when past meets
present,
looking at future,
does this not stir
the ego’s pot?

In reviewing,
with reflection,
you may experience
familiar themes,
ego jumps on this
as proof –
do you not want
all to stay the
same?

Let past emotion
come to the fore,
the details differ,
but the feelings
do not,
all are cries for Love
to gently reassure
and to undo what
you have been
taught.

Readdress with loving
eyes,
write a new page for
this Truth,
Love patiently,
eternally surrounds you,
so you may believe
this Love is You!

The Joy of Laughter

Love is laughter.
Love is Joy.

Yes, there are many emotions
that capture
the spectrum of feeling
in a human heart,
but does not time
stand still when
you melt,
into laughter,
being Joy.

Yes, laughter may be
followed by your tears,
an opening heart
opens all channels to
your connections with
your loved ones,
in precious memories,
Here is Joy.

Let laughter bring you
to this present,
allow your body to
remind you –
your heart sings with
Love Eternal,
it gives permission
to laugh,
embraced with Joy.

The smallest thing may
tickle you,
or you may not take
yourself so seriously,
what bubbles up is
a form of surrender,
Love is safe,
Love is Joy.

You are fierce,
you are courageous,
and when you relax
may laughter and tears
flow,
knowing Love is
your True Nature,
welcome laughter,
You Are Joy.

A Healing Heart

Healing is in the heart.

Relationships help you
to see,
does Love flow freely
or have difficulty?
All to help open
where Love may flow –
healing is in the heart.

You need not look
for an external source,
you need not wait until
you deserve it more,
you have all you need
right Here –
healing is in the heart.

And does not your heart
know this is True,
Love ripples out far
beyond this “you,”
always connected
You forever are –
This Truth is in the heart.

Receive This Love that
is Here with you,
your own forgiveness
is Love’s simple Truth,
Love is eternal and
so are You –
healing is complete,
forever in your heart.

Do not messages of Love
flow freely,
there is no wall they
cannot pass through,
communication between
soul to soul,
is a natural way
to communicate
for you.

Let go of regret
that may be holding
you down,
the Love You Are
knows the Truth
of You,
situations may make it
hard to communicate,
the Love that flows
eternally through You.

Share This Love with
those present in your
life,
beloved ones who
are not here, do hear
this too,
are they not showered
with All Love
when their eyes open,
to the Truth of Love
beyond the veil
that they passed through.

Messages of Love
flow freely when
you release them,
when expectation
is released with
loving care,
speak the Truth of Love
that dwells within
your heart,
Love is the message
that forever lives
Everywhere!

In Love’s Presence

Do not let time
or timing
roll you into a
ball that then
constricts,
surrender to
the timeless
wellspring,
that flows eternally
amidst all of “this.”

Details and minutia
can set your mind
spinning,
seeking attention,
saying, “look at me,”
yes you may cross
things off your list,
but check in often
with your energy.

There is doing and
there is creation,
you know which parts
of you does what,
might you blend all
parts of you together,
allowing what you create
to lead all subsequent
thought.

When fear arises
or worries of lack,
become the driver
of what you do,
might you ask
your soul to
lead the way,
as Love’s infinite
possibilities find
their way to you.

Be grateful for the
body that gives
you feedback,
what wishes to be seen,
what do you feel,
in Love’s presence
may you be reminded,
as Love’s Reality
you are already healed.

Together

Together We Are.

Even as you know
and explore
your Oneness,
is it not the human
experience
that looks for “we,”
the sense of coming together,
belonging,
even holy works speak
of the Trinity.

Together We Are
leaves no one out,
True Oneness is a
melting pot for All,
are you not forever connected
to those you Love,
your souls forever
dance together
here and beyond.

Together We Are
is perfect Oneness,
a heart that grieves
also rejoices in
This Truth,
there is no real
separation of Love,
Together as One
is the perfect expression
of the Love in You!

The Love of Angels

Do you not know
the Love of
Angels?
Does not this Love
flow through
you?

Have you not been
touched by wings
of mercy –
unconditional Love,
Grace that always
surrounds you?

You are eternally
a conduit
of healing –
which simply is
when Love meets
you
where you are.

Rejoice in this most
sacred reunion –
you, angels,
loved ones
as the Whole of
Who You Are.

Are you not imbued
with the Love
of Angels –
with Grace and
comfort,
may you be at Peace
in these
Arms of Love.

Melting

When in winter
and sun is rising
with warming rays
that melt the snow,
there is ice that
resists sun,
it takes much longer
for it to thaw.

But at its core
ice is still water,
the same as pools
that you now see,
yes, this thick ice
is in need of warming
and much more Light
does it not need?

Ice, snow and rain
have much in common,
yes, they are affected
by a seasonal change,
as all are cycles
might you see them all,
when winter’s cold
returns again.

You relish the sun
with warming rays,
even more when the air
is cold and raw,
might you Be this
warming Light,
extending rays of Compassion
to help the thaw.

Might you see All faces
reflected
in a pool of water,
so still,
so deep,
Be One as an infinite
extension of Light,
lighting the way for
All to see.

The Comfort of Peace

You need not wait
for Peace.
Peace is with you,
now.

Who You Are
exists
beyond this world,
and may be hard
to see with
human eyes,
You Are the
Eternal Light
that shines so
brightly,
You Are Love’s
sweet blessing
always Here,
inside.

Sometimes
you may feel
a distance
from your center,
yes, you travel
off in many ways,
but you are never
far from this
True Knowing,
Love is Here
with Peace,
to comfort,
always.

You may wish
to bring to your
human awareness,
peaceful things to
help you remind,
but as True Peace
is your soulful
birthright,
re-member Peace
to help you balance
and re-align.

You know this familiar
vibration of Peace,
there is no need to
think it has left you,
you need not wait
for all around you
to align,
Peace wrapped in
Love
is always,
eternally,
in You.

Holy, Whole

Love heals as
there is no-thing
to be healed.

Love carries with it
One vibration,
that resonates
with infinite
notes –
You Are in harmony
with Love’s Song,
Love knows this
perfection,
holy,
whole.

Is not forgiveness
Love’s super power,
but not as a wrong
turned into right –
Love exists Here
all along,
with no-thing
to forgive,
All is holy,
whole.

Shower yourself
with Love’s forgiveness,
see your perfection
in Love’s healing Truth,
Love sees You
wholly
as You Are,
Holy One,
magnificent You!
