each has a unique
perspective
of you,
each one responds
to stimulus
that lights up
parts
of the Whole of You,
what might weave
them together,
to connect all
disparate dots,
is it not Love
that All have in
common,
is it not Love
that connects you
to Source?

Body,
mind
and spirit –
each one needs
to be fed,
to be nurtured –
when all have
a common goal,
is that not when
balance can occur,
pay attention
to All parts of you
and Love All parts
equally,
is Love not the
cement
that holds you
together
so you can Be,
an Expression of Love
with One Voice,
is that not where
you find Peace,
when you experience
the integration,
the perfect
Balance of Love?

Body,
mind
and spirit.
All for One
and One for All.
All Love.
One Love.
Woven together
in the Balance
of Love.

And with the magical
power,
of unconditional Love,
might you Love
all of you –
for do not all moments
manifest in this
moment now,
yes, your story
has a past,
a present
and future not yet
here,
but your Essence of
Love,
of Oneness,
is rolled up in this
moment now –
can you accept
this moment
of You,
Loving You,
in this moment
now?

There may be past
hurts and trials,
that have shaped
the path you are on,
you may have worries
of the future,
not yet known
in your present mind –
but throughout this
timeline that you
experience,
while here on earth
in the everyday,
does not your soul rejoice
in this moment now?

Is that not why
when you are present,
do you not feel
the most alive –
is there not energy,
a current
of Love that is there
for you to feel,
when You Are One
with your Being,
in this Loving Moment
now,
does not acceptance
become effortless,
while in this present
moment now?

You Are Here,
You Are Love,
in this moment
and the next.
Take baby steps,
jump off and soar,
you need not know
your next step.
Relish every moment
as you accept
All parts of You –
because Here
in this moment,
You Are always,
always Love.

What do you no longer
have use for,
what do you lovingly
set free,
do you not feel
so much lighter,
soaring in the energy
of Be –
even as your load
gets lighter,
are you not still
connected to
the ground,
do you not achieve
a perfect balance,
when the human and soul
does Love surround?

For even as you are
releasing,
can you also lovingly
embrace,
the Essence of
your Being,
or whatever
has brought
you to this place,
is there not releasing
in acceptance,
is there not freedom
when Love is there,
with no judgements,
with no comparisons,
Love is not going
anywhere.

Let Love guide
your intentions,
Love is always
by your side,
when you feel heavy,
when it is dim,
Love can always
bring more Light,
when you are lifted
from your burdens,
has not Love always
been there for You –
grounding your every
step on earth,
or in the sky,
beckoning you to fly?

Release what does
not serve you,
embrace the Love
That You Are.
With no regret,
Love All of You –
You Are All That Is
and That Is Love.

Does not awareness
of Love
bring in another side,
the You that is Whole
where Love resides,
is this not Love
that holds the hand
of the human side,
you wish to integrate
all parts,
knowing Who You Are –
does not awareness
help you know,
you are separate
no more?

Does not awareness
help you to see
and be in the flow –
letting Love,
letting Light,
come in where you thought
it had not shined before,
does awareness not
surprise you,
that Love is already here –
in every corner
of your being,
you just may have
not been aware –
that Love truly Is
Everywhere?

Are you not already
integrated,
are you not already
Whole,
is it not only your
awareness
that now sees
the Truth of Who You Are –
there is no piecing together,
there are only new eyes
that see –
the awareness of You
as the Love
you wish to Be.

Be Aware.
Open your eyes
to You.
When you are feeling
separate,
look with the
Eyes of Love.
Let awareness keep
the Light on,
let awareness
hold your hand.
Let awareness show
you the Truth –
the magnificent
I Am!

It may cause worry,
trepidation,
when you begin to
remove,
the bandages that
you have built up
over time
to cover wounds
that hide you from
this or that,
but is there not healing
when it is Love
that only wishes
to be set free,
once the bandages
are removed,
are you not Whole,
are you not the Love
you wish to Be?

Can you see the
external layers
thought they had
to protect you –
conditions,
comparisons,
judgements
had you hiding,
wondering what to do,
but hiding is not
needed,
when you see that
you just might,
be part of something
greater –
All That Is,
a shining Light?

You know in your heart
that what we say is true –
You Are Love, Now,
you feel this Love
deep inside of you –
can your human side
embrace this,
letting go of perceptions
past,
can you fill each new space
with Love
that always Is
and will forever last?

You may need reminders,
new experiences,
time to sit in silence to
stay in touch with your
Light of Be-ing,
as you go about your
day to day,
when you get rattled,
when you get triggered,
by beliefs you think
you are made of –
draw in a breath
and remember –
“I Am always, always
Love!”

Let go.
Release –
what you no longer
need to hold.
Let your Light
of Love shine –
You Are complete
and You Are Whole.
