Expand beyond
perceived perceptions
when you have a
problem to solve,
might a bigger picture
view bring to light
what it is about.

There usually is an
origin of what can
get under your
skin,
internal core beliefs
make up so many
stories you find
yourself in.

Follow your emotion
to the part of you
that wishes to be
seen,
you need not know
all of the causes,
but bring Love’s comfort –
listen and believe.

At the deepest level
of all conflict,
Love is the answer
it’s true,
expand and know
the Grace of Love
is eternally flowing
always through
You!

A Presence Clear

Spend some time
with your soul,
take a break –
know All are Here,
you need not rush
or hurry dear one,
for beyond time is
your Presence clear.

No matter how many
transitions that you
go through,
change in life is
disruptive and yet –
are there not new
beginnings happening,
be patient,
be willing
to rest.

Inner reflections
are fine but
do not dwell
on judgments
that you have,
take this time
and space to
bring Light to
any parts that need
loving salve.

So catch your breath,
rejuvenate,
your soul and
purpose are
Here,
in Wholeness
You Are One
with Love,
shine your Light,
so bright and clear!

Embracing Compassion

What do you hold
so close and tightly,
what fears are waiting
to be released,
trust may be fleeting
in the world,
but trust that Love
will set you free.

You have a superpower –
compassion,
sense how this ignites
your heart to grow,
Be compassion to
your self,
spread this generously
to all you know.

If it is fear that
brings up lack,
sense your abundance
when This you know –
embracing compassion
fills you with Love,
and with Love’s Strength
see You as Whole!

A Miracle of Love

Be Love’s miracle.
Be You,
Be Strength,
Be Light,
sometimes in life
you encounter
shadows,
but You as Soul
transcend the
darkest night.

Accept the challenge
to change your
perceptions,
priming another
way to see,
trust your intuition
that uses myriad ways
to flow,
to Be.

Caring for self
is a loving endeavor,
begin here and see
what unfolds,
as a Miracle of Love,
arise Beloved
and dance with
your soul!

Take good care
of your self,
in the ebb and flow
of life,
anger, frustration,
the fog of grief
can do much
to dim your
Light.

But do not leave
strong emotions
behind,
when they arise
sit with them dear,
bring these shadows
to the Light
so you may see with
vision clear.

Life is an exploration,
a journey,
some days move forward,
sometimes they pause,
bring your self comfort,
Be Here fully,
Love walks with you
throughout it all!

Have faith,
believe,
trust and know –
your loved ones
are with you
wherever you go.

Your life is a journey
that is shared
by All,
no matter where
you travel,
loved ones still
will call.

They visit your
dreams,
in your heart you
know this,
special moments
and milestones
they would never
miss.

But it is in the
small moments,
when you least
expect,
do you not sense
their Presence
as close as your
breath?

It is very difficult,
as human you miss
them most,
but know always
dear one,
they love to
be close.

Forever bonds that
are formed,
will never dissolve
or break,
souls honor their
promises
that are lovingly
made.

Continue your journey
that unfolds day
by day,
with the knowing
that Love walks
beside you,
always!

The Miracle of Gratitude

May the miracle of Gratitude
flow through your heart,
begin with the smallest
of things to start.

This moment before you
and all that unfolds,
invites you to Presence,
stepping into Love’s flow.

Your heart may be aching
from losses you feel,
but your heart flows
with Love,
that washes and heals.

May Gratitude, Strength
and the Courage of Love
sustain and encourage with
support from above.

Sing with the angels,
believe in This Truth,
when clouds try to darken,
turn up the Light in You.

May the miracle of Gratitude
help you see what is clear –
You Are This Truth,
so precious and dear!

Rising Strength

Call on your
Strength and Courage
to rise up to
greet you,
these are innate
and accessible,
no matter what you
go through.

Stand tall in your
Truth,
look within to
find growth,
look around and
stand up for what
your passion knows.

With so many beliefs
in the world so vast,
there will be disagreement –
duality is this or that.

Sometimes there is a
line
that you will not
cross,
find ways to engage
without insults
to toss.

The healing of hearts
sometimes takes a
rocky road,
join Love to help raise
what appears to
implode.

Here is where
Strength and Courage
rise up to Be You,
your Voice and
your Heart will help
see you through.

Love is You
dear One,
Be your passion,
your Truth,
Love is Here
by your side,
no matter what
you walk through!

Clearly, Deeply

See clearly.

Through the clouds,
the fog, the rain,
see the sun rising
once again,
You Are a rainbow
of all colors,
shining together
with no end.

Love deeply.

Love through emotions
rising, falling,
the human journey
is messy, yes,
as you are fierce
in your convictions,
Love even more fiercely,
All of This.

Be cherished.

Invite Love to
sit a spell,
may its balm
comfort you dear,
clearly, deeply,
You Are Loved,
you and the angels,
forever Here!

Human and Soul

There are many layers
of emotion,
some save you from
a danger near,
some may be based
in belief systems,
leading to worry,
trepidation, fear.

These feelings may help
you to see
what is asking for
a healing release,
sometimes there may
be a danger present
that you need to
understand and see.

A train has many
cars connected,
each one unique
with a different load,
but if one car starts
to lose alignment,
the entire train may
be thrown off and
fold.

Sometimes a problem
needs to be repaired,
you need not ignore
the symptoms here,
pull out all of
your best tools
to work with focus
and vision clear.

Yes human emotion
is a window
that you may wish
to keep closed,
but to Be in your
best alignment,
tend to All experience
as human and soul!
