Be present as

wounds that now
no longer last.
Say yes to Now,
This You is One
with every one
you see.
Be This Love,
This natural flow
is Here every time
you breathe!

Love can cross any
and all barriers
that the ego puts
in place,
the world exists with
many actors,
experiencing their reality
upon this stage.
Though the scripts may
be all different
with many conflicting
and disparate views,
Love remains forever
constant,
available to All
as Love is You.
Understanding can be
complicated,
ego works hard to
defend,
Be your Truth
as you find
common ground –
This Love that has no
beginning or end.
Come to This Field
where souls meet
beyond what ego
brings up to
release,
be you fully human
in earth’s experience,
Be You Love
unconditionally!

inside of you,
We Are Everything
We see,
it is easier to smile
at one smiling back,
but all are waiting
to be seen.
Sense This Love
as you look
for This Joy,
know it is Always
Here as You,
with the eyes
of your soul’s
knowingness,
can you not see
it in others, too.
Cherish all of your
brothers and sisters,
are not All looking
for Joy too,
beyond beliefs that
ego uses to separate
is One Love,
One Truth,
One You!

is this not how humanity
is connected Here,
your human perceptive
may see separation,
but All are connected
in This Everywhere.
Is there not Hope with
All open hearts
to build awareness of
This common space,
the human experience can
create dark clouds,
but following any storm
is there not clearing Grace?
In this clearing,
see your brother and
sister,
let all know Love
is Here to stay,
through any storm
that humanity faces,
your eternal connections
will help You find
Your way!

Love says softly,
settle in,
relax and rest,
Love is nurturing
and peaceful,
Love surrounds you
with its holy nest.
You need not wait
for Love to come
calling,
these Loving Arms
are yours as well,
nurture your inner voices
that cry for Love
and wish for Love
to help.
May your breath
create this sacred
space,
shift with intention
to your Higher Self,
may This Peace
that passes understanding
help you Know
that All is Well!

What rises up
within you
that makes you
want to push
or defend,
what strikes a chord
that no longer
reflects the place
you are in.
The more attuned
you are,
the more you notice
the sharper notes,
but as all notes
make up the
Scale of Life,
might you dig
deeper into what
you notice most?
Might all of these
Songs of Life
help you to develop
your own tune,
when you harmonize
with Love,
does not Joy
fill up the room?
There are sharp and
flat notes
that are needed to make
up a scale,
find a key that resonates,
but know there are
others you can experience
as well.
At your core you are
an instrument
that is able to play
many songs,
and when you join
with others,
as an orchestra,
is not a Joy to
play along?
Keep tuning and
keep experimenting
to find what resonates
within you,
and remember there are
infinite notes that
can combine to play
a beautiful tune.
Explore the songs in
your heart
that speak the Truth
of Who You Are,
and experience all of
the limitless ways
to sing with Love
as the Love You Are!

When chaos reigns
you are reminded,
Peace is elusive
in this life,
be it up and down,
or right and left,
is the world’s spectrum
too big to light?
Dear ones,
to bring Light to
the world
is to Be One Light
within your heart,
your human emotions
may run rampant,
be gentle with you –
a great place to start.
Be nourished by
the trees,
marvel at a flower
about to bloom,
allow all feelings
to flow through you,
your human vessel
sometimes needs
more room.
When you are ready
to take a breath,
Love’s steady presence
invites you to Be,
you need not come up
with any answers,
simply Be One powerful
Presence of Peace.
These ripples flow
even if so gently,
what does your heart
have to say,
cut through the static
of a noisy world,
Be a tuning fork
for Peace today.

If you search
and cannot see,
see with the Eyes
of your Soul,
if feeling lost
know Love is
Here,
say it softly –
I Am.
Identity in life
can shift,
life is a rollercoaster
ride,
return to You,
regain your balance,
say it strongly –
I Am.
The past is heavy
and out of touch,
you need not fear
the future dear,
bring All of You
to This Moment,
Here is your Strength –
I Am.
You need not fix
what is not broken,
the body does the
best it can,
honor it with Love
and Compassion –
in Gratitude
Be
I Am.
Love reminds that
You Are Whole,
no matter what life
sends your way,
with the Courage of
a thousand angels,
sing out your Truth –
I Am!

Is not fear
your inner child
who only wishes
to be safe,
life events or
past beliefs
may bring up angst
that blocks your way.
Yes fear can be
overwhelming,
but this is only one
aspect of you,
you also have
a nurturing presence
that comforts and
lets Love flow
through.
Spend time with this
fearful part within you,
bring this wounded one
to the Whole,
past experiences have
brought you to This Now –
allow Grace and compassion
to flow.
Fully supported may
all of your parts
work together as
One amazing Team,
in This Oneness
may you remember,
You Are Love’s
part of Everything!

Growing pains.
Is this not a human
construct,
that to grow means
it must be hard,
yes at times there
are old wounds
that seem to fester
keeping you on
guard.
As you are part of
a collective,
are there not collective
wounds to heal,
you need not solve all
of the world’s problems,
but All of You have
many layers to peel.
Begin with you,
your growth then
ripples out –
as All are part of
this evolving Web,
may you have Grace
for your human self,
and celebrate the
old skin that you
shed.
This need not be a
painful process,
as you nurture self
with a loving ease,
as you gaze inward
from the external,
Here always present
is You at Peace!
