you may wonder 
where it has been,
there is unfolding,
an unseen timing,
that helps you know
when to begin.

In linear time 
there is progression,
this may move slow
or may be fast,
you may wish for 
some things to linger,
and for others to 
move on past.

When pieces of the puzzle
fall into place,
do you not see,
the whole picture 
that makes sense,
and what your soul 
sees perfectly.

These gentle nudges
or a stronger push,
help you to know 
what next to do,
receive all insights
sent with Love,
trust in the timing 
of the soul of You!

Exalted

In joyful exaltation,
does not your soul 
love to connect.

Soul to soul,
expressing wonder,
reminding you
what you at times
forget.

Does not time stand
still to honor
what fills up any 
empty space.

To bear witness to 
Love’s expression, 
is it not a wonder 
to see such Grace?

Soak up the Joy
of your soul,
as you release
what you need not 
bear.

You are free,
you are exalted,
You as Soul 
are Love Everywhere!

Soul to Soul

See with your soul.

The human story 
in its great detail,
is filled with turns 
and many twists,
ego often makes
it hard to see,
what is at the center 
of All of This?

As human you wish 
to be seen,
accepted and validated,
too,
at times your own eyes
see beliefs,
that do not reflect 
the Whole of You.

See with your soul 
to see Love’s Truth,
in you and others 
you wish to see,
beyond the story 
is your loving bond,
helping each other 
unfold perfectly.

May this awareness
help you to see
beyond the stories,
so you may know –
how bright is Love’s 
Light gently shining,
between you and loved ones,
soul to soul.

Listening

Listen with your heart.

Yes it is good 
to still the mind,
but do not strain
to hear the words,
receiving is a form
of Be-ing,
listen with your heart.

Tune into where 
you may sense
knowing,
it is not from your
thinking mind,
your soul as Love 
knows how to share – 
listen with your heart.

Be as a child in 
open wonder,
Be possibility throughout
this day,
this flow of Love is  
inviting you,
to listen with your heart.

You ask Love where 
shall I go?
What would you 
have me do?
Love answers,
You Are This 
Love now,
in reverent communion 
with your heart.

Eternally, You

In this world of time
and space,
there are experiences 
you experience here,
you may wish to weave 
Love here throughout,
sometimes Love appears 
not to be so clear.

This apparent intersection
of two worlds
may make you think 
a choice is this or that,
when there is choice,
is there not ego asking  –
is this good or is it bad?

As Love is never
separate,
might you shift perception
to this Truth,
Love is your wholeness,
your foundation,
beyond this world 
is the authentic You.

As Love is your forever
True Intention,
might you begin Here 
with this Truth,
the world may weave 
itself around your
body,
but beyond all perception
is the Eternal You!

Everywhere

Love is compassion
and kindness,
Love paves the way 
to hold this space,
Love honors all
journeys,
with no judgment 
in time or place.

As You Are wholly,
holy Love,
the soul of You knows
this is true,
your ego wishes to 
analyze and fix,
to control outcomes
that may affect you.

Join Love beyond 
your human body,
for a moment,
leave your identity
there,
Here All souls are 
wholly together,
in Love’s Oneness,
Being Everywhere.

Release the cause
and effect 
that ego holds onto 
so tight,
from Love’s perspective
may you Be
compassion and kindness,
beyond wrong or right.

Expand your perspective,
see All of This 
beyond your body 
there,
Here is kindness and 
compassion,
as Holy Oneness,
Love is Everywhere.

Your Breath

With breath,
gather all scattered 
parts of you,
ego loves to distract
and separate,
realign,
return to your
wholeness,
tuning in to Love,
to recalibrate.

Discern what ego 
wishes to show you,
making you feel 
precarious,
with awareness of 
your True Nature,
breathe in your Strength
as All of This.

Love is your natural 
state of Be-ing,
you need not travel
to Be at Home,
ask Love to show you
what is Truth,
may Love remind 
what you innately 
know.

Your breath is your 
magical power,
it is the bridge 
to your soul,
breathe deep,
herein lies Peace,
All is Well,
within your soul!

Your Loving Heart

Trust in your loving 
heart,
to guide you throughout 
your day,
allow Love to help 
you hear,
assisting with words 
that you may say.

It matters not the 
interaction,
it may be quick,
it may be long,
be a blessing to 
another, 
radiate and share 
your heart’s Love 
song.

If your own tank 
is feeling less than,
Precious One,
begin with you,
meet Love in your 
beautiful heart,
let Love sing its 
song to you.

Your cup fills to 
overflowing,
there is no shortage 
of Love Here,
dance with Love to 
the tune of forgiveness,
Love holds you close
with Peace,
my dear!

Clearly

Is Love not the clarity 
that you seek,
does it not 
fill you up,
making it easier 
for you to see?

Love loosens
entanglements,
it unwinds what 
is held tight,
when you find yourself 
not breathing,
breathe in deeply 
Love’s breath of
life.

Pause a moment,
check in with 
your soul that sees 
the Whole of You,
let Love’s vibration
synchronize 
and help align 
you to You.

You know this way,
though ego loves 
to make you think 
you may be lost,
with Eyes of Love,
may you see through
any mist or fog
throwing you off.

With Love’s Clear Vision,
may you see what 
is always True,
You Are Love’s Light
eternally shining,
Love so clearly 
sees You!

To reset,
step into your 
Eternal Now.

You may need to 
untangle ego’s hold,
press pause on the 
stories told,
reset,
remember your 
Eternal Now.

“Now” is not time
as you know,
it is not between 
past or what unfolds,
expand to 
experience your
Eternal Now.

Release ego’s hold
on you,
shift so you may 
see a clearer view,
recalibrate 
to return
to your 
Eternal Now.

Perspective is a choice
to make,
ask your soul to
show the way,
with Faith,
as Grace,
you exist 
Eternally Now.

Recalibrate,
reset,
remember,
rejoice,
repeat – 
I Am
Eternal Now.
