by All,

They visit your
dreams,

know this,

miss.

But it is in the 
small moments,
when you least 
expect,
do you not sense 
their Presence
as close as your
breath?

It is very difficult,
as human you miss 
them most,
but know always 
dear one,
they love to  
be close.

Forever bonds that
are formed,
will never dissolve
or break,
souls honor their
promises
that are lovingly 
made.

Continue your journey
that unfolds day 
by day,
with the knowing 
that Love walks 
beside you,
always!

This moment before you
and all that unfolds,
invites you to Presence,
stepping into Love’s flow.

Your heart may be aching
from losses you feel,
but your heart flows
with Love,
that washes and heals.

May Gratitude, Strength 
and the Courage of Love
sustain and encourage with
support from above.

Sing with the angels,
believe in This Truth,
when clouds try to darken,
turn up the Light in You.

You Are This Truth,

Strength and Courage 
to rise up to 
greet you,
these are innate 
and accessible,
no matter what you 
go through.

Stand tall in your 
Truth,
look within to 
find growth,
look around and 
stand up for what 
your passion knows.

With so many beliefs 
in the world so vast,
there will be disagreement – 
duality is this or that.

Sometimes there is a 
line 
that you will not 
cross,
find ways to engage
without insults 
to toss.

The healing of hearts
sometimes takes a 
rocky road,
join Love to help raise
what appears to 
implode.

Here is where 
Strength and Courage
rise up to Be You,
your Voice and 
your Heart will help
see you through.

Love is You
dear One,
Be your passion,
your Truth,
Love is Here 
by your side,

Clearly, Deeply

Through the clouds,
the fog, the rain,
see the sun rising
once again,
You Are a rainbow 
of all colors,
shining together 
with no end.

Love deeply.

Love through emotions
rising, falling,
the human journey 
is messy, yes,
as you are fierce 
in your convictions,
Love even more fiercely,
All of This.

Be cherished.

Invite Love to 
sit a spell,
may its balm
comfort you dear,
clearly, deeply,
You Are Loved,
you and the angels,
forever Here!

Human and Soul

There are many layers 
of emotion,
some save you from 
a danger near,
some may be based 
in belief systems,
leading to worry,
trepidation, fear.

These feelings may help
you to see 
what is asking for 
a healing release,
sometimes there may 
be a danger present
that you need to 
understand and see.

A train has many 
cars connected,
each one unique 
with a different load,
but if one car starts 
to lose alignment,
the entire train may 
be thrown off and
fold.

Sometimes a problem
needs to be repaired,
you need not ignore 
the symptoms here,
pull out all of 
your best tools
to work with focus
and vision clear.

Yes human emotion 
is a window
that you may wish 
to keep closed,
but to Be in your
best alignment,
tend to All experience 
as human and soul!

This Peace

Human emotions 
are a rollercoaster,
is this not the way 
of the world,
egos clash with 
disagreement
and Love is You
as the Love 
You Are.

Sometimes you can 
alter ego’s thinking,
but True Peace comes 
from another Source,
as awakened Be-ings 
You know This Truth – 
as Love is You
as the Love 
You Are.

You need not beat ego
into submission,
or talk down to it 
in any way,
yes hurt will bubble up 
to be noticed – 
and Love is You 
as the Love 
You Are.

You may think Love 
will not come to 
join you,
if ego’s experience 
is this or that,
the human psyche has 
not the power –
for Love is You
as the Love 
You Are.

It is so hard to 
find peace in 
this life,
but You Are already 
an expanded Self,
when you need respite 
Be the Peace that 
You Are –
is Love not You 
as the Love 
You Are!

You are needed.
Love is needed.
You Are Love.

It is said that 
Love can move 
mountains.

And are there not 
a thousand paths
to experience 
the mountain?

You can bask 
in its beauty,
marvel at its
strength.

You can see it 
from all directions,
you can climb,
you can hike.

From the top 
you can see 
everything 
around you,
quite like a bird
that soars so high.

You are experiencing
Be-ing the mountain,
need you move it 
to Be Love?

Does not Love 
move through you – 
are you not the
mountain,
the trees,
the breeze,
the stars?

Be You Love.
Be a movement 
of This.

See where Love 
takes you,
You Are Here 
for This.

You Are treasured.
You Are cherished.
You Are Strength.
You Are Love.

Love moves 
through You.

walk with Love.

When fog rolls in,
the path is hard 
to see,
you wish for Light 
to shine,
Here You Are
with your Light glowing –
return to and 
walk with Love.

When life expanded 
makes you weary,
nature is a respite 
near,
what brings you 
wonder in 
This Present –
return to and 
walk with Love.

Find clarity within 
your soul,
you need not understand
the world,
Be Love’s Light
where there is 
darkness – 
return to and 
walk with Love!

Know Who You Are.

The egoic life 
can apply pressure,
what should you like,
what should you do,
a melting pot creates
exquisite flavors,
Be your Self,
know Who You Are.

Compare and contrasting 
are life’s experiences,
but You Are not only 
this my dear,
stand tall and Be 
your authentic self,
breathing in Love,
know Who You Are.

Life comes with stress,
with celebration fleeting,
but Love celebrates 
All of You right now,
Love is the common thread 
connecting,
beloved dear ones,
rejoice in Who You Are!

Ego looks ahead 
to smooth a path 
based on your 
experiences past,
it’s strength in the present
is to remove you from 
danger fast.

You as soul, 
as pure Awareness
is available beyond 
all time,
you may feel split
down the middle,
do I need the ego 
or soul to be fine?

You Are an integrated 
Be-ing,
you need nothing more
to Be Whole,
shift your perspective 
to Be on-line with 
your expansiveness –
You as Soul.

This is wholly 
Who You Are,
as you see beyond 
ego’s strict beliefs,
question gently 
if some of these 
are needed –
or are they giving 
only shallow relief.

As you release 
layers of belief,
may Love wash over 
all that you see,
ego creates stories 
to bring Love to you –
dear child, 
You Are This now,
Wholly!
