bring All online,
all parts of you that
make One Whole,
at first you may
feel very separate
as your awareness
of parts grows.

Is one part running
your human system,
you may feel your
balance shift,
your emotions and
your body are
finely tuned to
all of this.

Break up some patterns,
programmed thinking,
refresh, restart,
question your beliefs,
releasing fear that
ego latches onto brings
you instant and
welcomed relief.

Handle life’s problems
one by one
without the stories
ego may spin,
bringing the Whole
of You onboard,
returns you to balance,
at Peace, open!

Be of service,
Be This now,
Be This with every
breath you take,
you look for changes
in the world,
but You Are changeless
in This State.

Sense All of Love
that flows through
you,
share This freely,
within, without,
there need not be
cause and effect,
simply that Love
is what it’s all
about.

This Love is forgiveness,
begin with you,
there are not any strings
that are attached,
This is Love’s Service,
Be This Now,
say yes,
receive,
pass it on,
give back!

Love says gently,
come and rest
your weary head,
when you tire of
looking, seeking,
return to Here,
your Home,
instead.

Even in this world
that struggles,
All of You are
All of Me,
We Are One,
beyond description,
words fail to grasp
the beauty of this
harmony.

You sense Love
in nature Be-ing,
Here it is in music
that moves,
in the stillness
your heart beats
the Truth that
returns you
back to You.

You know surrender
is a pathway,
think of release as
empowerment,
when you let go of
cumbersome armor,
might you now see
your soul’s embodiment?

Here You Are,
Love reminds,
dearly,
rest a moment,
remember Peace,
now with the Light
of a thousand stars,
shine brightly,
dear One,
Home and free!

Transformation

When emotion comes up
to greet you
and you are not sure
where it is from,
welcome it,
set it a place,
sitting with it
until it is done.

Energy is constantly
in motion
and the body wants
to hold on,
these releases are
a natural way
to let go of what
is ready to move
on.

Laughter, tears
are so very healing,
your inner child
wishes to be seen
you may have worked
things out in your head,
but your emotion says
what about me?

You need not understand
all of the whys,
simply create space
for All of You, dear –
sense the lightness
of a loving release,
that is now transformed,
integrated and clear!

It is not the things
you place around
you,
or what you think
success may be,
in life you do
your best
and always,
You Are Love
in every way.

There is beauty
in this world,
soak it up and
experience it all,
but at the core
of each experience –
know You Are Love
in every way.

If chaos shakes your
very foundation,
know you are rooted
like majestic trees,
this sense of Self
cannot crumble or
fade –
my dear,
You Are Love
in every way.

Share This Peace
and calm with others,
is not everyone
wishing to be
seen,
see This Love
in every heart,

Life can be a
deep dive
as you loosen
layers that feel
so thick,
your Essence may
feel beneath this,
so you excavate
to find bliss.

My dear,
your Essence
is the One digging
right beside you
all the way,
what drives your
sense of remembrance,
your soul,
your Essence
Lights the way.

Yes, there is healing
at every turn,
but is not healing
when you forgive,
this is a personal endeavor
that allows you then
to fully live.

Dive down deep
when you feel
that now is the
time to do This dear,
and know
your Essence
rejoices always
as You now soar
beyond all fear!

no matter how

you have Strength
and wisdom Here,
listen to what

You Are sacred,
You Are holy,
loosen demands
that ego makes,

your journey,

what may come up,
Here is healing,
thank and release,

in This Truth

around you,
in waking states or
when you sleep,
they help you raise
your vibration,
opening you to
All Possibility.

It is not Grace that
brings them closer,
though Grace flows
effortlessly through,
it is your belief and
set intention that
wakes up the
angelic realm in
you.

As All are part of
Love’s Vibration
and as you are not
a separate being,
This Presence of Angels
is within You,
flow now with Grace
on angel wings.

As you awaken to
This Knowing,
see other’s angels
by their sides,
All of you One are
blessed together,
touched by the glow
of angelic Light!

to lighten your load
and longer stay,
crack open the door
to see This Truth –

A little willingness
is all it takes,
unconditional Love
will pave the way,
this may feel foreign
to you at first –
but say hello to the
Love in You.

If there is struggle
that is ego’s way
to keep you small
battering you each
day,
open your heart and
breathe in Truth –
saying hello to the
Love in You.

Try on This Love,
it will always fit,
Love tailors Itself
to You, to This,
embrace your Strength
to see this through,
Love rejoices and says
hello to You!

the world,
