The Peace Within

When you feel hurried,
rushed, chaotic,
you may wish to 
slow down time,
you have this power
within you –
simply Be present 
within your Mind.

Mindfulness may be 
a concept,
but Be this experience 
to sense Love’s calm,
you may not notice 
shrinking time,
but is not your angst
nearly gone?

Mindfulness helps you 
to Be all possibility,
ready to flow,
the “not enough” egoic 
story,
puts you in a box 
that feels tight 
and closed.

You need not find 
the door,
you can transcend 
beyond all time,
You Are timeless,
in Love’s moment,
as You come Home 
within your Mind.

An Elegant Wonder

Marvel at the color 
that surrounds you,
fresh spring-time green
and sky so blue,
luminescent clouds lit  
with sun through white,
do you wonder what 
created this magnificent
sight?

Are you not seeing creation
that flows through you,
if your eyes can see it,
does it not begin with you,
you think inspiration 
comes from what you see,
but is it not an extension
of You, internally?

And though rain and clouds
may dim your sight,
are they not elegant as
muted, cleansing Light,
accept, allow the cycles
of the earth,
is not each moment a chance
for your re-birth?

Be You in each moment 
of your life,
express all colors of rainbow’s
stunning Light,
as You Are each moment 
of what you wish to see,
be amazed at the wonder 
of You, eternally!

Holy You

Celebrate each other, 
lift All up in what 
you do,
in this process of 
giving, receiving,
do you not celebrate 
you?

Help someone to 
feel so cherished,
and when you see 
what Love can do,
imagine All held 
in Love’s arms,
would this not change 
the world,
its view?

You need not change 
the world yourself,
but begin with your
heart Here,
share compassion,
let Love Be
what you give to 
others near.

See Love as your 
brother and sister,
they are extensions
of Love,
of You,
as you see another 
holy,
you see Love’s holiness 
in you!

All Possibility

Be flexible,
Be open to Love’s
flow,
you have a Team 
that is always Here
and part of this Team 
is your soul.

You need not delineate 
each being,
in this spiritual soup
all work as One,
and when work turns
into play,
can you not sense 
flow has begun!

Allow your heart 
to lead you fully,
trust in what next 
might there be,
with all possibility 
present,
Here You Are,
so loved
and free!

Imagine

May Love be another 
choice,
when your mind begins 
to run amok,
you imagine stories 
not yet here,
the ego loves to 
make stuff up.

Imagination is not
the culprit,
you can use this 
to create anew,
check your intention –
is a core belief,
asking for Love 
to be seen by you.

You know the feeling 
of egoic thought,
yes it feels icky and 
not so good,
now infuse this with 
Love and compassion
and with imagination,
see Love surrounding 
you.

This is not folly,
it is You reminding
your human self,
You Are more than 
this,
breathe in the power
of the Universe,
center and balance
as All of This.

Allow imagination,
with loving intention,
to help release what 
feels tangled, tight,
say yes to Love’s 
unconditional promise –
to see You wholly as
Love’s perfect Light!

Embracing Love

Within the gentle breeze 
of knowing,
might you believe 
This Truth,
This Peace.

This is You,
as moon’s light 
glows,
soak up fully,
Love’s Grace 
and ease.

Claim your Self,
the sun arises,
you rise as This 
Eternal Truth.

Your sacred 
I Am presence,
is Love’s full aspect 
of You.

Awaken to This,
Love awaits,
in wonder of 
this day.

Embrace it All,
share the beauty,
Be This Love 
and Be amazed!

 

Everywhere

Relax, breathe into 
this new day,
there is no need
to worry here,
you as human 
are not alone,
guides, loved ones,
angels are always
near.

Yes it is human 
to prepare and
plan,
but try releasing 
this a bit,
when you need to 
solve a problem,
your Team is Here 
to help find a fix.

Return to This,
your breath,
This Now,
All you need 
is with You 
Here,
This sacred moment 
is Everything,
and You as spirit 
are Everywhere.

Love’s Grace

Let Love pour out
from your heart,
know that This will 
never end,
and as Love is an 
infinite circle,
Love is Here,
always flowing in.

You may feel weary,
battered, bruised,
at times from life’s
relentlessness,
but You as Spirit 
rise above,
reborn as Love 
answers your wish.

With Strength and Courage
at your side,
with your heart filling 
every empty space,
Love is You recognizing
your wholeness,
believing,
knowing,
You Are Love’s
Grace.

Blended

May Love be the fuel that
ignites your actions
as life and Love 
integrate,
is there not less 
separation,
within, without,
when Love guides
the way.

Is this not occurring 
more often,
you experiencing as 
a blended Be-ing,
your awareness brings 
you to wonder,
realizing this is how
Everything is happening!

With Faith, go with 
Love’s flow,
as Love know that
you are not alone,
as a blended Be-ing,
embrace All That You Are,
wholly amazing,
forever safe at Home!

At Peace

You need not have 
expectations,
but you need not 
sell yourself short,
Be at Peace with you
this moment,
let go of thoughts
of less or more.

May the driving force 
of you,
be one that is wholly
fueled by Love,
you may wish to 
compare, to measure,
if so, check what your
heart is full of.

May Love’s Joy be 
your exuberance,
bringing in wonder 
to all you do,
Be-ing Peace is 
never boring,
it is the perfect state
to express You!
