Allow the waves
of your emotions
to flow freely
letting you know,
as a human on
this earth,
there is so much
that touches
your soul.
You have filters
that help to stem
the tidal waves
that can come
through,
experiences in the
world can be a lot
for any human
to do.
You cannot solve
all problems here,
but dive in to
your feelings dear,
another’s anguish
may bring up for you
your own emotions
to clear.
And as Love is in
every wave,
might you be lifted
by Love’s flow,
as a participant
in life,
you are on Love’s Team –
you and your soul.
Ride the waves even
as you may feel
you are hanging
by a thread,
This eternal bond
cannot be broken –
ride with confidence
as you are led.
With deeper breaths
and Strength returning,
does Courage not return
at once,
as a fully integrated Be-ing,
dear one,
you never ride
these waves alone!
