Life is a roller coaster
ride,
one thing goes up,
another down,
you may be looking
for a way to keep
both feet upon
the ground.

But you are more than
this human self,
you know this deep
within your soul,
you cannot talk ego
into this,
but shift to the You
that always knows.

It is hard not to
try to fix
what the external world
brings to you,
yes you will do and be
in this world,
but your power is from
a different view.

Surround your self
with grace,
compassion,
as you shift to see
your Truth,
from the Self
that is eternal,
holy,
know This Home
is forever with You!

New Growth

In the midst of change
it may be hard to see
the growth,
take a snapshot
of you dear one,
you are evolving
more than you
know.

There are big shifts
and then baby steps
that you wish would
lengthen their stride,
as time is not
the focus Here,
check in to your
Self deep inside.

Ego loves to resist
change,
it is this resistance
that wears you out,
from your Self that
watches this,
notice what the friction
is all about.

You need not change
all of your ego,
the change is You
emerging Here,
say hello to You
eternal,
This is the change
you welcome, dear!

Wholly Growth

You are growing,
ever-evolving,
sometimes it may be
hard to see,
is not nature
ever-changing,
but harder to tell
on majestic trees.

Seeds are planted,
each one different,
timing is not always
up to you,
but as you look at roads
you have traveled,
You may now see a
wholly different you.

Life may bring storms
or perfect weather,
through it all may
you know This Truth –
Love blesses the
Garden of You,
beloved,
nurturing the growth
of you expressing You!

A Welcome Change

Give your self
a break.

Reverse harsh judgments
that can build up,
be aware of your
critical eye,
your mind can be
a whirlwind spinning,
give your self
a break.

Reverse direction,
try this out,
when something
comes up don’t
push it down,
surround it all
with Love and
patience,
and give your self
a break.

Does This not create
your flow,
what you give
you do receive,
your energy and
clarity builds when
you give your self
a break.

Hello to This Self
that always is Here
when you step
aside,
trust and believe
This Love that flows,
experience the magic
you create!

Loosening

Smooth your edges
with Love now,
where there is friction
is there not growth,
with open heart,
turn toward what
stirs,
what wishes to be
seen and heard.

This is how you
can release,
lean into emotion
that comes up,
core beliefs are
built by what
you thought would
save you from what
was rough.

Life is unexpected,
yes,
but You as Soul
are powerful,
Be-ing clear allows
your soul to bring to
you what you need
now.

Loosen thoughts that
do not serve,
and with Love let them
pass through,
your heart swells
with This new energy
that flows,
aligned with You.

With no need to
judge or fix,
friction is a small
bump in the road,
with your beautiful
open heart,
experience this adventure
of your soul!

Forever Found

with open arms
to a place you have
never left,
Love beats in your
tender heart,
Love accompanies you
in each precious
breath.

You are beloved,
so very nurtured,
your soul knows
this feeling well,
allow Love to
reassure,
precious One,
know All is Well.

You need not go
anywhere to find this,
never lost,
you are forever found,
loved ones and angels
whisper softly,
We Are Here
forever,
with you now!

A Lighter Path

We are All interconnected,
you do nothing on your
own,
in this soup of Love
Eternal,
is not Everywhere
your Home?

Relationships are
intersections,
different paths that
meet as One,
teacher, student,
All Are You,
learning and growing
with Everyone.

Resist the urge to
be in charge,
your steps are lighter
when you let go,
may you travel your
path of life
with the Peace and Grace
of your amazing soul!

Trusting Love

In this Now,
trust Love.

You may resist,
old habits dig in,
your ego really
wants to win,
what might you lose,
what is there to gain,
release what ifs –
trust Love.

Awareness of thoughts
is quite a surprise,
you thought maybe a lot,
but oh my the size,
You Are the master of
your mind,
rewire, restore –
trust Love.

Old core beliefs
that set up shop,
are free to go,
bring them to the top,
with your heart
as Love’s filter,
bless them, release
and trust Love.

Do this with Love
and tender care,
release the judgments
that sneak in there,
fully, wholly
with Humility,
Be lifted now –
trust Love.

Sense this lightness,
energy now flows,
your intuition speaks
from your soul,
experience the gifts
you are made of,
always, forever,
trust Love!

This Perspective

There will always be
situations in life
that can draw you in,
do these not often trigger
other stories that are
lurking deep within.

When you sense
desperation building,
or a need to justify,
take a breath,
shift to your Self,
with Love observe from
your soul’s eyes.

Ego wishes for you
to stay
in the depths
of woe is me,
this is not to make light
of experiences that
are fraught with pain
or grief.

But your clarity
and your Courage
are accessible when
you rise,
from This Perspective
send yourself Love
and free from fear,
see with fresh new eyes.

Sense this difference
and with no judgment,
Love completely
the human you,
from This Perspective
as your True Be-ing,
embrace the Peace
and Joy of You!

Fearless

Who would you be
without your fear,
when ego has no place
to go,
are you not used to looking
over your shoulder,
is this not the dread
you have come to know.

Yes life, this world will
bring to you situations
that may hurt,
but might you use what
gets roiled in your beliefs,
to clear out what questions
your worth.

Fear can be a sticky
substance,
drawing more fear to
its side,
with the Vision of
your soul,
might you now see
how fear divides.

Use life experiences
as fuel to help clear out
what may be stuck,
you need not hide from
what life brings you,
discern old patterns
and release with Love.

With the fearlessness
of soul,
with a heart so fierce
and True,
there is no-thing that
can block the Truth
of this wholly,
magnificent You!
