Follow your heart,
keep it open,
this is your map
to ride Love’s flow,
you may not know
your destination,
but trust the intelligence
of your soul.
As you experience
what life brings,
you may sometimes
wish to close off,
make a choice to
keep your heart open,
allowing Love to smooth
what feels rough.
Breathe in This Moment,
Here is all you need,
let the fullness of Love
touch you tenderly,
Beloved One,
with your beautiful heart,
take Love’s hand
and forever fly free!
6/25/23
You may have lost
trust in your travels,
but no matter where
you roam,
trust your heart,
your forever center,
always, dear one,
You Are Home.
Angels, guides
and loved ones
gather
with you every
breath you take,
listen to Love’s
gentle whisper,
Here is guidance
along your way.
Trust and believe
what is within you,
it bubbles up from
within your soul,
this infinite well-spring
is your power,
with Strength and Courage,
may This you know.
You have All you need
within You,
trust your soul
and believe this,
with the comfort
of dear loved ones,
welcome Home to
All of This!
6/20/23
Allow your heart
to open, lead,
how does Love
show up today,
discern and sense
when you feel closed,
say yes to your heart
leading the way.
Is this not how
energy flows,
sparking Love’s Light
within you Here,
what was closed is
free and open,
connecting you to
Everywhere.
Your soul is speaking
through your heart,
you hear its song,
what does it say,
with an openness
to All That Is,
say yes to Love
today, always!

Receive Love’s tenderness,
Love assures they
have not gone,
your loved one is
always with you,
in times of struggle,
other times in fun.
May you experience
together,
in linear time
and eternally,
may you sense
your loved one
with you,
you walking on earth,
them flying free.
Discern,
awaken to their
presence,
yes they are always
in your heart,
you may sense beyond
your vision,
their shining Light
of a thousand stars.
The human heart
may feel in tatters,
but You Are Strength
at your core,
your tender heart
hears this call,
and rises up,
ready to soar.
Believe the knowing
in your heart,
beyond wishful thinking
is This Truth –
your loved ones are
always by your side,
eternally Here,
forever with you!

May Love be the
song you hear
from your heart.
Does it not join
with melodious
bird song,
that invites you
to this day,
may you join
with the melody
of your heart.
Do trees not gently
sway with branches
that are One with
a cleansing breeze,
may you dance
with the rhythm
of your heart.
Does not the sky with
sun and clouds
create a kaleidoscope
of art,
may you create
with the rainbow colors
of your heart.
May you add to this
fine day,
Love’s vibration that
creates from You,
may Love play
your unique song,
from your loving,
amazing heart!

Hello, Love.
Love is with you,
always, completely,
you need never
be without,
much like the sun
that is always shining,
be it clear blue sky
or covered with clouds.
You need not draw
Love to you closely,
Love is Here
from inside out,
open and receive
what you are,
dear one,
You Are the Reality
you dream about.
Awaken and say hello
to Love that has never
left your side,
You Are a tapestry
eternally weaving,
with golden thread
that unifies.
Hello, Love,
Love whispers softly,
recognizing You
as Eternal Light,
invite Love to help
you know,
you belong to
All You Are,
inside!
5/26/23
Where is Peace?
Wherever you choose
Love.
Love is the flow
that loosens friction,
Love is the ease
beyond constriction,
in the linear world
you live in,
choose Love,
find Peace.
When you question
your beliefs,
how might life flow
with Grace and ease,
let go of struggle,
ego’s need to fight,
say yes to Love,
and hello Peace.
Any moment is a
miracle,
when Love is present
with your heart full,
in time and space
there is a constant return –
to Love, to Home
and always Peace.
Remember this is an
inside job,
begin with you,
let Love ripple out,
Love knows always
what to do,
Love chooses You
to remember Peace!
5/24/23
In your search,
find kindness
Here.
Begin with you,
let judgment rest,
in human terms,
you are doing your
best,
you may be looking
high and low –
return to You,
find kindness Here.
Release the weight
of your critical eye,
soften the lens,
let go of asking why,
the self you walk with
everyday,
responds to kindness
and compassion
Here.
Without a word
This ripples out,
others may benefit,
not know what it’s
about,
Be a beacon
as you shine
your Light,
your search is over,
finding kindness
Here!
5/22/23
Answer with Love.
When ego raises its
voice,
so loud you cannot
Hear,
listen with your
beautiful heart –
and answer
with Love.
When you hear
another calling,
fearing that there
is no more,
respond as Love’s
well-spring flowing –
forever, eternal,
answer with Love.
As a collective
in this world,
You Are as One –
All of This
is You,
Be the clarity
you wish to find,
your heart hears
the answer
with Love.
Make a choice,
may This be
simple,
when you hear
a cry for Love,
your soul knows
the perfect answer,
give and receive
This Gift,
answering with Love.
5/19/23
The mind fills up
with information,
there is nothing wrong
with that,
but take some time for
your own experience,
try something new
or take a step back.
Life is an experience
of ebb and flow,
like an ocean tide
you may arrive,
retreat,
ride the waves of
new information,
then assimilate what
speaks to you as Peace.
Return to your heart,
your soul,
when your mind needs
a bit of rest,
rest assured Love’s Light
finds a way
to speak to you through
your consciousness.
Here is All you need
to know,
always as close as
your breath,
Be This experience
of Love,
remembering You Are
forever blessed!
