If there is a problem
you encounter,
do you not first
tackle it with
your mind,
sorting through
possible solutions,
looking for
an answer that
you may find,
then might you
open up more
possibilities,
by turning it over
to your soul –
can your soul
not expand your mind,
nudging,
guiding you
so you will know?

Inspiration,
brain-storming,
do you not wonder
where some ideas
come from –
it matters not
the source of what
inspires you –
are you not All
a part of the
One?

Step back from what
you are analyzing,
where you may only
see one side,
when you expand to
your greater awareness,
can you not change your
perception
and see all sides?
Might it be like looking
at what is on paper,
then seeing it all
in virtual 3D,
does not your soul
stretch your mind
helping you to see
all possibilities?

Yes, honor your mind,
it has served and
helped you well,
but you are part
of something greater,
that your soul knows
very well –
dip into the wellspring
of knowledge
that helps to connect
the dots you see –
You Are limitless,
You Are creative,
You Are potential –
All Possibility.

Stretch beyond
your comfort zone,
your soul knows
the way –
Be inspired.
Be bold.
With Love,
now seize
the day!

Expanding to Peace

When your human side
feels scattered,
when daily tasks
begin to build,
you may wish
to retreat
into solace,
and withdraw from what
ego wants you
to feel,
but is there not
another path
to Peace,
you may need stillness
to sense it there –
but when you expand
your Awareness,
is there not room
for All, there?

You need not run
and hide from ego,
that comes knocking
at your door,
there may be lessons
learned
by bumping into
a closed door,
and when you can
expand your view
and look with the
Eyes of the Soul,
when you rise above
the details,
is there not more
that you will know?

See from a bigger picture,
there is Peace when
you accept with
open arms,
when you close up
and push back,
do you not feel
smaller
and not as strong –
expand the You
that has this
covered,
with Strength and Courage
can you trust
to see,
that All is so
that you may
see the Love
in All you see.

Expand
when you
contract,
let Love
keep showing You
the way.
There is Peace
that resides
within you,
Love Is Here
in All ways,
Always.

Can you look beyond
any human face,
to sense someone’s spirit
within their heart,
yes, humanness
can make it hard
for you to believe,
that Love always
connects you,
though it may be
difficult to see –
do not let the
human world
always rule the
show,
open your heart,
look with Soul Eyes,
you will remember,
you will know.

Does not kindness let
the heart opening begin,
and Gratitude will
open many doors
that were closed
to keep you in,
let the Love in you
flourish,
it will know where
to go –
in your heart,
you will remember,
you will know.

This is not creating
something new,
this is You in your
natural state,
you need not completely
change,
or begin with a
blank slate,
might you let go of
the armor
you thought you needed
to be safe,
is it not Love that
is Strength and Courage,
that comes forth
when you release layers
of your beliefs?

Look beyond.
Open your heart.
Let Love show –
You Are Love.
All Is Love,
You remember,
You know.

Eternally You

Transition –
movement from
here to there.

In the linear world,
you can look back,
to see where you are
or how far you have
come,
are you not sometimes
surprised
at how much
you have grown,
or changed,
or learned,
or expanded?

And who is it
that is able to take
a look back,
as well as see
where
You Are
right now –
does not the
Eternal You,
your Knowing Self,
have awareness
and the eyes to see
You
as you transition
and move
from there to here,
from here to there?

And through this
movement
of experiences,
can you not
experience
You as stillness,
can you not slow
or even stop time,
in any place
or at any time –
for as Eternal You,
do you not exist
within,
beyond,
Everywhere at once,
transcending time?

You Are Love
in every moment,
through all of time,
when you expand
your awareness
of your Knowing Self,
can you not see
with loving eyes,
the Love that swells
within your heart
and holds the beat,
the rhythm
of All That Is?

Move and flow,
be still and know –
All Is Love
and Love Is You.
With every beat
and in the space between –
experience,
Be,
Love.

Focus on Love

Focus on Love.

Keep your eyes
on the prize,
that is your
wellspring
inside,
always ready
to bubble up,
a continues flow
that never ends,
when you think
you have run dry,
can you not call
it up,
once again,
you can always
be bathed
in it –
when you focus
on Love.

Hope may spring
eternal
and is it not Love
that lets this
Be,
is it not your
Fountain of Love
that new life
into you
will breathe,
you may have many
distractions,
life brings to you
what you may need,
but when Love
gets your attention,
with new eyes
do you not see,
a greater reality,
the Truth of
Who You Are –
and does that not
all become clear
when you focus
on Love?

When what you see
becomes murky,
lacking color,
not as sharp,
when you feel
you are scattered
in every direction
than what is yours –
you can always sharpen
the focus,
by tuning into
your loving heart,
is life not a beautiful
kaleidoscope
when you focus
on Love?

See Love in
everything you
experience,
sense,
touch.
You see all
colors of the
rainbow,
when you focus
on Love.

Your Path

As you follow the path
you are on,
you have choices
which way to walk,
some roads may be
well-marked
and plain to see,
others may be obscured,
not as clear as you
wish it to be,
but does not someone
have to walk it first,
to blaze a trail
with steps you
walk with Trust?

As you follow from
your heart
and not your head,
does it not feel different,
as you trust that
you are led,
you may not know
every turn that
presents itself,
but is that not
an adventure
that you wish to
experience
Your Self?

