within you
that makes you
want to push
or defend,
what strikes a chord
that no longer
reflects the place
you are in.

The more attuned
you are,
the more you notice
the sharper notes,
but as all notes
make up the
Scale of Life,
might you dig
deeper into what
you notice most?

Might all of these
Songs of Life
help you to develop
your own tune,
when you harmonize
with Love,
does not Joy
fill up the room?

There are sharp and
flat notes
that are needed to make
up a scale,
find a key that resonates,
but know there are
others you can experience
as well.

At your core you are
an instrument
that is able to play
many songs,
and when you join
with others,
as an orchestra,
is not a Joy to
play along?

Keep tuning and
keep experimenting
to find what resonates
within you,
and remember there are
infinite notes that
can combine to play
a beautiful tune.

Explore the songs in
your heart
that speak the Truth
of Who You Are,
and experience all of
the limitless ways
to sing with Love
as the Love You Are!

For Peace

When chaos reigns
you are reminded,
Peace is elusive 
in this life,
be it up and down,
or right and left,
is the world’s spectrum
too big to light?

Dear ones,
to bring Light to 
the world 
is to Be One Light
within your heart,
your human emotions
may run rampant,
be gentle with you – 
a great place to start.

Be nourished by 
the trees,
marvel at a flower 
about to bloom,
allow all feelings 
to flow through you,
your human vessel 
sometimes needs 
more room.

When you are ready 
to take a breath,
Love’s steady presence 
invites you to Be,
you need not come up
with any answers,
simply Be One powerful
Presence of Peace.

These ripples flow 
even if so gently,
what does your heart 
have to say,
cut through the static 
of a noisy world,
Be a tuning fork 
for Peace today.

If you search 
and cannot see,
see with the Eyes 
of your Soul,
if feeling lost 
know Love is
Here,
say it softly – 
I Am.

Identity in life 
can shift,
life is a rollercoaster
ride,
return to You,
regain your balance,
say it strongly – 
I Am.

The past is heavy 
and out of touch,
you need not fear
the future dear,
bring All of You
to This Moment,
Here is your Strength –
I Am.

You need not fix 
what is not broken,
the body does the 
best it can,
honor it with Love
and Compassion –
in Gratitude 
Be
I Am.

Love reminds that 
You Are Whole,
no matter what life
sends your way,
with the Courage of
a thousand angels,
sing out your Truth –
I Am!

Part of Everything

Is not fear 
your inner child
who only wishes 
to be safe,
life events or 
past beliefs
may bring up angst 
that blocks your way.

Yes fear can be 
overwhelming,
but this is only one
aspect of you,
you also have 
a nurturing presence
that comforts and 
lets Love flow
through.

Spend time with this 
fearful part within you,
bring this wounded one 
to the Whole,
past experiences have 
brought you to This Now –
allow Grace and compassion 
to flow.

Fully supported may 
all of your parts
work together as 
One amazing Team,
in This Oneness 
may you remember,
You Are Love’s 
part of Everything!

Nurturing Growth

Growing pains.

Is this not a human
construct,
that to grow means 
it must be hard,
yes at times there 
are old wounds 
that seem to fester 
keeping you on 
guard.

As you are part of
a collective,
are there not collective 
wounds to heal,
you need not solve all
of the world’s problems,
but All of You have 
many layers to peel.

Begin with you,
your growth then 
ripples out –
as All are part of 
this evolving Web,
may you have Grace
for your human self,
and celebrate the 
old skin that you 
shed.

This need not be a 
painful process,
as you nurture self 
with a loving ease,
as you gaze inward
from the external,
Here always present 
is You at Peace!

Illuminated

The shadows of 
the past need not 
have a hold on 
you any more,
walk through them,
illuminated,
bring Light to 
any closed door.

You need not fear
any door you open,
the smaller spark 
of Light reveals –
shadow is only 
a myth,
the ego’s way to 
hide what is Real.

Knowing your Self 
as the Light
reveals the freedom
you have dreamed of,
spread your wings,
believe This Truth – 
you fly free as 
the Light of Love!

Say yes to Love,
Love is Here
within,
you see your self 
as separate,
but Here has no
beginning or end.

Love is not given out,
Love is never taken
away,
Love is You 
and All others,
forever, eternal,
always.

You need not believe 
this is True,
it is a Truth 
beyond your mind,
your soul knows
This already,
your human self 
may feel left behind.

You belong 
as Love,
You Are Here 
with Love,
welcome Home

You Are what you
have been dreaming

your self.

You have been doing
this through the years,
but have you not judged
what you see,
do This from your 
soul’s perspective – 
get to know 
and Love 
your self.

Bring your self 
out of the closet,
what to keep,
what to move on,
what reflects your
True Light shining –
get to know
and Love 
your self.

You may do some things
the same way,
you may change what 
needs transformed,
as a Creator look 
with wonder –
as you see 
and Love 
your self.

This is not polished 
perfection,
This is You seeing you
in life,
give your self 
This Gift of Love –
knowing,
accepting,
Loving your self!

Be the Love you 
know you are,
Be This every moment
toward you,
Love your self – 
this child within 
wants to know Love 
is for them too.

Past wounds heal 
from This release,
Love’s energy knows
what to do,
allow emotion to 
come up
so Love can surround
all parts of you.

You are the yin 
and the yang,
and these together 
make up the Whole,
This Circle is never-ending,
infinite, eternal 
is You as soul. 

Be rooted as majestic
tree,
your branches reach 
for the stars,
You Are All of This
and All between,
Be Strength,
Be empowered 
by the Love 
You Are!

Who does ego 
beat up within,
passing judgment
on this foe,
may this fight 
now be over,
ask for assistance
from your soul.

The human mind is 
quick to blame,
fingers point out 
but also within,
it matters not where 
you start this journey,
lessen the judgment,
Be Love again.

You cannot change 
what is outside you,
energy is lost when 
this you choose,
wrap yourself in 
loving kindness,
question beliefs here
with Love infused.

Here is where 
true healing is,
it may feel like 
a  lot of work 
to do,
simplify this whole
endeavor –
Love completely this 
imperfect you!
