May Love Light 
the way for All,
when the world feels
upside down,
in a world of duality,
answers you seek 
may not be found.

Within your heart 
is an answer,
it is simple,
it is True,
leave no one out 
of your prayers,
see Love in the 
All of You.

With one foot within
life’s chaos,
knowing this is not 
all truth,
may your other foot 
be walking where 
All Love accompanies 
You.

The world has not 
the answers,
but may you share 
All that you know,
keep your heart open,
dear child,
your Light shares 
Love’s eternal flow!

A New Perspective

You are always,
forever connected,
with loved ones near
and those not “here,”
Love’s eternal bonds
cannot be broken,
in this world or beyond,
Love is Everywhere.

In this life’s story,
there may be friction,
but might your soul 
be ready to help,
turn over your troubles,
open up your heart,
Love knows how to shift
energy so well.

Begin with you,
begin within,
allow your story to
write something new,
and when you need 
a new perspective,
your soul,
All Love,
is Here for you!

The Whole of You

Take a look 
at your defenses,
what are they defending
you from,
ego insists you 
need protection,
but what source 
do beliefs really 
come from.

Dive deeper below 
your triggers,
what are beliefs
that are not true,
were they not created
when you worried,
that no one was 
here for you.

Life fosters separation,
from your identity 
to your name,
it is difficult to understand
how those around you
are from Source,
the same.

Your egoic beliefs
wish you to question,
who you are –
keeping you small,
with self-forgiveness 
and compassion,
to heal parts of you,
Be Whole, Be You,
Now.

Your wholeness needs 
no justification,
needing no defense 
of beliefs not real,
align your self to
Be-ing Love,
Here, You eternal 
are forever healed!

Unconditional

Sit with your emotions,
let them bubble up 
gently,
with no judgment,
with compassion,
might you accept,
allow and Be.

The conglomeration of
life’s experiences 
help to shape what 
you believe,
beyond the cause
and effect reactions,
is there not another 
Truth to see?

This is not a request 
to repress,
but simply one made
wholly from Love,
releasing shame 
or guilt exposes you
to what You Are 
made of.

Is not forgiveness
allowing Truth 
to remind you of 
Love’s one rule –
You Are Loved
beyond all measure,
unconditionally,
This Love is You!

 

A Single Step

Be gentle in your 
reflections,
the human path 
unfolds in many ways,
intersections in relationships
help you to grow along
the way.

Might you allow 
what needs to bubble up,
what aspect of you 
wishes to be seen,
and as you look 
at another, mirrored,
extend Love to them,
to you,
the same.

Love is the balm
that helps to ease
friction,
be it within or 
what appears 
without,
you are All of 
your intersections,
loving You is what
Love’s all about.

Set aside the reading
of your story,
with your Heart of Love
begin a brand new page,
your journey begins with 
this single step,
overflowing with forgiveness
and compassion today!

 

Your Source of Love

Your story may have 
an origin,
but You, as soul,
are free,
with no beginning and
with no end,
might you integrate 
This Flow of Love
with thee.

Each cell with its
own consciousness
works with the 
Greater Whole,
a mix of life beliefs 
and soul awareness
factors in to what 
they know.

Ask Love to help 
to unify what sometimes
can feel off,
you may go to your 
human origin,
with awareness 
you were never lost.

This Flow of Love 
ripples in you Now,
containing All present,
future, past,
unify your present story
with All You Are,
infinite and vast.

Love knows where to go,
you need not analyze 
or think of what to do,
in This Surrender,
Be Love Awareness,
This Source of Love 
remembers All of You!

Here, Forever

Here is Love,
forever beating
through your heart,
singing with your
soul,
when life brings sorrow
to your doorstep,
invite it in so it
may feel Loved so.

Let Love soothe 
every emotion,
you need not figure
it all out,
know that Love 
is Here, forever,
release all worry 
and any doubt.

As the sun rises up
to greet you,
may you feel Love’s Light
shining through,
may the blessings 
from loved ones 
and angels,
remind that they 
are forever with you!

A Peaceful Rest

Does not the body show
what it needs,
do you sometimes push
beyond this line,
your mind thinks 
it has control,
but is there not 
a wiser and knowing
Mind?

Might you check in 
with what feels right,
this is not a perception
of right or wrong,
but tune into where Love
is playing all the notes
you need to sing 
Love’s song.

Know when to push
and when to rest,
this ebb and flow 
is part of life,
there is less resistance
when you integrate
your body and mind 
with your soul’s Light.

Sense the sacredness 
in each moment,
pause now and then
to sense This Peace,
with Gratitude,
breathe in This Love,
ask what you need
and then receive.

Your body and mind 
will be grateful,
as you let go of 
control not real,
Love in its infinite
wisdom knows 
where to go and 
what to heal.

Rest and relax 
when this is 
needed,
Peace and ease will
let you know,
you need not struggle 
to walk through life,
surrender to Love 
and as This,
flow!

This Sacred Body

Relax,
lean into where 
your body thinks
that it needs to
fight,
ego constantly is 
monitoring,
preparing always 
for fight or flight.

Does not your body 
then brace itself,
calling in other parts
to help,
send Love to All parts 
of the body,
changing its belief 
to All is Well.

Love fosters integration,
moving together as
One Whole,
there is no part 
that is separate,
unity is what Love
knows.

Relax,
lean into 
Love’s One Truth,
This is You,
complete and whole,
address the needs 
of this sacred body,
knowing always Here,
You Are Home!

I See You

I see you,
Love says gently,
through this life 
and all before,
you are precious,
full of Joy, 
let us walk together
through open doors.

When you stumble,
I help you rise,
you have purpose,
let your Light shine,
as you forgive 
your circumstances,
possibilities emerge 
from your bright Light.

You Are Loved,
Love says gently,
and as you move within
this sacred flow,
sense your power,
Here is Peace,
precious child,
Here is your Home!
