Human emotions
are a rollercoaster,
is this not the way
of the world,
egos clash with
disagreement
and Love is You
as the Love
You Are.

Sometimes you can
alter ego’s thinking,
but True Peace comes
from another Source,
as awakened Be-ings
You know This Truth –
as Love is You
as the Love
You Are.

You need not beat ego
into submission,
or talk down to it
in any way,
yes hurt will bubble up
to be noticed –
and Love is You
as the Love
You Are.

You may think Love
will not come to
join you,
if ego’s experience
is this or that,
the human psyche has
not the power –
for Love is You
as the Love
You Are.

It is so hard to
find peace in
this life,
but You Are already
an expanded Self,
when you need respite
Be the Peace that
You Are –
is Love not You
as the Love
You Are!

You are needed.
Love is needed.
You Are Love.

It is said that
Love can move
mountains.

And are there not
a thousand paths
to experience
the mountain?

You can bask
in its beauty,
marvel at its
strength.

You can see it
from all directions,
you can climb,
you can hike.

From the top
you can see
everything
around you,
quite like a bird
that soars so high.

You are experiencing
Be-ing the mountain,
need you move it
to Be Love?

Does not Love
move through you –
are you not the
mountain,
the trees,
the breeze,
the stars?

Be You Love.
Be a movement
of This.

See where Love
takes you,
You Are Here
for This.

You Are treasured.
You Are cherished.
You Are Strength.
You Are Love.

Love moves
through You.
Amen.

Walking With Love

Return to and
walk with Love.

When fog rolls in,
the path is hard
to see,
you wish for Light
to shine,
Here You Are
with your Light glowing –
return to and
walk with Love.

When life expanded
makes you weary,
nature is a respite
near,
what brings you
wonder in
This Present –
return to and
walk with Love.

Find clarity within
your soul,
you need not understand
the world,
Be Love’s Light
where there is
darkness –
return to and
walk with Love!

Know Who You Are.

The egoic life
can apply pressure,
what should you like,
what should you do,
a melting pot creates
exquisite flavors,
Be your Self,
know Who You Are.

Compare and contrasting
are life’s experiences,
but You Are not only
this my dear,
stand tall and Be
your authentic self,
breathing in Love,
know Who You Are.

Life comes with stress,
with celebration fleeting,
but Love celebrates
All of You right now,
Love is the common thread
connecting,
beloved dear ones,
rejoice in Who You Are!

Wholly

Ego looks ahead
to smooth a path
based on your
experiences past,
it’s strength in the present
is to remove you from
danger fast.

You as soul,
as pure Awareness
is available beyond
all time,
you may feel split
down the middle,
do I need the ego
or soul to be fine?

You Are an integrated
Be-ing,
you need nothing more
to Be Whole,
shift your perspective
to Be on-line with
your expansiveness –
You as Soul.

This is wholly
Who You Are,
as you see beyond
ego’s strict beliefs,
question gently
if some of these
are needed –
or are they giving
only shallow relief.

As you release
layers of belief,
may Love wash over
all that you see,
ego creates stories
to bring Love to you –
dear child,
You Are This now,
Wholly!

Smile for no reason,
shed a tear when
tenderness calls,
do a random
act of kindness,
take all in stride and
Be well today.

You need not follow
an agenda,
Be You wholly
as Love Here,
laugh so deeply
when you get
tickled,
Be authentic,
Be well today.

Step away from
perceived control,
do your best is
all life asks,
hand the wheel
over to your soul
who reminds you –
All is Well today!

The Eternal You

In times of stress
you may feel prickly,
coping skills are stretched
so thin,
the body craves
predictability,
so fight or flight can
come to an end.

Send waves of comfort
to the body,
You Are connected to
Love’s eternal Peace,
there is never anything
missing,
rebalance, realign,
return to centered
ease.

When foundations crack
keep going deeper,
You Are infinite
in your roots,
your True Nature has
foundations ancient,
beyond this world
is the Eternal You.

Tend to your human
self’s emotions,
Be Love’s comfort in
all you may need,
This healing balm will
ripple outward,
surrounding All with
Grace and ease.

any part of you,
honor it All and
look with loving
eyes,
your Strength and
Courage have

each breath
is a new beginning,
your human vessel
is an experiencer,
if there are times
when you need
relief,
Be free and
let Love

what are you ready
to release, transform,
the simple Truth –

be you vulnerable,
feel your Strength

You Are infinite,
this fearless You
was Here all along,
Love nudges you to
spread your wings,
