as you loosen

your Essence may
feel beneath this,
so you excavate
to find bliss.

My dear,
your Essence
is the One digging
right beside you
all the way,
what drives your
sense of remembrance,
your soul,
your Essence
Lights the way.

Yes, there is healing
at every turn,
but is not healing
when you forgive,
this is a personal endeavor
that allows you then
to fully live.

Dive down deep
when you feel
that now is the
time to do This dear,
and know
your Essence
rejoices always
as You now soar
beyond all fear!

Sacred and Holy

Love is with you,
no matter how
your path unfolds,
you have Strength
and wisdom Here,
listen to what
your soul knows.

You Are sacred,
You Are holy,
loosen demands
that ego makes,
every step upon
your journey,
is Love’s purpose –
not too early or late.

Hold loving space for
what may come up,
Here is healing,
thank and release,
Here You Are –
sacred and holy,
in This Truth
you fly so free!

A Presence of Angels

Angels gather all
around you,
in waking states or
when you sleep,
they help you raise
your vibration,
opening you to
All Possibility.

It is not Grace that
brings them closer,
though Grace flows
effortlessly through,
it is your belief and
set intention that
wakes up the
angelic realm in
you.

As All are part of
Love’s Vibration
and as you are not
a separate being,
This Presence of Angels
is within You,
flow now with Grace
on angel wings.

As you awaken to
This Knowing,
see other’s angels
by their sides,
All of you One are
blessed together,
touched by the glow
of angelic Light!

and longer stay,
crack open the door
to see This Truth –

Love in You.

A little willingness
is all it takes,
unconditional Love
will pave the way,
this may feel foreign
to you at first –
but say hello to the
Love in You.

If there is struggle
that is ego’s way
to keep you small
battering you each
day,
open your heart and
breathe in Truth –
saying hello to the
Love in You.

Try on This Love,
it will always fit,
Love tailors Itself
to You, to This,
embrace your Strength
to see this through,
Love rejoices and says
hello to You!

All of This,
in life sometimes
it is hard to see,
but your Light
shines with your
purpose.

Breathe in,
say yes to
This everyday,
though you may not
know all the hows
or whys,
fellow Lights and
those looking for
a spark,

compassionate vibe.

You need not save
the world,
for there is no-thing
that needs to be saved,
All are part of
This One Love,
shine your Light
on This Truth,

Your loved ones,
guides and angels

can make you
feel overwhelmed.

Love and comfort
are a breath away,
We are with You
in every realm.

state I Am,
who is This
who watches, too.

This is Love,
forever flowing,
tap into This –

A Simple Yes

Open your heart,
say yes to Love,
Love has been Here
all along,
life situations can make
you doubt,
but you have never
been alone.

You may feel
battered, bitter,
bruised,
sometimes you are
hardest on your
self,
with the help of
loved ones, guides
and angels,
is it not your turn
to forgive and heal?

Unconditional Love wholly
flows through you,
open and sense what
this feels like,
does this not spark
what has always
been Here –
are you not now shining
your beautiful Light?

Forgiveness is an
inside job,
release the judgments
you place upon you,
believe when loved ones
let you know –
yes We Are always
Here with you.

A simple yes is
all you need,
a bit of willingness
to open what is closed,
allow Love to do what
it does so well,
dear One,
You Are Loved
more than you know!

A Sacred Grace

As human,
yes you judge,
in a world of
constrasts, opposites,
differences get
weighed down
with meaning,
attached with myriad
attributes.

Might you ponder
how you judge,
begin with awareness
of your beliefs,
there may always
be comparison,
but what do you
add on to what
you see?

Your mind is a
powerful filter,
working non-stop
to make sense of
the world,
what if you lessened
your need for
absolutes,
letting go of
being judge
or juror?

Begin with you and
may you look
with a loving eye
that provides safe
space,
surround yourself with
All That Is,
and sense Love’s forgiving,
sacred Grace.

And from This
Seat of your Soul,
do you not see
what you thought
was lost,
Here Love Is,
in every Be-ing,
when you see it
within,
you see Love
in All!

A Choice For Love

Is not each moment
a clean slate,
try something new
or keep the old,
you have choices
always dear one,
it is wise sometimes
to break the mold.

You may feel cornered
by external forces,
but zero in to your
core beliefs,
what limits do you
place upon yourself,
what keeps you small
instead of flying free.

We do not speak
of you changing
the world,
though if every One
realized their
own might,
would not these ripples
help All to see
their own amazing,
brilliant Light.

Bring the Whole of You
to every choice
you make,
Be aware of what still
makes you doubt,
open any doors that
you may hide behind,
This Moment welcomes you
to come on out!

A Loving Release

space to nurture
what comes up
to be released,
you need not judge
or analyze it,
Love transmutes –
what is left is
Peace.

There is no penance
or cost to do this,
Love asks for nothing
in return,
the magic of unconditional
Love knows what to do
and needs not be earned.

This is You at your
core being,
you have always had
this power dear,
within you is all that
you long for,
welcome Home to Love,
forever Here!
