In this moment,
Here Is Love.

It is yours
to claim,
as choosing Love
is a perfectly
natural thing –
you may wonder
about the past,
or what the future
may possibly bring –
what if you knew,
that in this moment,
you have access
to Everything?

The healing Power
of Love,
knows no limits
of space or time,
and as a Be-ing of
Love,
might you let Love
take your mind
to another
moment of You,
that you wish to
bathe in Love,
might you let Love
transmute the energy
of beliefs that you
think of?

In this moment,
Here Is Love,
You Are limitless,
never-ending,
in this moment
are you not
One,
with all that may
have happened
or all that you
wish to Be –
Be it All,
in this moment,
choosing Love
that sets you free.

All That You Are
is Love expressed
so you may find –
Here Is Love
when you wish to
claim it,
Love Is Everywhere,
and All Divine.

Does it not make
sense to retrain
your brain,
so it can experience
what is in
your heart,
as you create
from the
inside-out,
there may be patterns
you may need
to learn about.

What does your brain
tell you,
you cannot do,
what limitations,
does it place
upon you –
know that these
are wonderful
opportunities
to rethink,
to retrain,
to see all
possibility,
soul working
in harmony
with your brain.

Know that your
power
is Here
and always
within,
get your brain
on board,
by diving in
to what thoughts
and beliefs,
you think are
true –
your Truth
is in your heart
and your soul
knows what to do.

Integrate all parts
of Who You Are,
retrain your thoughts,
so that they match
your heart,
as you are an aspect
of the Whole,
You Are a blessed
Divine soul,
create from this
space,
this Truth,
from the Love
That Is You.

With Gratitude
for every part,
integrate All
That You Are –
inside-out,
express the
Whole
of the Love
That Is You!

Circle of Love

You are in the
center
of a Circle of
Love,
when you feel
you are on
the outside,
is this not
when you judge?

Sometimes it is
easier to extend
Love,
giving out
than to receive,
but does it not
begin within,
as you accept
and believe?

Your inner critic,
when turned loose,
can cause havoc
and stir up doubt,
but even that
part of you
knows inside,
what Love is all
about –
like the child,
who is testing,
to make sure
You are there,
might you surround
your inner child
with hugs,
and Love
and tender care?

When you center,
when you balance,
do you not see
with new eyes –
Love is your center,
Love is your purpose,
and there are endless
loving ways,
to show Love,
to Be Love,
but might you
begin with
you –
surround you
with your Circle of
Love,
holding close,
the Magnificent You!

you may have built
walls to keep
you safe,
but are you not seeking,
finding ways,
to let Love in?

When you shed
protective layers,
is it not Love
then that you see,
looking back at you
in the mirror,
is not Love
in thee?

And when you rise
above your story,
catching glimpses
from your soul,
in an instant
you are not separate,
do you not feel
complete and
Whole?

With Gratitude in
your heart,
and a touch of
Grace
to remind you,
You Are Strength,
You Are Courage,
All of Love
resides in You.

When you compare,
contrast
or judge,
when you
feel the separation
that ego loves,
might you return
to your true
center,
with Love.

When you go down
the road
of “shoulds”,
when you could
or maybe would,
might you return
to I Am,
always,
with Love.

It is fear that
separates you,
it is Love that
brings you back,
in realizing you
never leave it,
You Are always
with Love.

Spend some time
with your true
nature,
what a healing balm
You Are,
you have All
of This
inside you –
You Are Free,
with Love.

Relax.
Rejuvenate.
Be it for
moments,
hours,
days –
gift this to
You.

Yes, do this for
your body,
but does not
your soul
rejoice,
when you
are able to let
soulful thoughts
slip past the
mind and all
you “do”,
when you rest,
and relax,
is this not when
your soul
rejuvenates
you?

The Life Force
that flows within
you,
can bring you the
energy you
crave,
it is not only
the rest
that reignites you,
it is the connection
that you have
made,
to your soul,
to your purpose,
to what passions
drive you –
as a Team of
body and spirit,
is there not anything
you cannot do?

Rest,
relax,
rejuvenate,
the three “R”s
may help you –
sense the power
of your soul,
as you add Love
to all you do.

Everywhere, Now

exists in the
Now.

When you wish to
send Love
to a previous you,
at a time in the
past,
a younger you –
is Love not felt
in an instant,
as you surround
you with Love,
are the ripples
not felt
as All of You
is Love?

It is difficult
to fathom,
all That You Are
Now –
as in the linear world,
you experience time
somehow,
but like an infinite
spiral,
is Love not everywhere
You Are –
Love is in every moment,
be you near
or far.

All of You
exists in the
Now,
the healing Power
of Love
is Everywhere
You Are.

Listen to your body,
what is it trying
to say?
Does it need food,
rest, warmth,
or is it ready
to laugh
or play?

Honor your body
upon this journey,
it is the vessel
that brings life
to you,
and though You
are Everlasting,
in this moment,
your body is how
you experience
You.

So be patient
with this vessel,
be kind to it
as well,
surround yourself
with compassion,
listen to what your
body wishes
to tell.

You are a part of
a Team,
that is both here
and there,
and even when dwelling
in your body,
You still exist
Everywhere.

Listen to your body,
and to your soul –
they dwell beautifully
together,
for You Are always,
always,
Home.

Ask yourself:
is this fear
or
is this Love?

When you can,
choose Love.

When you cannot,
be aware
and then Love
that, too.

Let Love be
your guide,
let Love hold
and cradle you.

Let your heart
tune your ears,
so that you may
hear Love through
any noise.

Ask the question,
question fear
and know the answer –
always,
Love.

Love Heals

It may take time,
there may be layers,
it may be an
instantaneous switch,
you need not fully
understand it –
Love heals.

Your heart may
be ready to burst
wide open,
or it may open
just a crack,
it matters not the
space or time –
Love heals.

Love surrounds you
in every moment,
Love is within you
all the time,
with awareness
do you not feel it –
Love heals.

You may think you
do not deserve it,
it is for everyone
but you,
but do you not see
you cannot help
but Be it –
You Are Love
and Love heals.

Trust your heart,
it speaks to you,
listen closely to
the spark in You,
believe Love,
you recognize it –
trust Love,
Love heals.