Some days you follow,
other times you lead,
as you tune into
your intuition,
does it not guide you
to what you need –
there is no need
to turn away,
from a path that is
not marked “go this way”,
you are an explorer
at your core,
able to open
any door,
blaze your trail,
make your mark –
Be You with Love,
a Creative Spark.

Blaze your path.
Trust Yourself.
Never alone,
you always
walk with Love.

Listen.

Do not the answers
to your questions
rest within this
silent space,
if you can think
to pose the question,
might you not know
the answer,
be it from analyzing
or through Grace?
You can think
and plan
and work out
what your human side
will “do”,
but does it not make
sense
to get quiet
and listen to the
soft voice
within You?

Listen.
It matters not where
answers come from,
are you not part of a
connected web,
once you open up
a gateway,
your quest for knowledge
will be fed –
be guided,
be led,
by the
still, small voice
within,
it will sound even
louder,
when you tune in
and then
listen.

Will you not hear
and feel connection
when you open up
this door,
once you ask your
questions,
can you be still
and wait for more –
the answer may come
to you quickly,
or may be in
synchronicity,
when you feel
in the flow,
is this not how Guidance
can help you
Be?

Listen
in the stillness.
Listen
within your heart.
Listen to the beat
of the rhythm
that guides you
from the start.
Listen between
the words
that cannot begin
to tell the Truth.
Listen
and let Love
play its Song
of Love
to You.

Beyond

Is life not sometimes
like a balloon,
that is filling up
with air,
with the right amount
is there not lightness,
floating along with
not a care,
but sometimes with
added pressure,
does not your balloon
stretch out a lot,
do you not feel that
if more is added,
it may reach its max
and pop?

Yes, there are ways
to navigate this,
to relieve pressure,
or let off steam,
but can you take this
a step or two further
and see beyond the balloon
and what that means?

As the balloon can
only hold,
so much air,
it has limited space –
can your perspective
of you
go beyond this finite,
limited place –
as you are the
air you breathe,
as you are That
which fills you up,
even as you can touch
the boundaries
of what you think
is all there is –
since you are much more
than the balloon,
can you shift your
perspective
beyond your “limits”,
to the Limitless Universe?

Yes, you can imagine
your balloon even bigger,
to be a container
for all of the air,
or can you see
there need be no
boundaries,
can you be comfortable
knowing You Are
Everywhere?

Yes, the human
likes when there is structure,
like a balloon with
its malleable form –
it is so you may see
all of the roles
of life,
that you can
and do perform –
you may not be able
to control
all of the variables
that can fill you up,
but remember that you are
beyond what you think
is your limit,
you are the very air
that holds you up.

At times you control
the valve on your balloon –
what do you need
to be in peaceful flow,
broaden your perspective
of your innate power,
see beyond the balloon,
so you may let go –
you cannot always direct
from the balloon’s perspective,
but from the air
do you not see –
you are what breathes life
into All,
even beyond the air,
is there not Love,
are You not always
part of the Whole –
part of this Infinite Energy?

Breathe the air
you cannot see,
Be the Love
you will always
Be,
beyond your balloon
is You and Me –
Be Light.
Be Love.
Fly High.
Be Free.

Get Lost

Lose yourself.

Let time disappear
from your internal clock,
when you are immersed
in what you Love,
do not day-to-day thoughts
also disappear,
does not the losing
of one’s self
not help the
Authentic You
appear?

And you have not
really “lost”
a thing,
is it not that
your True Self
can be found,
might you enjoy
this game of
hide and seek,
when you can delight
in the discovery of –
losing your self
to find your
Essence of Love?

So think not of
stripping away,
though parts of you
may take a break –
are you not building
your creative muscle,
when Authentic You
comes out to play?
Let Love give you
the feedback,
letting you know you are
in the flow,
when you turn your
thinking off,
surrender to it
and let go.

Lose yourself,
though you are
never lost in
any way,
we use this familiar phrase
to help you unhook
from what you think
“should” be –
if clocks had no numbers,
if a day had no
start or end,
if you left the linear behind,
what might you play,
where would you
jump in?

Lose yourself,
to find the
Authentic You –
full of Joy,
embracing Peace,
sharing your Love
with Gratitude.

A Loving Conversation

“Talk to me,”
Love says,
lovingly.

And does it not
makes sense
to talk,
to share,
to say out loud
or in your heart,
what you wish
to say,
or to ask
of Source,
God,
Divine?

And as Love Is
Everywhere,
might you hear
a whisper back,
or a loud,
booming reply,
as Love,
as Source,
is in All,
might you tune into
your heart,
adjust your frequency
to Love
and connect with Love,
to converse with Love?

This Divine Conversation,
need not be one-way,
is it not meant
to be shared,
as you are always
a part of Source –
have you not been
conversing
for eternity,
know there are
answers
that you have heard,
albeit sometimes
grudgingly,
use your intention
in this conversation
and work things out,
lovingly.

In the talking,
in the sharing,
might you see
a bigger picture
there,
your expectation,
your specific question,
may have you searching
elsewhere,
open your mind,
open your heart,
to All of
Love’s possibilities –
talk with Love,
connect with Love
and listen with Love,
lovingly.
