Were do you feel safe?

There are myriad scenarios
that you play out
to feel this way,
it may exhaust you
until at some point,
you may say,
I cannot care today!

Your ego is happy
to take this over,
but does it not
turn on all alarms,
it goes in overdrive
to tell you –
there are so many
things to warn.

Yet when you return
to this present moment,
yes, there may be a
time to take care,
but are you not also
safe with You this
moment,
breathing in This
sacred air?

You Are safe in your
Home
and four walls are not
what we speak of,
beneath the perception
of fear,
is an endless fountain
of Eternal Love.

When you let go of
judgment,
shedding layers you thought
protected you,
do you not find yourself
gently cradled,
in the Love that
is Always Here
with you.

Be safe in your awareness
that is always Here
to remind you,
You Are safe and Home,
sacred Child of Love,
You Are so Loved
as Love Is You!

not look to fill
in spaces,
that your mind
thinks should work
a certain way,
as the mind seeks
to organize perceived
chaos,
does fear not wish
to turn your attention
its way?

Yes, friction is an
indicator,
here is space
that wishes to be
loved,
dear one, may Love
help you to remember,
every space of You
is lovingly filled up.

No matter what
is happening
around you,
yes, thank your mind
for working details out,
but you do not
walk alone in
these endeavors,
human and soul
are always blended
throughout.

Let your breath
return you to
balance,
let soul awareness
surround you with
Peace,
your blended Self
rejoices in this
moment,
the Whole of You,
always together,
perfectly.

Still Waters

still waters are
waiting,
this is your Home
as well, you see,
You Are Here
throughout the
daytime,
you play and
explore Here
when you sleep.

Peace may feel elusive
but it is constant,
always Here to comfort
you,
Peace is a State of Be-ing
that flows with you,
throughout your human day
whether you Be or do.

Let Peace take you
by the hand,
reach out and ask Peace
to show you how,
receive and float
upon peaceful waters,
supported and held
always with Love!

Love’s Blessed Flow

When you perceive
a time of stress,
you may feel constriction
within your chest,
does not the body
draw in closer,
trying to protect
what it knows best?

But You Are so much
more than this,
while you may be aware
of your body more,
might You expand
and not contract,
is this not what Love’s
healing balm is for?

Yes, listen to your
body,
and as you care
for it with ease,
might you see it
from this loving
perspective,
the Whole of You
who knows comforting
Peace.

Set an intention
to expand this Love,
no matter where
your body is,
awash your body with
Love’s blessed flow,
as you remember
You Are All
of This!

when bristly parts
make it hard to
get in,
when you long
for Love and
comfort here,
or to understand,
again.

Is there not a place
you can go,
for guidance and
direction for
what is so –
how do you get
to Love’s flow –
always,
your soul knows.

Take a loving breath
and place hand
to heart,
Here You Are
beyond end
or start,
the Center of You
contains your loving
Source,
Home Is Here,
always,
with your soul.

Love is akin to
any technology,
you need not be
face to face,
truly, your faces are
not different,
though they appear
this way in
time and space.

You embody Love’s
Strength and Power,
is not moving mountains
part of your creed –
now harness Courage
wrapped in Peace,
so you may know
Love
beyond any belief.

Take this time to
Love your brother
and sister,
is this not beyond time
or current experience,
yes, experience may
connect the whole,
but you are always
connected with
your holiness.

Be together,
as Love –
there really is
no other way,
send sacred Love
throughout the
cosmos,
Be a Beacon of Light,
of Love,
today.

constriction,
but even that
you need not
fear,
yes, as human,
you may experience
openings and closings
on this earthly sphere.

Let emotion be a
teacher,
bringing awareness
to what lies deep,
let Love embrace
all parts of you,
that make up
the Whole of
You,
complete.

Let Love wash over
your earthly being,
knowing you do the
best that you can
do –
and know that you
exist beyond
all doing,
Here Is Love,
always flowing
through You!

The All of You.

Might you open up
your perspective,
to see Love in
All you see,
as You Are Love
from Love’s True
Source,
is Love not also
the person standing
next to thee?

You come together
then isolate,
are you not aware
of this social
ebb and flow,
do you now realize
you are All Together,
even as individual aspects
of a greater Soul?

Is there not a blurring
of the lines
that you may have
carefully drawn in,
Love may never be
contained,
it is the Force
that exists without
and within.

You Are your brothers
and sisters,
old or young,
same or differently,
This Love flows throughout
this you and you,
you think are not quite
connected to “me”.

Are not All of You
the All of Me,
This Love you long
to finally meet –
are not the doors open
no, you cannot hide –
Love exists in
One Heart of
Humanity.

The Little Self That Could

to convince
your self
of any thing,
for is it not
your self
who pushes back
on so many things?

From your perspective
of Higher Self,
yes, you see that
this is True,
your self has created
many stories,
to convince itself
that they are true.

So instead of trying
harder,
says the little self
that could,
would you,
could you
Love me anyway,
no matter what I
think I should?

Please remember,
little self,
you are All This
that I see,
We are in This Love
together,
I Am You
and
You Are Me.

Let Us play and
dance together,
let Us dry each
other’s tears,
let Us hug when
we need comfort,
let Us choose Love
over imagined fear.

Little self,
I honor you,
for all experiences
We get to do,
you help Us grow
to Be This Truth,
You Are Love
and
I Am You!

Listen to the body,
what is it trying
to tell you,
is it not one
aspect of the
human condition,
letting communication
come flowing through.

Keep diving to the
depths of your
perception,
does your awareness
not give you clues –
it may feel ungrounding
to question beliefs,
but how do beliefs
work to influence you?

Love is the Center
of Who You Are,
all earthly steps
walk with Love,
too,
you are grounded
in This Truth,
wherever you are,
Love flows through
you.

Listen to your earthly
body with
compassionate ears
to what it has to say –
then reassure your
earthly presence,
as Source,
always Love
shows you
the way.
