of Strength,
take care and give you
what you need,
see your self as a
job well done,
sometimes in life
it is hard to breathe.
Pepper your day with
breaks of Love,
surprise your self with
tenderness,
you may think giving
is the only way,
but soaking up Love
provides needed rest.
May you Be grounded
in your Loving Truth,
Here is your Strength
and Courage too,
You as wholeness
are what the world
needs,
go forth this day as
this Amazing You!

Peace may be hard
to see in life,
your own emotions
and reactions swirl,
do not judge yourself
too harshly,
as human this life is
like a tilt-a-whirl.
Sometimes emotions
are like fuel,
what charges you to
move forward in life,
let your Peace Be
your foundation
as you turn up your
fully charged Light.
Shine This Light on
what you wish to see
illuminated around
you here,
be best friends with
your emotions –
find out what they
need and what
they fear.
Now with breath
returning you to
center
and with the fire
within that lights
your spark,
may this day be
a sacred offering
of You experiencing
Who You Are!

In life it can be
hard to see the
Light in everyone
you meet,
human experience
can dim and fade
what once was spark
now is in retreat.
But is this not
a human condition,
one forged in pain
and much despair,
might You as soul
know at each core
is You as One
with another there.
Instead of fighting
one another,
keep forging ahead with
what you know,
may compassion and mercy
be the healing balm of
your innate soul.
Stand tall with
Love and mercy,
yes do what life
calls you to do,
shine your Light
so others can see
their own spark
continues to burn too.
Do not despair
as life unfolds
in its own time
that may seem
long and hard,
in This Moment,
your Love and
compassion
are the arms that
gather All souls
as One!

it has been Here
all the time,
you can release
walls of protection
you thought you
needed to be
fine.
Here You Are
as Strength and
Courage,
use all that you
have learned here,
releasing old beliefs
is honoring this you
that now sees so clear.
With the help of
your soul that is
connected always
to This Love,
behold your path
unfolding in life,
know You Are what
you have been
dreaming of!

who you Love,
be this here or in
worlds unseen,
Love is powerful when
shared, connected,
Love and laughter can
heal anything.
Call upon those
who you Love,
may you rekindle
Love’s sweet spark,
may the Light of Love
remind that You are All
joined by One Heart.
Time can pass but
Love remains,
forever shared with
hearts so dear,
talk to friends,
loved ones,
the angels –
All are One
in your heart

Allow the waves
of your emotions
to flow freely
letting you know,
as a human on
this earth,
there is so much
that touches
your soul.
You have filters
that help to stem
the tidal waves
that can come
through,
experiences in the
world can be a lot
for any human
to do.
You cannot solve
all problems here,
but dive in to
your feelings dear,
another’s anguish
may bring up for you
your own emotions
to clear.
And as Love is in
every wave,
might you be lifted
by Love’s flow,
as a participant
in life,
you are on Love’s Team –
you and your soul.
Ride the waves even
as you may feel
you are hanging
by a thread,
This eternal bond
cannot be broken –
ride with confidence
as you are led.
With deeper breaths
and Strength returning,
does Courage not return
at once,
as a fully integrated Be-ing,
dear one,
you never ride
these waves alone!

heart so full,
so many need a
helping hand,
these ripples do dear
make a difference,
Love brings to life
a barren land.
Love is all colors
of the rainbow,
it paints with strokes
so deep and wide,
you as Love’s artist
add inspiration,
the world needs your voice,
your heart,
your Light.
Connect with those
who are around you,
expand to others
sight unseen,
angels, guides and
loved ones join
as One Heart
cannot help
but sing!

Be the needed rain
that waters,
Be the soil seeds
need to grow,
Be the Light of sun
that surrounds and
warms the spark
within all souls.
Beyond separation
Here is your Oneness,
you need each other
to fully grow,
you need not fix
or convince or
agree on things,
Love is all you
need to know.
Nourish your self
to build a reservoir
that overflows with
Love to spare,
nurture this Garden
of Humanity that
longs for hope
and tender care!

Life changes and swirls
all around you,
but You Are changeless
at your core,
you may experience
wounds and pain
as human,
but your soul is well
forever more.
Every Light on earth
needs fellow Lights,
not one more or less
than anyone else,
Lights together blend
wholly as One,
helping each other
as One brilliant Self.
Love sees You as
whole and complete,
This You Are always –
have no doubt,
no matter the experiences
here on earth,
the Light You Are is
what Love is about!

but try something new
today,
as created,
You Are creator,
what once was work
might you turn
into play?
What might you do
to make you smile,
and do not others
light up with this,
love and laughter
are contagious,
All souls respond
to light-heartedness.
Pamper yourself,
treat you with care,
are you then not
better able to give,
comfort and kindness
are Universal,
beginning with you,
what might you
forgive?
Find comfort with you
today,
Be at Home wherever
you may be,
You Are a Be-ing
of Love and blessings,
share All of This,
and as Love,
Be free!
