,
Truth is not about 
who is wrong or right,
as human you stand up 
for your convictions,
as Soul in Truth –
for All You shine your Light!

Teaming Up

Take a breath,
relax your shoulders,
life brings much to 
make you tense,
this may trigger 
fight or flight and
in some cases 
paralysis.

Scan your body,
this sacred temple,
what is asking 
to be freed,
noticing, loving 
all parts of you
is a way to heal 
what is in need.

Be aware of external
pressure,
but notice internal 
pressure, too,
what beliefs must 
you live up to,
what is driving 
this human you.

Why not today –
let spirit drive,
to assist throughout 
this day,
you and soul are 
a dynamic Team
that works together 
in every way.

Yes as human it 
may be hard to 
“give up” perceived
control,
why not “give in” to
your True Nature,
to Love, to You –
a Master of Flow!

A Bridge of Love

You may feel small 
in a world so big,
but you are not 
only you alone,
your heart connects 
to Loving Oneness,
precious child you are
always Home.

Does fear not drive 
passion and discord,
perspectives that differ 
cannot see eye to eye,
and yet a deep dive 
to fear’s source finds 
ego using fear to 
divide.

You may think the 
gaps between you 
and others,
are a chasm too 
wide to cross,
but as all wish to be
heard and valued,
might your listening ear 
build the bridge you 
walk.

Might you set aside 
expectations and 
outcomes,
maybe pause justifying
your point of view,
might small exchanges 
finding common ground
be the seeds of hope for
connections to bloom.

Beliefs in life work to
stake out sides,
build awareness on 
how you cling to this,
as You Are also a soul
may your heart 
remain open to
Be-ing Love’s Bridge!

A Stitch Beyond Time

Life is a tapestry woven 
with all of the threads 
and fabric that find 
you,
there are patterns you 
may wish to change,
as well as some gaps 
that need tending to.

In a linear world you
may have some regrets,
thinking it may be 
too late,
but dear true healing 
has no demands of 
time,
with Love’s golden thread
you need not wait. 

Invite your loved ones,
guides and angels,
All know just what 
to do,
this perceived mending is
a way for Love to help 
you to remember the
Whole of You.

As you stitch your self
together,
is it not surprising what
you may find,
shining through the 
spaces of your tapestry,
is your infinite,
beautiful Light!
