All may hear.

This authentic You 
cannot get this wrong,
as you connect with others
that long to Be Free – 
You Are All Love’s Voice
singing in harmony!

Ego loves to review 
the past 
to determine what 
may happen next,
as a Creator in 
This Moment,
what to do Now –

Reel these thoughts in
and release gently,
what are old scripts 
that no longer serve,
may This Day unfold 
with magic,
You flow with Love

This Path of Peace

Freedom flows through 
heart and soul,
though the body 
may resist this,
the mind, beliefs
may be restrictive,
wanting everything 
to perfectly fit.

Is not perfection 
your Peace of Mind,
This Oneness that 
flows throughout you,
when out of sorts
with balance off,
You as soul and heart
know what to do.

Be in This Flow
that sets you free,
giving expectation 
a needed rest,
skip lightly upon 
This Path of Peace,
invite the wonder 
of what happens 
next!

Relax,
rest,
know that Love
is in the still,
when you stop
to catch your breath,
is this not when
you sense
your loving will?

Yes, you love
the forward momentum
when you see what
Love creates,
now also relax
into Love’s rhythm,
and let your vessel
rejuvenate.

Like water flowing
in a river,
there are sections
that build up speed,
then a pool begins
to form,
allowing the water
to gather and be.

As you are fluid
like the water,
might you be aware
of what you need,
and know Love always
flows within you,
it is not about the
time or speed.

So relax,
rest,
when your body
tells you to –
enjoy a time of
integration,
as your soul
aligns perfectly
with you.

Love says softly,
settle in, 
relax and rest,
Love is nurturing 
and peaceful,
Love surrounds you 
with its holy nest.

You need not wait 
for Love to come 
calling,
these Loving Arms
are yours as well,
nurture your inner voices
that cry for Love
and wish for Love 
to help.

May your breath 
create this sacred 
space,
shift with intention
to your Higher Self,
may This Peace 
that passes understanding
help you Know
that All is Well!

Knowing Peace

As human you are 
used to feeling 
worry, doubt 
and fear,
these become companions,
shaping paths,
they work to constantly 
be near.

As You Are Spirit,
trust, belief 
and openness
are Here with
you,
this energy feels 
so different,
so much lighter 
and full of Truth.

You need not dispel 
egoic emotion,
but might you balance
with Grace and ease,
You as Spirit are 
centered, trusting
that always available 
is knowing Peace!

This Ocean of Love

When you feel out 
of the flow,
needing to do things
on your own,
remember Who You Are –
a drop in the vast
Ocean of Love.

But do not drops
morph into waves,
with Strength and Courage
leading the way,
moving forward in 
rhythmic harmony –
waves rippling out in
the Ocean of Love.

And where do drops
or waves begin,
is This not a cycle 
that never ends,
sense Love’s Power 
flowing in You – 
are you not All 
This Ocean of Love.

As precious drops
create new waves,
Be a greater aspect 
of You today,
always together,
are you not 
One Love –
a drop,
all waves in the
Ocean of Love!

A Flowing Perspective

You may ponder 
your perspective,
how quickly mind
goes to consequence,
there must be cause,
a right or wrong,
ego likes everything
to make sense.

Yes there are experiences
that go awry,
but is this not filled 
with judgment – yours,
defensiveness and 
justification are 
perspectives of a 
separate world.

You have another 
choice of mind,
what of the Mind 
where consciousness 
sits,
This Awareness observes 
your life,
but knows You Are rooted
in All of This.

This perspective is You
and accessible,
even as you live
this life,
make This Choice 
not from your ego,
but returning to where
You Are this Light.

Your path is building
this discernment,
life provides you 
with many chances 
here,
may the Peace that 
passes understanding
Be the gift that 
keeps you drawing
near.

Strengthen this muscle,
question your beliefs,
what perspective will you use
to interpret life,
Be Love’s experience,
Be free,
Be willing to let life flow
through your beautiful Light!

A Different View

Ask Us all of your
questions,
though we may have 
a different view,
but your perspective 
is the training ground
that You have picked 
for you.

Upon this stage,
yes there are many 
scenes that you 
would never choose,
this world can be so 
difficult as your 
humanness is, too.

But as new perspectives 
begin to seep into 
your brain,
does this awareness 
not change everything,
as you do not see things
the same.

So bring your questions,
share your processing 
as you sort through 
This Truth,
when you question any
belief system,
are you not discovering 
You?

Remember this experience 
does not need to 
make sense here,
your powerful soul 
rejoices fully,
each step of your journey – 
always Here.

the answer,
