Focus on Love.

Keep your eyes
on the prize,
that is your
wellspring
inside,
always ready
to bubble up,
a continues flow
that never ends,
when you think
you have run dry,
can you not call
it up,
once again,
you can always
be bathed
in it –
when you focus
on Love.

Hope may spring
eternal
and is it not Love
that lets this
Be,
is it not your
Fountain of Love
that new life
into you
will breathe,
you may have many
distractions,
life brings to you
what you may need,
but when Love
gets your attention,
with new eyes
do you not see,
a greater reality,
the Truth of
Who You Are –
and does that not
all become clear
when you focus
on Love?

When what you see
becomes murky,
lacking color,
not as sharp,
when you feel
you are scattered
in every direction
than what is yours –
you can always sharpen
the focus,
by tuning into
your loving heart,
is life not a beautiful
kaleidoscope
when you focus
on Love?

See Love in
everything you
experience,
sense,
touch.
You see all
colors of the
rainbow,
when you focus
on Love.

Comfort

Find a room that
is safe and warm,
where Love is the
comfort worn,
like a soft blanket
you can wrap around,
in the quiet,
Love is the only sound,
where is this room
you may ask,
intrigued,
it resides in the heart
of You and Me.

Who Are You
and what do you know
of Love?
I Am You
and all that you
dream of –
you can meet Love
in any room you
wish to be,
by loving You,
may you Love All
that you see,
nurture this space
where you can truly
Be –
You, feeling loved,
Be-ing Free.

Find a room
where you invite others
in,
share this space
where Love is what’s
happening,
do not worry if it
overflows,
Love always knows exactly
where to go,
there is no limit
to what Love can
connect you to.

Any space with Love
is safe and warm,
connect,
build on
to any dwelling
you live in,
your heart,
your breath,
is what Love builds here,
but Love lives on
be it Here
or be it There –
in the quiet,
listen softly to
its Truth –
Love is All
There Is
and Love Is You.

Are you not made
of perpetual motion,
as you change,
as you evolve,
take in what experiences
give you,
let go of what
no longer serves,
there is no need to
hold on to what
brings fear in
or what beliefs
you think you are
manifesting,
You Are a creator
pure and simple,
as you let Love
be the catalyst
for All That Is.

Let love flush
all remnants
of fear out,
see yourself
bathed in the
Glow of Love,
be grateful for
what has brought
you here,
let doubt and worry
take a backseat
with fear,
know there is no
need
to have them
take up residence
here.

Your body, mind
and soul
are resilient,
given time to heal,
are there not changes
that you see,
let the Life Force
flow through you,
you need not know
all what to “do”,
can you accept
the Love that
wishes you to
Be Free?

Let Gratitude help
you resonate
with Love’s beauty,
as You Are Beautiful,
this is not hard
to do –
invite Love to wash
over you,
bathing you in its
Loving Glow,
accept and receive
that Love Is Here
and Love Is You.

To Laugh

Remember to laugh,
make time stand still,
is laughter not an
instant way
to surrender at will?
When laughter’s tickle
begins to get
your attention,
can you succumb,
give in to it,
let laughter build,
reminding you,
to take a break
and have some fun?

There is laughter
among good friends,
telling a story
or two –
then there is laughter
that surprises you,
making you laugh
at something you
might do,
when you can laugh
at yourself,
without judgement
or scorn,
is laughter not
so very freeing,
allowing Joy to
come forth?

Yes, laughter
can turn to tears,
tears can melt
into a laugh,
when you release
any emotion,
is there not healing
in that?
Do not fear
what you feel,
let it bubble up
and come out –
so you may Love
All of You,
be it inside
or out!

Remember to laugh,
you do not forget how,
you need not ask
for permission,
you can succumb
to it now,
does not visualizing
laughter,
give you a lift,
as do the corners of
your mouth,
thinking of times
you did this –
whether small
or slapping your knees,
you can laugh as loud
as you please,
let laughter come,
dissolve into some –
as you remember to laugh.

When you feel turmoil
churning inside,
is there not a lesson
waiting for you,
you can use it
to feel more separate
or you can dive deeper
to a greater truth,
the world is made up of
many divisions,
that beliefs have
separated you into,
can you find common ground,
even if it is only the sound,
that comes from
the beating heart
of all of you?

You may strive
to be right
or to “win”,
when there is a
push and pull
of what you believe in,
communication can be
so loud,
when it is shouted
from a crowd,
might one on one
be a place to
begin?

Can you listen to another’s
worries and fears,
that may be fueling
reactions and tears,
you may not agree
on a solution,
but is not listening
a beginning,
to honoring a
perspective that
each of you have
here on earth?

And when you are listening,
lend an ear to you –
as you listen to
what fear might
“make” you do,
what is there for
you to resolve,
what comes up
to help you evolve,
to find Love
where you think
there is no Love
at all?

