Do not fear your
innate power,
it is always with You –
current life and past,
You Are Here with
the Strength of Soul,
ready to bring Light
to any task.

You may ask what
next to do,
it is your Be-ing
that is needed now,
let what you do
continue to unfold,
being open to guidance
as to the how.

Center your self,
align with Truth,
This is a journey you
choose to walk,
link arms with your
brothers and sisters,
as Love awakens All
to see their spark.

Be not small,
dear children of
Light,
for every one that rises
do not All see,
You All Are One as
the Power of Love,
with Strength and Courage,
stand tall and Be!

Be-ing Possibility

You need not wait
for possibility,
it is not constrained
by time or place,
possibility exists in
the Eternal,
as do you dear one,
beyond all space.

As All is possible –
so Are You,
This Moment of
presence holds
All of Truth,
do not place yourself
in a box,
All possibility is
within You.

As human you wish
for future seen,
but allow life to unfold
as it may,
your heart,
your Light,
will guide you dear one,
Be-ing possibility rising,
This now,
This way!

Love’s Call

Do the best that
you can do
in any endeavor
in this life,
set aside criticism
and judgment,
see any experience as
neither wrong or right.

Be of service,
Be kind of heart,
listen wholly with
your whole Self,
Be Love’s flow
so another can feel
their inherent goodness
that is heaven-sent.

Be Love’s message,
let It speak through
you,
this is the bond
that connects you
All,
what you give freely
may you then receive –
listen with your heart,
answering Love’s Call!

Resonance

Find your field
of resonance,
how does your knowing
speak to you,
some may sense
electrical sensations,
another may feel energy
passing through.

There may be no
apparent bodily
sensations,
resonance does not come
from parts unknown,
your soul is integrated
in your body,
but You Are forever
and always Home.

Might resonance
be a recognition,
with no need to
analyze,
as a resonant, spiritual
Be-ing,
follow the breadcrumbs,
letting go of “why.”

As human you crave
more understanding,
but flex your spiritual
muscles dear,
be it resonance,
awareness or
true knowing –
tune into This,
your Self,
right Here!

Your Presence

As life is linear
you dance with
time,
but you need not always
let time lead,
be aware,
make your plans,
but release time pressure
and pause to Be.

Relish the moments
when time stands still,
is it not Your Presence
that makes This so,
a walk in nature,
a creative expression,
conversation with spirit
taps into this flow.

When you sense the
pressure of time,
do what you need
but release the rest,
there are many forces
that press upon you,
as you push harder
to do your best.

You have control
of what you can
release,
a relief valve is
your sacred breath,
return to your expanded,
eternal Self,
now flowing free in
Love’s infinite dance!

Set your intention to
shine your Light,
believe that Love knows
where to go,
are you not mending
Humanity’s Web,
helping to reinforce
any rip or hole.

There may be sides
in the human story,
life in the world is
either this or that,
but heart-based Lights
are always connected,
beyond beliefs that
do not always last.

Ego scans for fear
and loves to fight,
yes you as human
will stand for belief,
but You as soul know
a bigger picture,
surrounding All with
Love eternally.

Set your intention on
compassion, kindness –
energies that make
Humanity’s Web strong,
may All feel this support
and Love,
so All may know
every One belongs!

Life’s Wild Ride

Ground and take care of
you, your self,
check in to see what
you may need,
many tools are at
your disposal,
intersperse doing with
moments to Be.

Life can be a roller-coaster
ride,
tossing fear and angst
around,
this may make you feel
you have no power,
but dear one –
You and fellow Lights
abound.

Turn up your Light –
shine it in and out,
sense All connections
that make up This You,
You Are your ancestors
that know life can be
a lot for you to get
through.

Tune into eternal connections
with spirit,
loved ones, guides and
angels are by your side,
life may have you tightening
your seat belt,
but Love is Here
with you on
every ride!

Deeper Waters

You may ask where
is your Peace
in a world turned
upside down,
Peace is not attached
to anything that can
twist or turn around.

You may wish for
calmer waters,
life is not meant
to make sense,
but This Peace that
passes understanding
can certainly help you
navigate this.

Life’s tumult cannot
take away This Peace
that flows innately
through,
call upon This super-power
that will support
and assist you.

Yes you wish for
smoother sailing,
this is not too much
to ask,
but This You of deeper waters
knows how to steady
any mast.

Deepen your breath today
and marvel at what
your soul knows
is True,
always at your Center
of Be-ing,
is always Peace
forever with You!

The Good of All

your heart whole,
in any action that
you take,
life can beckon you
to take a stand,
use your Voice for Love
to transmute hate.

From a higher perspective
see the bigger picture,
include all brothers and
sisters Here,
when standing up for
Love and compassion,
might you wish for This
to flow Everywhere.

the human story,
you may take action
when you feel called,
remember to bring
your Heart of Love
to any endeavor and
for the Good of All!

away your power,
This Power of Love
that is your Strength,
Here is where Peace
resides,
even when life throws
you the kitchen sink.

The story of life may
upset the ego,
but soul can soothe
the ego’s fears,
as a team you can
work together to
navigate finding
the best gear.

You need not battle
your determined ego,
use this as fuel to
do your best,
make the best choices
that come before you,
what is beyond control –
soul will do the rest.

You need the Whole
of You in life,
to help determine
what to do or say,
fueled with compassion
and loving-kindness,
you are meant to Be
here now, today!
