Love is with you 
where you are.

Traditions past 
may remind you,
that change is 
always in the air,
you may worry 
memories may fade,
but loved ones remain 
with you,
Everywhere.

Together always 
are you not exploring,
your soul is not 
tethered to the earth,
the mind may find 
it hard to grasp,
but adventures beyond
continue to unfurl.

And when prayers
from your loving heart 
are sent as packages 
of Love,
are they not received 
as the gifts they are,
delighting All
you know are close,
above.

No matter where 
you are this day,
yes, you may wish 
upon a star,
loved ones are Here 
with you forever,
Love is always 
with You,
where you are!

This Heart of You

Be Love’s purpose,
Be You now,
there is no-thing
that you must do,
but may your Be-ingness
be your guide,
to share and extend 
This Heart of You.

Continue to do as 
you are human,
but as an expansive,
powerful soul,
tap into All of You 
to experience 
Love’s expression,
depth and flow.

Yes use your thinking 
brain to figure out
the details of this 
or that,
but zoom out to 
your expanded self,
check with intuition
on how to walk 
your path. 

As a whole integrated
Be-ing,
use All You Are
to experience life,
bring This You to
the world a-waiting
to see Love as your
shining Light!

The Generosity of Love

Be generous.

This may be a 
monetary concept,
but generosity is more 
than you think,
intuition leads you
to opportunities 
to share Love that 
makes your heart
sing.

Be generous with 
your time,
a listening ear may
be what someone 
needs,
you need not solve 
every problem arising,
but hold space to 
help another breathe.

In a season of so 
much giving,
dive deep to see 
what you are 
in need of,
be generous to yourself
dear one,
open your heart and 
receive All This Love.

In this sharing 
and receiving,
do not All delight
in ripples spread,
This is the Magic 
of any season,
connecting dots 
and hearts – 
so spirit-led!

This Eternal Moment

Focus on what 
is right before
you,
something warm to 
sip,
a perfect sky,
when talking to 
a friend or family,
Be present,
see their 
true Light.

The things around you 
need not be perfect,
your perfection is 
You as Soul,
sprinkle the magic 
of Love in every 
crevice to see
all things as 
Whole.

Move forward as 
flow allows,
pause when nudged 
to stay in place,
do not base your 
growth on what 
you see,
you evolve beyond 
time and space.

Love is not a stagnant 
entity,
Love is in Everything 
you see,
look lovingly with 
the Eyes of Love,
This Moment is 
eternity!

Help is Here

at a time,
when you may feel
some overwhelm,
with linear time
you jump ahead,
but return to present – 
Here is your help.

You need not solve 
everything yourself,
this is a burden you 
need not bear,
give yourself space 
to let your intuition
and guidance flow 
everywhere.

Asking for help 
allows an opening
for you to be 
in Love’s flow,
Here is where solutions
are found,
dropping in so 
you will trust 
and know!

before you,
You Are timeless,
have no doubt,
yes the body tries 
to convince you
that time is important 
as it might run out.

Celebrate the 
Eternal You,
relish all experience 
that you have in life,
but know beyond time 
is your True Self,

Breathe life in as 
this body here,
know You expand 
beyond what you 
see,
with Faith and Trust 
in this timeless You –
experience Love

with your soul,
take a break – 
know All are Here,
you need not rush 
or hurry dear one,
for beyond time is
your Presence clear.

No matter how many 
transitions that you
go through,
change in life is 
disruptive and yet –
are there not new 
beginnings happening,
be patient,
be willing 
to rest.

Inner reflections
are fine but 
do not dwell
on judgments 
that you have,
take this time 
and space to 
bring Light to 
any parts that need
loving salve.

So catch your breath,
rejuvenate,
your soul and 
purpose are

in Wholeness

shine your Light,

observe your growth –
what a marvel 
you are,

here in linear fashion,
but transformation is 
not near or far.

You Are Love’s 
remembrance
in all situations,

it may not make sense

but when your heart fills –

Be open to these

return to breath,
I Am,
your soul.

Take good care,
sense Love surrounding,
you give out – 
now also receive,
