Breathe in your purpose,
open your heart
to what is True,
each precious moment
of You as Love
honors forever this
authentic You.
Every moment is
filled with Love,
one no better than
the rest,
let go of any strings
attached,
with no agenda,
there is no test.
Is This not purpose
enough for life,
to Be Love’s vessel
through and through,
breathe in the tenderness
of Love,
beloved dear one,
begin with you!

You know the sense
of what is sacred,
it may be seen or
something you do,
your heart opens,
there is wonder,
does it not touch
something deep
in you.
This is You
as your True
Essence,
your human self
finds it hard to
believe,
why would not
sacredness flow
through you,
You Are the tapestry
that Love weaves.
Where Love is –
is All not sacred,
as is every breath
you take,
Love blesses you
so cherished,
dear one,
your sacredness
is what Love
made!

With a clean slate
are there not
infinite possibilities
for you,
this may at first
feel overwhelming,
thinking there is
so much to do.
But as you move
away from doing,
blending with the
Essence of your Truth,
might what you
create reflect
Love’s beauty
that is infinitely
inside of You.
It matters not
the final product,
but how might Joy
show up for you,
does it not bubble up
when you have cleared
your slate –
open to something new.
There is wonder
in possibility,
trust and be
comfortable with
I don’t know,
no-thing is blank
as Love is present,
Be Love’s expression
embracing your flow!

Be a safe haven
for another,
see with eyes that
let them know,
listen deeply with
your heart,
follow this connection
soul to soul.
In the human world
belonging is a need
that seems never
met,
dear ones,
you All belong
to Love,
always connected,
you have never left.
When you connect
with another,
allow Love’s well-spring
to flow through,
do you not All
now remember,
the safety you seek
is Home with You!

your True Eyes,
detach from what
others may do,
the human experience
is full of tangled knots,
you have within
a way to release,
smooth.
You need not untangle
every knot,
but as you gaze upon
stories told,
question your own
story that tries to keep
you full of doubt,
masking what you
Know.
Open to see others
in This Light,
separated beings
trying to survive,
with Eyes of Love
may you see through this,
may you glimpse Oneness,
and as Love, unite.
Begin with you,
You Are not
alone,
may your heart fill
with what is always
Here,
your soul as Love
forever reassures,
Love sees you
wholly,
completely, dear!

are forever linked

This Truth,
your energy flows
effortlessly –
you need not try
or work or do.

for you,
you are cradled
by This Love,
forever, always

Love is Here

you are part of
This now moment,
be it work or
be it play.
Look with wonder
on any task,
each thing you do
creates anew,
you add your own
touch of Love,
sharing the Love
that flows through
you.
Be You Now –

is Light that
All see,
you are part of
This Creation,
cherished,
beloved,
Blessed Be!

Sense the magic
that Love brings,
when loved ones
feel so close
at hand,
their physical presence
is always missed,
but signs remind
Here they are,
again.
Free as the wind,
close as your breath,
unburdened by what may
have been difficult,
do they not now
do all they can
to help, support,
showering Light about.
Eternal bonds are
never broken,
know as constant
as the sun, the air –
your hearts are infinitely
connected,
together, always,
Everywhere!

Return to the basics,
life can complicate
so much,
shine your Light,
believe in Love,
and as This Love,
may you trust.
Be an observer
to see clearly,
extend your heart
freely and far,
Be compassion
to lift another,
Be a Light of
a thousand stars.
Be simple kindness,
begin with you,
and as this ripples
within, without,
Love knows always
what to do,
remember Love is
what it’s All about!

You are compassionate,

release other stories
in your mind,
as human it may
be hard to do –

Heart of You.
Reactions rise,
defenses roar,
some things make sense,
others you ignore,
the external is hard
to count on, yes –
but believe in the
Heart of You.
The You that watches
life play out
is The Awareness
we are talking about,
from This Perspective

Heart of You.
Surrounded by Love
you need not fight back,
your existence needs not
a counter-attack,
All That You Are,
All that you need –
is your True Knowing
