of life,
you can start over 
or rearrange,
you work so hard 
to get it right.

Dear one,
behold your beautiful
colors,
take in the richness 
of your life,
you are not here 
to be perfection,
but to experience 
a full spectrum 
of Light.

And with the Light of Love 
do you not see the 
beauty that you 
create,
to see your vibrant colors
look with the Eyes of Love
and truly be amazed.

Your I Am presence 
is always You,
no matter the tapestry
you wear,
Be compassionate,
Be forgiving,
your Rainbow of Colors
shines Everywhere!

of your stillness,
be patient as you 
listen dear,
let go of timelines,
with no rush,
may insight bubble
up so clear.

Instead of waiting 
for an answer
to a question 
your mind has,
Be receiving,
see what formulates
to help you on 
your path.

There may be a 
new direction
or modification of
one now,
Divine Timing will help
clarify the timing
and the how.

Soften your focus,
heart and mind open,
your vessel of service
knows how to Be,
in any moment,
Be your Light shining –
You Are Love’s 
possibility!

Clarity

Your human mind 
may not feel clear,
it asks questions and
wants to know – 
how will a situation 
turn out,
should I speed up or 
maybe go slow.

You may not know 
all of the answers,
but that need not mean
you are not clear,
might you be clear about
your next step,
trusting in Love –
not listening to fear.

The world is dense and 
very foggy,
your ego has its place
in life,
but clarity is of the
soul,
a knowingness that 
adds more Light.

Some parts of life are
full of mystery,
you need not explore
every rabbit hole,
return to breath,
check in with heart,
your clearest Vision is
the Eyes of your Soul!

The Patience of Peace

Be patient with your
emotions,
allow space for them 
to Be,
tend to your tender
heart,
observe, allow,
accept and breathe.

Life is an intense 
emotional journey,
but You Are not only 
of this world,
when the ups and downs 
get to you,
return to Love,
to Peace,
to You.

Center and ground 
as you take care 
of the body that 
lives life too,
find your Peace in you
remembering –
beyond body is the 
Soul of You!

This Journey

and with Courage,
Be authentic,
Be You,
the spiritual path fills
you with passion,
that fuels you with
what next to do.

But allow space for
needed re-fueling,
there are no timelines
on this journey Here,
often your path does not
go out seeking,
but returns Home
to restore and clear.

In life you wish for
known destinations,
this a function
of linear time,
but is not This Journey
your destination,
your soul fueling
your Beautiful Light!

they are racing,
as life unfolds so fast
and quick,
look around and 
Be so present,
your awareness is 
the way to This.

There is no time in
This experience,
it need not be something
you plan,
in truth, a plan is 
what may happen,
This present moment 
is always – 
I Am.

Step into this sacred
moment,
This is You –
always Love’s Truth,
your human side may
count the minutes,
but timeless is 
the Soul of You!

A Natural State

When you sense constriction
or static,
there is a place that
you can go,
use your breath and 
Be expanded,
Here is your natural 
State of Flow.

Is Here not space 
to untie knots
that keep you tethered 
in one place,
there may be thoughts 
that get entangled,
expand now to your 
natural state.

In this lighter 
State of Be-ing,
may you relax your
working mind,
you may be surprised 
when answers come – 
as they are needed,
not tied to time.

Your human brain is 
powerful, yes,
but your Soul Power
is Here for you,
flex these muscles
as you expand,
see what unfolds 
in All You do!

Here You Are

Is your awareness 
not a bridge,
from human-you
to All You Are,
you need not build it
brick by brick,
the Whole of You 
is near not far.

This awareness is not
in the external,
there may be tools 
that you can use,
but using, trying
fires up the ego,
releasing, surrendering
returns you to You.

As Love’s Vibration
there is no bridge,
You have been Here 
all along,
trust your Knowing 
that is wrapped in
Peace,
Here You Are Home
where you belong!

Deeper Water

Sense the hum of 
Love’s Vibration,
it is not something 
you can hold,
it is the Essence of 
your nature,
it is beyond anything
you’re told.

Life as well carries
vibrations
that can distract,
disturb This Peace,
as You Are grounded in
your Essence,
might life then 
pass through with
greater ease.

On the surface of 
the ocean,
you may be tossed 
about my dear,
but as you dive to
deeper water,
sense the Rhythm of Love
that surrounds you Here!

A Journey of Discovery

With Love,
take each step 
on your journey,
discover your Self
in every one,
looking ahead may 
be a mystery,
looking back – see how
far you’ve come.

This linear view 
is but a way for
your human self 
to experience life,
your True Essence 
observes it all,
your Source of 
Be-ing and 
eternal Light.

Ego may search for 
more understanding
to find the pieces 
that make a whole,
dear one,
You Are whole and 
complete already,
This is the Essence 
of your soul.

As soul,
you walk with 
this curious ego,
finding new discoveries 
along the way,
but always This Peace
that passes understanding,
is Here within
This You,
always!
