Harness Love’s power,
it never leaves you,
in life sometimes you
may feel drained,
recharge,
reenergize from
Love’s eternal spring
that does not change.
You may be lifted
by things external,
but what lasts and
is your Truth,
You Are a conduit
for Love,
Love’s Strength and Power
forever dwells in You.
Be Love’s fountain
whilst in this life,
loved ones and angels
meet you Here,
this wellspring
forever lifts you,
now sense Love
truly Everywhere!

You may feel
you are not heard,
but Love hears everything
you say,
you wish for messages
to be received,
but life shows up
in different ways.
You look for affirmation
to help you know
that you are doing
fine,
bumping up against
another may stir up
patterns from past
times.
With Love’s help
create a space
for these emotions
to feel at home,
you need not analyze
every detail,
observe and comfort
from your soul.
Return to the Center
of You,
releasing judgment
that separates,
from This Wholeness
is not healing
remembering
You Are Loved
always!

You have no-thing
to hide,
though ego may
think you do,
look with your soul’s
loving eyes and
see your Truth
shining through.
Ego stirs up shame
and guilt
from remnants past
or present time,
now is your chance
to clear paradigms
and patterns that
ego mines.
Once this fuel that
ego craves gets
transmuted to its
natural Light,
does this not lift you
oh so higher,
empowering you to
shine so bright.
Give freely what
flows through you,
there is no-thing
left to hide,
You Are whole,
complete and
nurtured,
Divine Love
is You,
inside!

Give yourself space and
time to process,
then remember Who
is in charge,
your mind goes out
on its own journeys,
return it lovingly to
Who You Are.
A critical eye and judgment
are the tools that ego
loves to use,
recognize these layers
that bubble up –
allowing release to
wholly You.
Surround yourself
acting as human
with Love that cannot
be measured,
beyond old patterns
of your mind
are possibilities
to be explored.
With Gratitude for
choppy water that
invites you to chart
another way,
as you center to your
peace within,
may you sail with
confidence and Joy today!

Ego makes up and
tells you stories,
they go so deep
you believe them
true,
from the level where
they occur,
you question and wonder
what is wrong with you.
Ego is a self-focused
being,
it weaves its stories
to make something fit,
your mind full of these
repeating patterns,
often finds ego’s stories
hard to resist.
Changing at ego’s level
is hard,
but You Are more
than human, dear,
let go of wishing to
“fix” the problem,
move to your soul awareness
always Here.
From This perspective
you may see heart
hurting,
but You as soul are
safe and secure,
Here You Are
with infinite Love
that supports and mends –
and gently reassures.
This soul awareness is
unconditional Love
that is Here with you
at any time,
breathe into This,
let go of that,
and in This Moment,
remember You, Divine!

rocky road,
may hone your skills
for struggle and work,
you may ask how much
more to endure,
until you have proven
yourself, your worth.
A road of strife
is not a test,
there is no-thing
that you must prove,
life brings its challenges
and also gifts,
you may wish to control
what life can do.
Dear one,
release the burdens
you carry,
you need not control
or fix a thing,
You Are Beloved
as You Are now,
Love hears your prayers,
You Are cherished and seen.
The road of life
may be smooth
or rocky,
but you have All
you need inside,
Be empowered with Love’s
Strength and Courage,
forever surrounded
with loved ones
by your side!

Come together
in your wholeness,
you are naturally
aligned,
life experiences
and beliefs
can leave you
scattered in your mind.
Allow your soul
to alchemize,
bringing coolness to
what burns hot,
if there is friction
causing resistance,
what needs released
that feels so taut.
Your return to flow is
a dance with life
that sometimes has
its ups and downs,
as you find a resonance
that moves you,
follow the lead of
your heart song.
Express You with
your Voice
that has a thousand
ways to sing,
You naturally are
in tune
with All That Is
and Everything!

flowing through you,
Courage is innate
to your soul,
no matter what
rises to greet you,
You Are empowered,
believe and know.
Your mind with ego
may feel overwhelm,
be it inner turmoil
or a world on edge,
may Peace arise from

being and doing your
best.
You cannot control
all you wish to change,
but Be the change
you wish to see,
from this Seat of Awareness
with Strength and Courage,
Be compassion,

life around you may
change and shift,
do not heed time
upon this journey,
you are Where You Are –
Love’s precious gift.

what once was dark
is now full of Light,

you are,

Express from your heart,

Ego rises to all
occasions,
bringing with it
worry and doubt,
the more distracted
ego makes you,
then is not ego what
life is about.
Your brilliant mind
is a problem-solver,
it needs not ego to
stir things up,
along with the innate
Peace of your soul,
you have infinite resources
to figure things out.
When internal drama
begins to tell stories,
look with open eyes
to core beliefs,
you and your experiences
created these scripts,
remove or re-write
to gain healing relief.
Return to the Seat of
your Soul,
Here find your Strength
and Courage always,
sense your power
flowing freely,
raising you up to
seize the day!
