The world is hard to 
place your trust in,
here is not where 
trust occurs,
trust your soul as 
your safe harbor,
Here is your Peace
not of this world.

When worldly problems
get you rattled,
shift to restore 
clarity of mind,
give emotions space 
to express
deeper layers you 
wish to find.

And from your eternal 
soul perspective,
allow these layers 
to unfold,
give them tenderly 
to Love,
honor their stories that
once were told.

You need not analyze 
each detail,
Love knows always 
what to do,
this transmutation keeps
your heart open,
with Trust and Faith,
say hello to You!

Here For You

for each other,
a comforting space,
a listening ear,
in This openness,
inviting,
healing Love flows
freely Here.

With no expectation 
present,
with no agenda 
to fulfill,
Be Here truly 
for each other,
and as This Love 
it is you that
is healed.

Love is comfort,
always compassion,
see your Self 
in All you see,
Love is Here,
forever with you,
inviting you 
to blessed Be!

A Bigger Picture

What do you attach 
to a bigger meaning,
lining up ideas this way
or that,
in life you draw many
lines in the sand,
does this not often create
a tit for tat.

Keep your heart open
and create space
for the myriad expressions
of life on earth,
this does not mean
you need to agree,
and where boundaries 
are needed, 
do what you need first.

Shift always to the bigger 
picture,
does not separation create
more unease,
when there is an 
us against them
construct,
is this not a fracture
in your State of Peace?

Be mindful of exchanges
experienced,
let your critical eye
relax,
with Eyes of Love 
see beyond the body,
soul to soul –
your Peace comes
flowing back!

A Light Release

You have a tank 
perpetually full
of Love that forever 
bubbles up,
sometimes life
experiences or beliefs
may present to you
a feeling of stuck.

These layers ask to 
be released,
situations abound 
for practice here,
each time take 
this opportunity
to release,
do you not feel 
light as air?

Do not add judgement 
to choices made 
from egoic thoughts 
that once made sense,
question and release 
your old beliefs,
Love’s Light will 
lovingly do the rest!

everlasting,
ripples out –
you may not see
the effects this 
has on others,
but souls remember 
eternity.

Saying goodby is human
heartbreak,
the grief journey is an
experience here,
souls rejoice in their 
reunion,
your soul shares in 
this my dear.

Be a beacon of Light
reminding,
time spent here is not
a measurement of 
the fullness of souls
beautifully binding,
building a bridge 
of eternal Love.

spring cleaning,
much like the freshness 
of nature’s breeze,
do you not center 
and realign,
when you with purpose 
and intention – breathe.

You have a natural 
harmony,
that flows more freely
when you are clear,
what thoughts,
constrictions 
need airing out,
reset with breath,
gateway to Here.

This sweet return 
is simple, yes,
but needs your will 
to see it through,
you hold the key to 
Peace and ease,
join with your breath 
to return to You!

flower blooming,

you are planted,
seasons change –
life can be hard,
but You Are Light

Stay yes to Love,
soak up This Truth,
feel Strength and Courage
flowing through,
Here is Peace 
within your Be-ing,
You Are This Love,

Breathe in your purpose,
open your heart
to what is True,
each precious moment 
of You as Love
honors forever this
authentic You.

Every moment is 
filled with Love,
one no better than 
the rest,
let go of any strings
attached,
with no agenda,
there is no test.

enough for life,
to Be Love’s vessel 
through and through,
breathe in the tenderness
of Love,

Be You,
let your fearlessness
come through,
may you see with 
eyes wide open,
no-thing can 
take away
from you.

You need not carry 
burdens forward,
take a break and 
leave them here,
Love transforms 
and transmutes
what you no longer 
need to bear.

You continue to 
evolve,
as human and 
as soul,
your loving journey 
is connection,
remembering what 
your soul knows.

With angels and 
beloved loved ones,
forever by your 
side,
you never walk

Love invites you

Your Natural Home

Be as One with 
All around you,
nature opens This 
for you,
there is no veil 
blocking the trees
or sentient beings 
that pass through.

Do not earth and sky,
water and rock,
vibrate together in 
a symbiotic way,
when you resonate 
with nature,
are you not then able 
to ride this wave.

Listen with your 
heart and soul
to what nature 
has to say,
these are echoes 
of your Home,
leading you back 
if you have lost
your way.

Your sacred Self is 
One with nature,
be it bird or tree 
or sky above,
in This Remembrance
hear your heart sing – 
You Are Home 
where You belong.