Let Love guide
your heart,
listening with Love
is a start,
many stories are
to help you,
find the Love
deep inside of you,
begin with you,
shining Light
where it is dark.

As you light up
the Truth,
that You Are Love
and Love Is You,
Love You,
Love your neighbor,
You Are Them
and They Are You,
Let Love bring You
together,
All In Love.

Unite With Love

Unite with Love.

You look at differences,
do they not divide you,
do not dividing forces
set you up,
if you focus
on the division,
does it not get harder
to shout across?
Can you see each other
as fellow souls,
playing out a grand story
for you to find,
what unites
instead of divides you –
can you see
if you can
Unite with Love?

When the differences
are not the focus,
might you see
each other’s humanity –
all have fears
that set emotions spinning,
yes, earth school
is tough to sometimes
be.

When you add a
lightning rod
that draws in what is
boiling,
under the surface
to be healed,
do not get distracted
with these outer forces
that are simply reflecting
what many may feel –
is this not a perfect
opportunity,
to see what lies beneath
an exterior show,
can you look deeper
and change the focus,
to see how you
can Unite with Love?

When fear is the guiding
force,
when you find your back
up against the wall,
your human side goes
into surviving,
pushing, kicking,
to stay afloat,
can you look beneath
the surface
and not react
to the story told,
ask a different question,
not one that is scripted,
can you look with Love
beyond the story
that unfolds?

There are stories
that will divide you,
but can you share
in the Story of Love –
beyond belief
there is a loving place
you can go to –
meet another there
to Unite with Love.

Say hello.

A simple greeting,
a nod of the head,
a smile to acknowledge
you see someone there,
does not “hello”
open a door,
if even a crack,
to then say more,
might you build small bridges
throughout the day,
and not close off
what there might be
to say –
hello.

And you may greet
a long-lost friend,
someone out of touch
that you wish to connect with
again,
might “hello” open up
the door to then
light up connections
that have since gone
dim –
hello may seem to be
a very small
yet often-used word,
and in any language,
is it not spoken
around the world –
hello.

Say hello,
open up,
might dialog,
conversation,
acknowledgment
of another’s view,
all begin
beyond a greeting,
that says,
yes, I see you –
you need not stay
to carry on,
but “hello” acknowledges
you both belong,
in this space
you All are here,
together on earth,
forever through Love –
you may not feel it,
or even know it,
but look up,
open the door,
and from your heart,
say hello.

Love rises up.

When you review,
when you look back
on situations,
circumstance,
or experiences
that feel “less than”,
might you look
with loving eyes,
to see that
Love rises up?

Is Love not always
underneath,
even if you did not
choose it,
Love is always
possibility –
no matter the
time and space
you look at,
might you look back
in your mind
and with your loving heart
embrace it,
surrounding
All with Love,
Love rises up.

And with this loving
heart
and loving eyes
with no judgement,
is it not now
easy to find Love,
even when you thought
you could not see it,
Love is always here,
for you to heal
past or present –
You Are always One
with All That Is Love.
Love Is present,
Love Is now –
Love rises up.

Let Love rise up
at any time
with All you see.
Send Love now,
Be Love – how?
You Are Love –
rise up.

Peace and Love

On any day
with so much thinking,
might you focus
on the breath,
when you can be
in the present moment,
there is no need
to suppress
or forget –
the stories
and their details
are part of life
here on earth,
but might your soul
remind you Peace
is always present
before and after
your birth.

The Peace that surpasses
all understanding,
you love this phrase
and what does it mean –
you need not know
the “why”,
in any situation,
you may not make sense
of many things,
does Peace not help you
strip off layers,
to find the Truth
that is at your core,
with Love
do you not find Peace,
with Peace,
do you not sense Love
even more?

Peace and Love,
Love and Peace,
it matters not
the order you
put these in –
they are a tonic
for any discomfort,
or any imbalance
you feel within,
let Peace and Love
be a balm
that heals the
human side of You,
but remember,
always and forever,
Peace and Love
Are always You.

Be there
for another,
really there,
face to face
or ear to ear –
can you sit
and really hear
what another
has to say,
you need not fix
or tidy up
what is shared
on any day,
with compassion,
an open heart,
do you not All
wish to be heard.
Listen.
Reach out.
Connect.
Love.

There are some
who wish to leave,
while others may
long to go,
you may not be
a part of the plan,
it is not yours to
say what is so,
but at any given
moment,
there are times
that make life tough,
is this not so Love
may smooth a road
that has become rocky
and very rough?

No matter the road
you are on,
even if you prefer
to be alone –
are there not times
when you may be
on either side
of the coin?
For you,
for another,
you are connected
through it All.
Remember.
Listen.
Reach out
and connect
with Love.
