Sense the Gratitude
your loved ones
send you,
for Love in life
and where they are,
so close there is
no distance between,
Love is as strong
as the Light of stars.
Though your heart
at times feels broken,
and so full of Love
you feel it may burst,
there is no less of Love,
it continues to grow,
as forever Love endures.
Your souls know of
Love’s sweet promise,
This can never,
ever end,
Love walks with you
as you grieve,
your souls rejoice –
forever together,
amen!

Say yes to Love that
flows through your
heart,
does this not make sense
now to do,
in the past you thought
you needed protection,
in This Moment now,
you are safe as You.
As core beliefs build
your identity,
what can you release
to see what is True –
You Are more than
what you think,
answer Love’s invitation
to see the Whole of You.
From this empowered,
peaceful presence,
extend, expand to
see another’s truth,
as you embrace their
soul with yours,
is this not You embracing
you?
Is not relationship
a chance
to meet you and
all of your parts,
how do you follow
Love’s lead, dear,
might you begin within
your beautiful heart.
Here is wholeness,
Here is Love,
it is an experience
beyond your mind,
Love imbues you with
Strength and Courage,
be amazed and open
at what you may find!

Love is your
wholeness,
this is where your
Strength resides,
Here is where the
magic happens,
You Are healed
and whole inside.
Yes life takes you
on a journey,
with a body that
talks to you,
tend to it with
tenderness,
from Source that wholly
breathes you.
Release ego’s blaming
stories,
that keep you constricted
and small,
Here is Love,
your safe harbor,
Be your Self,
connected to All.
With this freedom
may you sense
your wholeness that
never was apart,
Here You Are,
precious child,
Home and safe as
the Love You Are!

Ego is good at
pointing fingers,
where victimhood
and blame persist,
might you recognize
this movie,
and change the channel
to step away from this.
Awareness brings
Love’s Light to
see more clearly,
you may not like
what you see,
but with a balanced,
neutral focus,
might you see what
wishes to be free.
Love All of You,
without the judgment
that ego wants you
to use,
with loving arms,
gather the parts
that you think are
separate from You.
May you see clearly
through Love’s eyes
that are forever with
you Here,
Be in this fresh
new moment,
flowing free and
Loved so dear!

Shadow is only devoid
of Light,
it has no inherent
force itself,
ego works with shadow
to foster fear and doubt,
but in Love’s True Light,
does not shadow dispel.
On earth, in life,
you compare, contrast,
this is the way of
a world separate,
resist the ego
as it erects these walls,
upon wings of angels,
you soar above
all this.
Do not despair
when you fall
back in time,
Love’s healing Light
has arms open wide,
gather all fears that
may have you doubt,
shadow disappears
in this sacred Light.
The human struggle is
not a cause to judge,
in this world there
will be ups and downs,
let your soul remind
what you hope and pray –
Dear One,
Love is Here
with you,
safe and sound!

You Are Home
within your heart,
This Is You,
believe it True,
no matter what life
has unfolded,
the Universe believes
in you.
Doors have opened
one by one,
but do you see now –
there are no doors,
you cannot be constrained,
by your story anymore.
Love all that has
brought you to
Love’s awakening,
this may you bless,
believe the Truth
of Who You Are,
Magnificence
and nothing less.
May Love create a
safe space
for you to embrace
your separate parts,
now see the Whole of You
that flourishes Here –
this is Who You Are.
The human experience
sometimes brings struggles,
but know Love’s path
leads you to Truth,
you have All you need,
as All of Love resides
Here with You!

May Love Light
the way for All,
when the world feels
upside down,
in a world of duality,
answers you seek
may not be found.
Within your heart
is an answer,
it is simple,
it is True,
leave no one out
of your prayers,
see Love in the
All of You.
With one foot within
life’s chaos,
knowing this is not
all truth,
may your other foot
be walking where
All Love accompanies
You.
The world has not
the answers,
but may you share
All that you know,
keep your heart open,
dear child,
your Light shares
Love’s eternal flow!

forever connected,
with loved ones near
and those not “here,”
Love’s eternal bonds
cannot be broken,
in this world or beyond,
Love is Everywhere.
In this life’s story,
there may be friction,
but might your soul
be ready to help,
turn over your troubles,
open up your heart,
Love knows how to shift
energy so well.
Begin with you,
begin within,
allow your story to
write something new,
and when you need
a new perspective,
your soul,
All Love,
is Here for you!

Take a look
at your defenses,
what are they defending
you from,
ego insists you
need protection,
but what source
do beliefs really
come from.
Dive deeper below
your triggers,
what are beliefs
that are not true,
were they not created
when you worried,
that no one was
here for you.
Life fosters separation,
from your identity
to your name,
it is difficult to understand
how those around you
are from Source,
the same.
Your egoic beliefs
wish you to question,
who you are –
keeping you small,
with self-forgiveness
and compassion,
to heal parts of you,
Be Whole, Be You,
Now.
Your wholeness needs
no justification,
needing no defense
of beliefs not real,
align your self to
Be-ing Love,
Here, You eternal
are forever healed!

Sit with your emotions,
let them bubble up
gently,
with no judgment,
with compassion,
might you accept,
allow and Be.
The conglomeration of
life’s experiences
help to shape what
you believe,
beyond the cause
and effect reactions,
is there not another
Truth to see?
This is not a request
to repress,
but simply one made
wholly from Love,
releasing shame
or guilt exposes you
to what You Are
made of.
Is not forgiveness
allowing Truth
to remind you of
Love’s one rule –
You Are Loved
beyond all measure,
unconditionally,
This Love is You!
