Peel off the layers
one by one,
with Gratitude,
thank every one,
it matters not why
they are there,
look upon them now
with loving care.
What defenses do you
think you need,
protection goes with
the ego’s creed,
release the armor
you built when young,
has it not obscured
your view of You
as One?
Be gentle,
Be kind,
with you my dear,
you need do no-thing –
Love is always Here,
rest and release into
Love’s sweet arms,
dear child,
see You as
the Love You Are!

Each breath is
new life,
what might you
create anew,
release your judgments
and your grievances,
experiencing the
Eternal You.
This Real You is
not so hidden,
it is the perspective
that observes your
life,
This Awareness
is connected to
All That Is,
Here Is Love’s
beautiful Light.
With Peace,
knowing and
non-judgment,
This Perspective
understands This Truth,
ego acts out all of
its stories,
but You remain
the expansive You.
From This Source,
breathe in Love’s Flow,
release what is not
truly You,
direct your focus,
your attention
to This Love
that forever
breathes You!

Breathe in comfort
from Love now,
Love sits with you and
holds your hand,
may you sense
your Truth, Beloved,
your heart,
your soul says
yes I can.
Look at beliefs that
stir and grate,
ego knows how to
distract you,
watch with Love,
see your own story,
the One who is watching
is the Eternal You.
Ask Love not to
solve the ego,
join with Love that
is wholly You,
your Faith builds
a bridge to knowing
Love is Here
at Home
with You!

You are empowered,
You Are Strength,
old wounds need not
hurt you anymore,
with Gratitude for
life’s journey,
set victimhood
outside the door.
Life goes up and
then back down,
this rollercoaster ride
can make you doubt,
but inherent within
your soul,
is a deep knowing of
what You Are about.
Thank your angels,
loved ones too,
you have always been
part of a Team,
you delight when
paths you cross
are so much more
than what they seem.
You may have thought
you were alone,
but is it not now
so clear to you –
you are needed
in Love’s web,
your heart,
your Strength,
your Team
and You!

Listen for the
still, small voice,
it resides always
within,
ego’s voice is
louder, yes,
it can be hard
to hear beyond
its din.
Ego builds resistive
walls,
thinking it is you it
must protect,
smooth out friction
built by fear,
these walls tumble with
a cleansing breath.
Love’s voice is
your very own,
the One that flows
with Grace and ease,
trust This Voice
as you discover,
within you Now
is eternal Peace!

As human you look
for reassurance,
the world is fraught
with right or wrong,
ego uses guilt to keep
you separate,
you wish to find
where you belong.
Love welcomes you
in every moment,
eternity is Here
with you right now,
in life time stretches
out before you,
making you question
and wondering how.
Let Love help you
with unfolding,
Trust and Faith
are part of This,
your surrender to
your inner knowing,
allows your soul
to say, “I got this.”
You may need patience,
you many not understand,
but in This Grace is there
not more ease,
flow feels much better
than work or struggle,
accept and welcome
Love’s gift of Peace.
Be open to miracles
abounding,
a miracle is saying
yes to Love,
with your heart so
beautifully open,
Love loves to show
what You Are made of!

Accept Love’s growth,
yes it may mean
change,
but are you not ready
for thoughts to
be rearranged?
Do not fear growth,
All That You Are
is Here with You,
is growth not perspective
changing,
as you open up
to You?
Here with breath
is Love’s solace,
seeing clearly the
Whole of You,
have Faith in All
that Love is offering,
in every breath
and heartbeat –
Love is You!

on Love’s spark
of Light,
when ego’s thoughts
are everywhere,
may your breath
circulate Love’s flow,
You Are This and
You Are aware.
A decision to see
another way,
is often hard when
in ego’s throes,
This Light knows
what to do,
reach out and give this
to your soul.
When you need respite
from the noise
of thoughts that
run in circles, dear,
step off and into
Love’s true center,
Peace is with You,
always Here!

in your unfolding,
trust the steps
upon your path,
you may not know
your destination,
This Now moment
is where it’s at.
Life has a thousand
ways to walk,
but is there not
truly One,
beyond your senses
is your navigation,
much like earth connecting
with moon and sun.
Be You Love
upon your journey,
walk with Strength
and Courage Here,
your path is right
Where You Are Now,
Love as your purpose,
makes All so clear!

Here I Am,
Love says softly,
in an instant,
I Am Here,
You are Me
and I Am You,
We exist as One
truly Everywhere.
In the world of
time and space,
it appears that Love
may be hard to find,
end your search using
your perception,
Love exists Wholly
in your Mind.
This One Mind
is All of This,
as human that is
hard to believe,
in a world of this
or that,
there appears to be
choices to help
you see.
Be the Choice of Love
today,
begin with This
intention now,
know that Love
has never left,
with Faith,
may knowing
replace how.
Release the need
to understand,
Love is beyond
explanation here,
Be you Knowing,
awakening to,
the Experience of
You as Love
forever Here.
