The Flow of Growth

Life keeps changing 
and so do you,
you grow, evolve – 
you and your soul,
the landscape around 
may look different
now,
but You as Love 
are everlasting flow.

Relationships can 
reflect this growth,
new ones are formed,
old ones may change,
evolution can be exciting
with shared growth,
sometimes there is fear –
wishing to stay the same.

Be in This Flow
upon This Journey here,
Be curious and open
to the “I don’t know,”
let intuition guide you 
through it all,
Be Love’s experience – 
you and your soul!

Heart to Heart

The Love you share 
is Everlasting
with loved ones who
physically are not here,
beyond precious memories
you hear their voices,
they leave surprises 
to show they are 
near.

This infinite Love 
connects through 
the heart,
eternal bonds are formed
with This Love,
believe and know 
you are loved, supported
and know you send 
your Light above.

This loving exchange 
is a two-way street,
your Love, your Light
fuels this connected
web,
know you and loved ones 
keep Love flowing,
for the good of All,
you feel your heart
say yes.

Heart to heart with
hand in hand,
This Love transforms 
what may feel 
dark,
with intention connect
with loved ones now,
your Love together 
grows Love’s 
eternal spark!

A Greater Purpose

It may be hard 
to see a bigger 
picture,
details at hand 
often distract,
you as human tend
to look so closely,
you as soul 
know when to 
step back.

Might there be 
a greater purpose
forming,
though the road 
may look bumpy 
and rough,
You Are Here 
at these crossroads
dear one,
call on your Courage 
if the going gets
tough.

You are steel and 
cotton combined,
this is the way of 
your inner chi,
you have a heart
that listens with 
compassion,
you have Strength 
when power is 
what you need.

Be true to Self 
even when you 
are unsure
of what next steps 
you need to take,
Be a spiritual warrior
for Love,
Be-ing the best human 
in choices that 
you make!

A Living Meditation

Is not your life 
a meditation,
you and soul 
together here,
there is no line
where one begins 
and there is no end
my dear.

You Are All 
of This 
as One,
be open to 
the parting 
of the veil,
your separateness 
is one perspective,
but You as Spirit 
know All is Well.

Be open, porous
in time and space,
Be Here for the 
miracles that 
delight you,
seeing life as 
a meditation
helps you tune 
into the Whole 
of You!

in your breath,
Be This now,
Be You soul,
may human-ness 
take a break,
Be still,
Be Peace.

Is this not 
your soul calling,
yes do what 
there is to do,
but return to 
your Be-ing,
Be You,
Be Peace.

mandane,
Be Strength
beyond the storm,
You as stillness 
are a Force,
Be True,
Be Peace.

Stand up for 
your Truth,
know that Love 
believes in you,

Rising Strength

Call on your
Strength and Courage 
to rise up to 
greet you,
these are innate 
and accessible,
no matter what you 
go through.

Stand tall in your 
Truth,
look within to 
find growth,
look around and 
stand up for what 
your passion knows.

With so many beliefs 
in the world so vast,
there will be disagreement – 
duality is this or that.

Sometimes there is a 
line 
that you will not 
cross,
find ways to engage
without insults 
to toss.

The healing of hearts
sometimes takes a 
rocky road,
join Love to help raise
what appears to 
implode.

Here is where 
Strength and Courage
rise up to Be You,
your Voice and 
your Heart will help
see you through.

Love is You
dear One,
Be your passion,
your Truth,
Love is Here 
by your side,
no matter what 
you walk through!

Human and Soul

There are many layers 
of emotion,
some save you from 
a danger near,
some may be based 
in belief systems,
leading to worry,
trepidation, fear.

These feelings may help
you to see 
what is asking for 
a healing release,
sometimes there may 
be a danger present
that you need to 
understand and see.

A train has many 
cars connected,
each one unique 
with a different load,
but if one car starts 
to lose alignment,
the entire train may 
be thrown off and
fold.

Sometimes a problem
needs to be repaired,
you need not ignore 
the symptoms here,
pull out all of 
your best tools
to work with focus
and vision clear.

Yes human emotion 
is a window
that you may wish 
to keep closed,
but to Be in your
best alignment,
tend to All experience 
as human and soul!

Your Best

There are many layers 
in this so called life,
experiences that come 
in and out,
some make you marvel 
at Mother Earth,
some make you question 
what it is all about.

You look for answers that
may come one day,
some questions help you
upon your path,
when trust is fleeting 
do the best you can,
life’s duality always 
contains this or that.

Be you, experience,
at any moment now,
your soul is up for 
any task,
you need not wear 
rose-colored glasses
dear,
your Strength,
your Courage 
is up for any 
ask.

The road you walk 
may be a bit unknown,
does this not help you 
see what may be next,
breathe in Love’s Peace 
to settle jangled nerves,
Be wholly authentic as 
you do your best!

Your Voice

Let Spirit be 
your Voice.

When you speak 
from your heart,
when you set ego 
to the side,
your soul rises 
to the occasion –
you let Spirit 
be your Voice.

You are always 
integrated,
your soul is Here 
always by your 
side,
working in tandem 
is your soul’s purpose – 
why not let Spirit 
be your Voice.

You may be hesitant 
to speak your Truth,
you may not know 
always what to say,
why not expand to 
your True Nature – 
and let Spirit 
be your Voice.

It may feel different –
this flowing experience,
but This Is You
always at your core,
rejoice experiencing 
You expanded – 
You Are Spirit –
This Is your Voice!

Love’s Connection

In life you look 
for the connections,
ego wishes for 
relationship,
is this not how life 
is experienced:
you are that – 
but I am this.

Yes life brings you 
many experiences,
allowing soul to 
participate,
but do not forget
You Are part of 
Love’s vast Web –
there is no need 
to wait.

These relationships 
are infinite –
loved ones and guides
are with you now,
do not the angels 
love to help
as you work on 
figuring the details
out.

One Mind is hard 
to understand
for the ego
in this life,
imagination is how
to access This – 
You Are connected 
by your beautiful 
Light. 

Be in relationship 
with Love,
ego’s hint of separateness 
allows you this,
but your soul knows 
there is no disconnect,
Love’s Connection 
is All That Is!
