inside of you

looking, searching,

This Truth,
but ego tries to block 
this out,
at every stage of

as Love,
is safe and sound.

See your Strength
with newfound eyes,
reclaim the power 
of Love as You,
in Love’s wholeness 
may you integrate
the Truth of Love’s Force
in you.

Be a cup now 
overflowing,
share the fullness 
of This Truth,
there is no-thing
in you lacking,
One with Source,

Let go of expectation,
there is plenty for you 
Here,
are you not guided
always,
your higher self 
and angels near.

You are part of 
This process,

side by side,
yes, in life you have
preferences,
but as soul eyes 
are opened wide.

Trust in Love’s now

see This Spark at 
any time,
Here You Are,

forever Loved

Here I Am,
Love says 
gently,
I am always 
with you, 
Here,
you can imagine 
One or many,
We,
One Love,
are always near.

Love may show up
as a stranger,
helping another 
who is lost,
Love is the generosity
of family,
who help no matter 
what the cost.

As human you may 
question your
connection,
but never worry 
about this, dear,
you cannot spend time 
away from Love,
as timeless, 
Love is forever 
Here.

Here We Are,
with you always,
know your purpose 
as Love is True,
breathe in Love,
welcome Home,
sense Love’s

see the Light.

In the dark when
day is through,
moon glows,
stars shine,
and so do you,
you trust the sun 
will greet you shortly,
Be the Light to

Is not hope a 
moment lapsed,
your belief,
your knowing
fills in the gaps,
Here is Peace,
a new day dawning – 
Be the Light to 
see the Light.

No matter a struggle 
in the day,
the earthly life
may send a challenge 
your way,
but All together,
remember This –
Be-ing Light 
is living the 
Light.

Your Light illuminates
the dark,
a smile, a laugh
can light this spark,
with fellow Lights,
Be Love’s day dawning,

laughter brings you 
to This Moment,

Yes, there are times 
when past and present 
collide,
as in anniversaries 
or holidays,

but You as spirit 
experience another 
way.

All you Love flow 
through you now,
You Are together and
are never apart,
you as human know 
there may be change,
but You as Soul are 
Everywhere they are.

Love blends together 
experiences made,
celebrate with All 
you Love so dear,
Love is the language 
of Eternity,

how to complete
what you had hoped for
upon the earth,
my dear,
you continually are
evolving,
throughout all realms
even before your 
birth.

Time has a way 
of setting your focus
on what is next upon 
your list to check,
is there not Love 
throughout these 
experiences,
might flowing with 
This,
Be your intent?

On earth the drive 
to control
is ego’s way of 
being in charge,
could you not navigate
more peacefully,
when your Higher Self
is driving the car?

Take a breath,
release the tension
of timelines made
or goals to achieve,
You Are Love’s Purpose,
Here and present,
sense This Knowing
and in you, believe!

A Bridge of Knowing

Welcome Home,
your soul reminds
you,
for you have never 
really left,
your Self is aware
of your whole journey,
have you not had glimpses
of this and that.

When integration reaches 
a level,
are there not switches 
that get flipped,
have you not looked back
upon your journey,
wondering how you
arrived at This.

Take your place 
at Love’s table,
your Team,
your guides are 
familiar, too,
you All have been 
working together,
are you All not aspects 
of Love’s Truth?

You walk and cross 
This Bridge of Knowing,
hand in hand and 
heart to heart,
yes, loved ones join
you on this journey,
they have been with you
from the start.

Love is the Bridge 
of sacred connection,
you help to build this 
brick by brick,
your unique combination
of human and soul,
adds its sweet harmony
to All of This!

Conflict Resolution

May Love be a balm 
when you are hurting,
when another strikes
with their own pain,
conflict is ego stirring
the pot,
to direct away,
to find someone
to blame.

When you find yourself 
embroiled,
might you ask spirit to 
help you see,
another strikes out 
from their own hurt,
not knowing they 
are loved,
unconditionally.

Different scenarios may 
pop up daily,
does ego not love 
the chance to fight,
might you let emotion
bring up defenses
that are asking for 
more Light.

Be Love’s balm
to another,
it is up to them 
to receive,
but in the giving 
of This Love,
you are released,
peaceful and free!

Do you not flow
with Love,
much like the sun 
and its sun rays,
a drop of sun warms
you in winter,
though sun itself
seems far away.

You may live near 
the ocean,
or far inland to 
not see it,
but its tides are 
tied to the moon
and earth and you
are part of This.

You cannot help 
but be connected,
All is moving,
flowing through,
a drop of water from
another hemisphere
falls as rain,
hydrating you.

The Flow of Love 
is vast, eternal,
it exists beyond 
earth and sky,
your human self 
tries to see this,
but your soul knows,
never asking why.

Love is This Web,
connected,
see with the Eyes 
of your soul,
expand your view 
to include All,
see Light in Everything
and know!
