A Loving Awareness

Be aware.

And in that 
awareness,
is not your mind
quick to judge?

Your mind,
your soul 
may both 
be observing, 
what goes on in 
the physical world,
be aware of your
own judgments 
that come up now
to be heard.

Be loving,
give and receive,
may the Balm 
of Love 
ease collective 
angst,
yes, you are all
part of a story,
in a month that
closes with 
giving thanks. 

In this moment
with breath 
and pause,
what might your soul 
say to human you –
You Are Loved,
All Is Well,
no matter the story,
Love is eternally,
You.

Beyond Choice

Breathe in the air 
around you,
though you do not 
see it there,
is not Love freely 
available,
much like the 
ever-present air.

You see the matter 
that makes up your 
body 
and gives the form
to what you see,
might you believe in 
the Love of You,
though yes, at times 
this is hard to see.

Your mind has 
made up quite 
a story,
your ego believes it 
to be true,
you may think 
Love is a choice,
but truly Love is 
All of You.

Yes, in this story 
you do have choice,
but with Eyes of Love 
see beyond and through,
to every One of You 
shining brightly,
infinitely mirroring 
the Love of You!

be open,
believe with 
the eyes of 
the soul.

Yes, trust in the universe,
but remember,
dear one, 
All of the Universe 
is in You.

Listen,
closely,
do you hear 
the still, small
voice
that speaks so 
lovingly 
within you?

This is You,
This is Love,
all you search,
below,
above,
will always lead 
you gently,
back to You.

Be Love,
Be You,
in this Truth 
of Who You Are,
believe the Love 
of All That Is – 
is Home with You.

A Grateful Invitation

Might you with spaces 
throughout the day,
fill them up with 
Gratitude,
may they expand,
pushing away,
what may not resonate
with Truth.

As you are a powerful 
creator,
may Gratitude be 
the material you use,
create,
restore,
the foundation you 
walk on,
clear all filters 
as you let Love 
breathe you. 

Spring cleaning need not
be a one-time thing,
be aware of the moment
you are presently in,
invite Gratitude 
with Love to help you,
as you embrace 
your Truth as Love
within!

A Relationship of One

working, 
connecting,
experiencing,
playing together
in the Relationship
of One.

Yes, the intersection
of relationship
in this linear world
may help you 
to see 
your self. 

Your judgements 
and comparisons
are fuel and fodder 
for your unease,
as One with Love,
might you accept
Love’s invitation 
to release?

Is not your sense 
of self 
only a momentary 
lapse,
you have forgotten 
the greater Truth,
that All is Love 
and You Are That.

This Relationship 
of One 
is beyond perception,
but the Self knows,
This Love is what 
breathes you 
and All is Well 
within your soul.

This We is Me,
is You,
our Oneness
is at the core 
of All That Is,
see One Self,
extend Love freely,
no-thing can separate 
All That Is!

Who You Are

You may wonder 
what you want,
but you are always
Who You Are.

And is not this 
unfolding,
experiencing,
where the Truth 
of You
comes to the 
fore?

So do not judge 
when the road 
gets bumpy,
you also know 
what feels in 
the flow.

It is All of You
recalibrating,
aligning with 
what your soul 
knows. 

So try on changes,
discard what does 
not fit,
ask and use your 
inner guidance
Here.

Yes, experience 
and then listen 
wholly
to Love’s expression 
as Who You Are.

As One

Sometimes you need space.

And from the viewpoint 
of the separated self,
this may be a use of 
space and time
to take a break
from what your
mind,
your eyes,
are showing you.

Now from your heart’s 
point of view,
when shifted to the 
All of You,
might you observe 
that what you see,
that may trigger,
be painful,
causing you to flee,
is a familiar cry 
for Love?

In unity with the 
All of You,
there is no separate 
entity 
for you to go to,
look into Love’s mirror,
reassuring you,
I Am Here 
and I so 
Love you.

So take some space 
or time you need,
Love is patient,
eternal,
beyond any belief,
when you see You 
looking back with Love,
as One,
so All
are Loved.

The Alchemy of Love

as Love is 
a Creative Force,
you cannot Be 
any-thing else,
are you not 
Love’s expression 
from Source?

All of This 
is all within
You,
yes, you may 
question how 
to know,
beyond your mind
is your knowing,
that exists always 
within your soul.

It may begin 
as belief 
and many beliefs 
may need to go,
what is asking to 
be released,
so the Heart of You
may share what 
it knows.

Create, rejuvenate,
be an alchemist
with Love’s healing
balm,
let your heart,
your soul
remind,
You Are an infinite 
Creation of Love!

so you may know

as Eternity.

It may seem like 
pieces of a puzzle 
to solve,
or that life is 
testing your resolve,
but as a whole 
and sacred soul,
in this wholeness,
what could you 
not know?

This Love breathes 
life into you,
and Love continues 
when this you 
is through,
but You as Love 
simply still exists,
This Love as You 
is present Now –
Is This.

Clear off the window 
that makes it hard
to see,
in your reflection,
might you see 
that You are Me?

Sweet Child of Love,
this is what your 
heart knows,
whole and complete,
Precious One,
You Are Loved, so!
