another’s journey,
are these not fingers
pointing back at you?
Include yourself
in Love’s forgiveness,
Love is always
Here with You.
Resist the urge
to take a side,
defensiveness is but
a clue,
when you feel you
are justified,
ask Love to clear
a path for you.
Extend,
connect
with your fellow
hearts,
they beat as One
with Love’s eternal
truth,
with compassion,
Love’s healing Light,
may you remember
All Are One
with You!

Constriction may be like
a familiar blanket,
one you think gives
you formation,
a familiar structure,
with specific edges,
all for the purpose
to keep you safe.
What could you possibly
hide from,
you are All of the
Universe,
your reach is through
eternity,
there are no secrets
in the Face of Love.
With this awareness,
when you sense closing,
when constriction begins
to shut all doors,
remember You Are
limitless,
Love does not run out,
there is always more.
You are wrapped divinely
in Love’s sweet arms,
able to extend and
shine your Light,
as you are part of
this loving flow,
this requires no thinking,
no wrong or right.
Let constriction be
a reminder,
what is asking now
to be set free –
open all doors to
Who You Are,
safe and at Home,
eternally!

Love transforms,
transmutes,
Love knows what
to do.
You need not
hold onto
what is
not You.
Feel your energy
clear,
move, dance
and sway.

of You.
You in life are
steeped in history,
with experiences and
milestones, too,
might Love’s arms
surround you gently,
loving completely
the Whole of You.
You exist beyond
your seeing,
do you not extend
as the timeless You,
wrap all moments
with loving care,
as you behold
the Whole of You.
Accept and Love
your past,
your present,
as your soul
creates anew,
let Love show you
Who You Are –
behold and Love
the Whole of You!

to learn.
And in this awareness,
discover what you
know.
Be gentle as life lessons
are what you offer
to the Light,
let Love dispel
all perceived shadow,
that you have hidden
from your sight.
With Eyes of Love
may you see clearly,
what your soul
wants you to know,
You Are Loved
beyond all measure,
All is Well
within your soul!

It is easy to judge,
compare,
what is friction,
what is flow,
awareness builds with
these vibrations,
you may wish one to stay,
the other go.
But on a path to
understanding,
does friction not reveal
what lies beneath,
what programming still
is running,
that you thought
had been released?
Do not judge your Self
for showing you,
more layers to be
revealed,
look below the story
details,
what core beliefs bubble
up to heal?
Is not healing
the exposing
of what fear has
you believe,
hand this over
to Love’s Light,
Light dispels shadows
ego thinks it needs.
Let friction be an
invitation,
for what no longer
needs to hide,
Love is wholly your
True Nature,
see the Whole of You
with Love’s healing Light!

Do not fear emotions
that you feel,
yes, ego may use them
to draw judgement
near,
you as human know
cause and effect,
are you not familiar
with “what may happen
next?”
Break ego’s cycle of
you judging you,
your foundation is Love,
this is your identity, too,
you need not carry
what is not yours,
freely give to Love,
what you need no more.
Love transforms,
transmutes what does
not resonate,
you need not analyze
all decisions that you make,
choose Love and let Love
gently show you how,
to see clearly – You,
that exists eternally Now.
You need not wait
for a future You,
in All moments
You Are Love,
Be-ing You.
Give freely to Love
what you wish to release,
and with your open heart,
Be the Presence of Peace.

What is relationship?
Is it not relationship
with you?
Are you not having
your own experience,
comparing,
contrasting
All of You
in life?
There are countless
opportunities,
to extend Love and
forgiveness, too,
you may think relationship
is of another,
but is it not joining
you with You?
Some days it is hard,
sometimes it is easy,
you may have noticed
what is so True,
when you withhold
Love from another,
are you not judging also,
you?
Look beyond the details
of the story,
this is ego’s distracting trap,
interactions and experiences,
can bring to the surface
your healing map.
Keep it simple,
true and pure,
no judge or jury
is needed Here,
answer each cry
for Love,
with Love –
no “why”s or defenses
are required, dear.
You Are relationship
with Love,
is not Source experiencing
through You,
you have access to
All That is Love,
together,
as One,
All Love is You!

You are whole
and complete,
healed always
as Love.
The body is very
distracting,
requiring attention,
this is true,
care for this temporary
vessel,
but know it is not
the Real You.
With tenderness
and great care,
give all the Love
that you can,
but the barometer
of Truth,
comes from your
everlasting I Am.
Yes, you compare with
your body,
your ego loves to
keep score,
how does it feel,
how does it look –
do I need to do
more?
You have relationship
with your body,
on earth this is one
way to see,
perfection is not in
this vessel,
perfection is the Whole
state of Thee.
Might you perceive healing
as washing
your self with Love,
and as you are
All of This,
are you not the vision
that you dream of?
To heal is to know
there is nothing
to forgive,
receive Love’s
Eternal Blessing,
Beloved child
of All That Is!

with Love.

is not all beautiful?
As beauty is in the
eye of the beholder,
might you check to see
what filters you may
have on yours?
Yes, the world may be
a scenario of perception.
What perceptions might
you question as you
observe?
Let your Light
see All the Light
in your sisters and
brothers,
your perception
may judge who may
shine so bright.
Dear beloveds,
You Are All
this Light,
shining,
shift your perception
and look beyond to
Love’s Infinite Light.
Know all is beautiful
with Love.
And with Love,
may you know the beauty
of All of You!
