Your body is a
vessel precious,
listen to what it
has to say,
emotions, feelings
get expressed –
what might you do
to honor these
today.
Past paradigms may
still be running,
working so hard
to keep you safe,
allow your breath
to reassure,
comforting your little
child always.
With Gratitude thank
your human body
that accompanies you
throughout this life,
You as soul need
body to experience
All of Itself as
Love and Light!

In the world there
are differing views
on how peace should
show up on earth,
power struggles cause
sparks to fly
as the world is focused
on power and worth.
You may take sides
when there is
us or them,
as competition is
a human view,
here is no judgment
on what you judge,
but might you also see
as the Soul of You.
With the Eyes of Spirit
Here is true Peace,
This may be elusive
in the world you see,
if all people knew
This Truth,
would not Peace then
arise organically?
Yes the world is not
a Place of Peace,
but this need not
dampen what flows
in You,
you as human are
engaged in life
and You as Soul
have Peace flowing
through.
Your awareness of
your perspectives
will help you find
your Place of Peace,
in life share your heart
of compassion,
as Soul remember
You Are this Peace!

You may think spirit
is somewhere else,
you ask are loved ones
and guides near,
You Are the very same
consciousness,
all who you Love
are always Here.
As human you wish to
feel their presence,
but you need not ask
for them to come,
they never have left
your side my dear,
the Love you share
is never done.
You Are part of
Love’s Field that
is so vast,
your human mind
may not see all
of This,
but as you tune into
your own field,
does not All possibility
always exist?
You Are your guides
and the angels too,
forever connected to
All You Love,
You Are This before
birth and after death,
You Are what you have
been dreaming of!

into chaos,
the world is known
for this and more,
what to do when
no-thing makes
much sense,
tune in and
find the Love.
Love is where Truth
sits in wonder,
you need not figure
out the world,
Be Love’s moment
beyond time that
ticks by –
Be Here and
find the Love.
What arises amidst
the crumbling of
what you thought
was true,
Be the One ready
to create a path
that invites –
come find the Love.
A million Lights
are ready to shine
along with another
million more,
it matters not the numbers
you think you need,
All Lights –
come Shine This Love.
In between the
earthly spaces
is where infinity
flows free,
stand up,
stand tall,
Be seen as Truth,
Illuminator –
You Are This Love!

Let Love heal your
wounded heart,
relationships can begin
at birth,
your younger self may
have some scars
that can affect how
you live and learn.
Energy has a way
of cycling through,
might you allow it
to let you know –
now is a perfect time
to release what has been
keeping you from
your flow.
Check into beliefs
that no longer fit,
ego loves routine
and habits made,
but as You Are a
creative Force,
know your soul says –
come let us create.
Be You proactive
instead of reactive,
you need not wait
for a perfect time,
link arms with all of
your past selves,
your brave whole heart
is now ready to shine!

help you find the
tender spots within
your self.
Trust and know
that Love knows
where to go –
in This allowance
is All help.
What cries for Love
in you is the
same battle cry
humanity shares.
May your prayer
be one of hope –
for All to feel
Love with tender
care.
As an individual
yes do go deep
to heal yourself
within.
But you are part of
a Collective healing
that invites you
to Love with
no end.
The Love you share
with another flows
from and returns to
you.
As you learn to
cherish your self,
why not share This
with the One of You!

eyes wide open,
puzzle pieces do not
always fit,
you need not wait for
all to fall in place,
your inner wholeness
is within –
is This.
You will have reactions
throughout life,
you also will do
your very best,
you are a marvel
at navigating how
to make sense of
what is often
senseless.
Pace yourself with
your energy,
yes do what you can
but know This as
Truth –
return to center as
often as needed,
your purpose is to Be
This wholly You.
Gather your energy –
become your Wholeness,
do not expect the world
to always fit,
behold This Power that
flows within, without,
You Are complete and
Whole as This!

Remove the walls that
keep you separate,
flow into Oneness
that always Is,
Here is Home where
Peace exists always,
You Are wholly
All of This.
Build this muscle
as you are human,
stillness helps you
to sense This Truth,
this need not take
all of your time –
time disappears when
you shift to You.
With intention shift
your attention,
to remember and sense
your soul,
ask no questions,
you need no answers,
simply sit with
what You know.
Beyond your human
understanding,
you open the door
wider to This You,
You Are All that
is Aware,
take down the walls
so Love may flow
through.
This tiny part of
your day will
affect each moment
in your human life,
may the spark that
you ignite help you
to share your
eternal Light!

return to Love.
When the best-laid plans
begin to crumble
and you have used
all of your tools,
Here is one tool,
everlasting –
answer the call,
return to Love.
When trusted routines
are not helping,
seeing with new eyes
is a first step,
what is asking for
some attention –
answer the call,
return to Love.
Navigating change will
always be a part
of life that can
rock the boat,
keep your eyes on
the steady horizon –
answer the call,
return to Love.
You need not give up
what you believe in,
but use your Strength
and not your fear,
may Love be the rudder
keeping you steady,
as you answer the call –
This You as Love.

but know there is
a bigger picture dear,
you may not see all
of the moving parts,
but keep Love flowing
to assist the gears.
In life you think
in cause and effect,
but there is often
more than meets
the eye,
keep the Faith in
your connection
to All,
believe in your journey

Show up each day
and each moment
within,
return to flow when
your brain fatigues,
Spirit is with you
at every turn,
listen to This Voice
